Song Jung Hotel in Busan

I went to Busan with my family for a year-end trip. I've always stayed at hotels in Haeundae or Gwangalli, but this time, I found the Songjeong Hotel at a great price and stayed there. It was great because it was quiet and affordable.
There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and there's a Baskin-Robbins on the first floor, and a Starbucks and Mega Coffee right next door, making it a great place to take a walk and grab a coffee.
I booked through Trip.com, and they upgraded me to an ocean view room and gave me a buy-one-get-one coupon for a Vera single cone, which my kids loved.
Songjeong Station is a two-minute walk away, so I could take the Songjeong-Mipo Blue Line train to Haeundae, see the light festival and explore the market, have dinner, and then take a bus or taxi back in five minutes.
The Songjeong Hotel has a beautiful ocean view and is quiet, so I'd love to go back.

It may look old, but it was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning, bathroom, and bedding were all clean and well-maintained, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, right in front of Songjeong Beach. While it had a half-ocean view, it was more than enough to see the night view of the market, which was even better. It was quieter and more secluded than Gwangalli Beach, making it a great place to rest and relax.

I checked into Songjung Hotel for a weekend tango event. Check-in with my trip.com voucher was seamless. My room was ready early. It is an older hotel, but very roomy, clean, and the ocean view was amazing from the walk-out balcony. The tango event was held in a lovely ballroom at the hotel, so although I could have opted for a more modern hotel, I was very happy that I chose Songjung Hotel. This was my first experience with trip.com. I am happy with the experience. Pictures are from my balcony.

The staff are also friendly, so I'll rest comfortably and have a good time~

The rooms is well cleaned. Room services was done everyday. Nice to stay!

Only a road separation from the beach, impossible to be closer, and lots of small eateries, small supermarkets around. Great location for the beach. Close to the ‘blue line small train’ but far from the metro system and the main city and tourist attractions. Room good size, view of the beach and all the things one requires, but quite dated and tatty around the edges.

Check in counter staff English is not well. And restaurant on 1/F is closed, but nearby got surrounded by local restaurants.
