when you first walk in, very unimpressive as it is small and cramped lobby. however, they do end up very good accommodations for the guests. the breakfast every morning from 7-9am. toast, juice, coffee, boiled eggs, cheese, jelly, butter. all free and unlimited. free bike for 2 hours. iron and iron board has $10 deposit. there is also 110v converter outlet by the middle plugs for all you US travelers. you can also check out late for extra $10. some or most of the front desk staff were very helpful. English is a challenge for most of them. the only thing neg. are the small prison like windows and its in a street that when you walk has some aweful smell. i would not be deterred to come here again since this place was of good value. washroom was even very clean.

As per usual, the service is excellent. The location is great. It is near the beach, the subway and bus stop.

Clean. Very friendly front-desk staff — quick check-in and helpful with questions. The downside is the quality of the finish, but that’s a country-wide issue: too much silicone sealant, sometimes where it isn’t needed and applied sloppily. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Check in was very late, never seen a hotel check-in at 4pm. It was very inconvenient. I was there couple of hours earlier, they wanted charge me for earlier check-in fee for that.
Hotel only had small hand towels for shower and everything, that’s was also not convenient and annoying to try to dry myself with a small hand towels. I was there for the weekend and they didn’t bother to clean the room for the second night. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The hotel's location in a bustling downtown area offers excellent accessibility. However, the room lighting was quite dim (possibly due to the hotel's age), and I was also bothered by stains on the sheets. The overpowering smell of cigarette smoke was extremely unpleasant and made my stay quite uncomfortable.

Staff we very accommodating. Close to everything. Ceiling was mouldy, aircon was over the bed, turn it off it's hot, turn it on its cold. Tiny towels, more like hand towels. Would not book again

No samosa until 5 o'clock in the evening, say what?!?! Food was good, the nan was nice and crisp on the outside yet warm and soft on the inside, pretty yummy with the chicken tikka masala.

Polite and very kind staff, beautiful ambience and great location. But it is too costly and the taste is below average. Did not look like value for money.
