25 Hotel Busan Seomyeon subway station, Busan1 / 26

Busan, 20 Saessak-ro 8beon-gil (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map

The staff at the counter were very nice, and the place was very close to the subway station. The room was also very warm in winter, and there was a convenience store downstairs, making it very convenient to buy things
I would definitely consider coming back next time
A love hotel is not suitable for staying by yourself. The lights are dim and at first I thought it was very atmospheric. However, if you look closely, the cracks on the tabletop are very dirty and dirty
However, the price of the hotel is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, and the location of the hotel is very close to the subway. If you want to save money, it is still an option
There are hairs on the supplies. The bathroom was dripping with water after taking a shower. It's late, and it's super loud
I have a headache🤯The advantage is that the transportation is very convenient + the people at the counter are very nice~~

There are many restaurants around. And there’s also a convenience store nearby. Most importantly, there’s a big Lotte department store , is very convenient to shopping
The location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk from Seomyeon Station exit. Lotte Department Store is right across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby
The hotel is very close to Seomyeon Exit 7. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The TV having OTT was convenient, as it already had memberships for Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube.
The wall-mounted air conditioner's switch, whether on heat or off, seemed to only blow air, so the fan was always on. Apparently, it's a central control type operated by the front desk
However, a major issue is the strong smell of smoke in the room every evening… If this could be improved and the odor eliminated, it would be a hotel with great value for money
The hotel room was spacious, more than enough for a solo traveler. It was also kept very clean! It's close to Seomyeon Station, and there are plenty of dining options around the hotel

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient, with dining options and transportation nearby. The staff were generally friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth
The room was clean and hygienic, and it was very warm in winter, which was perfect. Plus, the location is excellent, right next to Exit 1 of Nampu Station, which is super convenient
There are also many dining options nearby, and the bus stop for tourist attractions is very close! It's fantastic, and the front desk staff are also very nice~
The facilities met basic accommodation needs, the bed comfort was acceptable, and the hot water supply was stable. The overall environment was quiet, and the soundproofing was decent, suitable for short stays
It’s super close to the subway station. It‘s also very lively and the transportation is super convenient.
I got disposable towel in another hotel but the quality is great. Location is so good near the subway station. They didn’t refill my water and give a new that thin and tiny disposable towel at the next day

Amenities were provided generously, the front desk is helpful and always available. There was one night where the water heater was not functioning but issue was resolved after about 45 minutes
My friend and I visited Busan and had a very comfortable stay. There are lots of food options around, and the station is nearby, so getting around was super easy. We had a great time! Everything is okkkkk
Location is ok, slight walk from the station but feels in the middle of a lively area but hidden enough to feel quiet
The bathroom had no shower screen, no water trap on the floor, and the entire floor was wet. There wasn't a single hook for hanging clothes. The bathroom had a strong smell of new renovations
This one felt more like a family-run guesthouse, located in an alleyway and difficult to find. It was two stories high with no elevator. And you kept featuring it at the top of your listings
The room was too small; even suites are small. I requested an extra comforter. The hotel informed me they had provided a brown comforter. However, the brown comforter was very uncomfortable

It’s remodeled and opened so it’s very clean It was comfortable and the pc was good. There is a breakfast bar, so it was nice to have ramen, cereal, yoplait, ice coffee, toast, etc.
I had ramen at the accommodation, and the owner was friendly. After looking around, I realized I was only going to sleep here, so I was very satisfied with the two queen beds
I made a reservation and had several days to rest, but I was able to go up after a good rest. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the food was good
I came here to play with a friend. It was quiet, the hotel facilities were clean and nice. I will visit again next time. Take care. Thank you.
The hotel is very clean, good service, I like that there is free food, the restaurant is upstairs, ice 24 hours, ramen 24 hours.
You can give it a good score for its value for money. Location is poor, facilities are average and maintenance is above average

Good Location , big size of the room, water pressure in the bathroom is so good but provide two small towels
First off, the price-to-performance ratio is top-notch. It's spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. For this price, it's perfect for cleanliness. The facilities are also nice and fresh
What I was disappointed in is that it mentions on the site and the booking that there is a spa/pool area but there is not
First off, the room is incredibly warm—almost to the point where you might think it's hot. The bathroom is open and next to the bedroom, which is a bit of a problem, but it actually helps keep it from getting too dry
Great customer service, room size, got a desk, and great location. Lay a cm thick blanket over box springs and that's what you get. They rent out thin pads for 10k won. For the price, this is a good place
I mentioned this to the front desk the next day, and they were even more attentive and cleaned it thoroughly. The location was also great, near Yongdusan Park and Gukje Market

The only drawback was that walls were a little dirty, but there was daily room service with fresh towels and bathrobes and it cost me a FRACTION of the cost to stay for 3 whole days than a single night at a big brand hotel would have
Stayed here for 3 days during my solo trip to Busan and had an awesome experience. The location is super convenient to everything I wanted to see and do. But the real icing on the cake? The rooms
The parking lot was spacious, so I was able to park my car earlier than the check-in time on the day of check-in and until late on the day of check-out.
If you want a killer deal, a comfy, massive room (again, with a full bathtub), and a central location that doesn’t drain your wallet, this is your spot
Saw some complaints about the staff not speaking fluent English… but honestly, you're in Korea so don't be surprised when the staff speaks Korean
Nicely-designed and pretty spacious rooms at affordable prices. Beds are very comfortable and rooms have everything you can expect from a hotel

Nice hotel , but no restaurant nearby and hard to order delivery. Only can call taxi , go out and eat. No early check in and late check out. Lots of service are chargeable, near a lot attractions
A wonderful stay in a good, clean, and relaxing hotel where everything felt calm and well cared for. The nice views added an extra sense of peace and made the whole experience truly enjoyable
There are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, convenient store, book shop and gift shop on site. As well as a gym, swimming pools, and concierge The staff is very welcoming and friendly
Speaks English There is an outlet mall not far from the hotel so you can pick up some good brands at a discounted price. Note: there is a deposit paid when you arrive. This will be given back at checkout
Prices in Korea are incredibly expensive! The hotel is quite far from the city center, and you have to pay extra for amenities like the pool and hot springs
Ananti @Busan Cove is a must visit. Situated away from the bustling city but has everything you need. A 9/10 hour experience for me. Hoping to come back 😍 The hotel premises are very big

I especially liked the body lotion from L'Occitane—it smelled wonderful. However, the laundry room has too few washing machines, and I had to wait in line for a long time
This is our returned stay to the hotel. We are pleased with the cleanliness and the service of the staff. Toothbrushes are not complimentary, you have to pay at the counter if you used them
The view from our room is amazing. It is a 8-10mins walk to Haeudae station but a shorter walk to the market and shopping street. The beach is just across the street
Noisy; there’s a baseball practice area downstairs. Room furnishing deteriorating, signs of broken hook and side table. Good location and view though.
The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to the beach. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel, so it's easy to go anywhere
A spacious and comfortable residence-type hotel. For this price and this location, it's beyond reproach. Parking is also convenient

We had plentiful places to sleep as two guests with a room that slept four :) unfortunately towards the end of our stay the bathroom light stopped working. Free water fountain and decent common area
Room was spacious. The communal area is a nice place to hang out and chat to other guests. The hostel is located centrally near loads of shops and restaurants aswell as the metro.
We were a group of 3 people and we‘re absolutely satisfied with our stay. The hostel is right in the city centre, in the shopping district with lots of malls around
The building has 2 elevators, which was convenient since we had a lot of luggage. The room was clean and there was a hairdryer
There’s also a communal kitchen with fridge and cooling utilities as well as a cooler with free hot or cold water
Overall, the hotel was worth the price. The service and facilities met my expectations.

Surprisingly a lot of restaurants and shopping areas close by
I didn't take a picture lol I booked through Trip. com, but they said there were no reservations, so I waited for 20 minutes. It was around 11:20 when I arrived. I washed up and left at 5 the next day
Very good, good value for money, convenient transportation. It's just a short walk from the light rail station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. There's a hypermarket about 8 minutes' walk away
Will definitely come back on my next trip. Has everything you need really. Only complaint is that you can have noisy neighbours coming to their rooms if you want to sleep early like I did, but otherwise quiet
Comfortable hotel, strategic location, lots of places to eat, large rooms, cheap prices
Thank you, I like that it's close to Gimhae International Airport

The room with two double beds has a separate wet and dry bathroom👍🏻. The room also has a microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. After washing clothes, you can borrow a clothes drying rack from the front desk
It's very close to Exit 12 of Seomyeon MRT Station (there's an elevator next to the luggage compartment). There are many restaurants in the basement. It's a bustling yet quiet place, and quiet yet bustling
The staff are very nice and helpful and we had enjoyed a very good service there. The location is very convenience, within a few minutes' walk to the subway station and underground shopping street.
Open the window, leave early and come back late, and your clothes will be dry. Wash clothes before bed at night, turn on the air conditioner, and wake up in the morning to dry clothes👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hotel is convenient and the room was clean and spacious. It was a modern Korean style where you take off your shoes first.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

Good place, good area for shopping. Heater didn’t work and no big towels.
Pros: great location, close to local sites and shopping. Good size hotel room and amazing jetted tub. Cons: it's a love hotel, so hard beds and you know, so sketchiness. Only small hand towels available
I took a shower twice because it rained, but they asked me why I needed a towel and gave it to me. After taking a shower, the floor was damp. I can hear the noise from above and from the next room
This place used to be a motel and i dont know if its still a motel or not because the atmosphere a little dark and mysterious but overall facility were great and clean and oke for a quick stay
Very best hotel in Busan with Affordable price.Staff is sooo friendly and booked taxi to us from hotel to airport. Have refrigator, bath tub, komputer and big screen tv in front of your head
hotel is very near Busan tower, on top of a hill which may pose issues if you have heavy luggages (cab from station is relatively affordable)

Walking distance to busan station. They are lift the room so dun worry if you 28 inch suitcase.
It s cool Reception was really kind Rooms are clean and nice
Pros: near the railway station, many convenience stores around, clearness Contras: gready service - no toothbrashes, no cattle in the room. Cooler is in the corridor. The bad is narrow
Not a bad place. Only there was wet spots on the bathroom floor when I arrived.
Wasnt the most clean but what xan u expect for the price, their was 2 water bottles in the fridge but one was already open , water fountain and microwave in the hallway , the room i booked was just bed , TV small fridge and bathroom but not bad for solo travel to stay for couple days

There was no bed, just thin mattresses. We were more than happy to enjoy it as it was a budget hotel anyway. The bathroom was very spacious. The amenities were also complete, such as soap, shampoo, kettle etc
They also let us store our luggages there after checking out. Nothing to complain, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. P/s: I forgot to take pictures of the room and hotel. Enjoy these pictures of Busan instead :)
There was also a mini fridge with free bottled water and canned drinks. The staff were also fluent in English. They work 24 hours a day so if you get there early or late, there will not be any problem
This motel is located very close to Busan Station. We booked a room for three, but the staff gave us a room for four. The room was so big, I thought it could even fit more than four people
A big thank you to the front desk for assigning us the very spacious 'Princess Room', complete with a refrigerator. Communication was easy for older Chinese guests
The nearby night market, supermarket, and cruise terminal are super convenient, making Busan a truly excellent destination!

Iris motel is worth the money . Staff were friendly for check in and check out. Room was clean and linens were changed every day.
Location and price are good. Like all Korean hotel/motel matras is hard but not the hardest I've yet encountered.
A convenient motel for couples with basic service. Even though there is no good view. We can make reservation online.

Security was solid, with luggage stored in lockers and a room key required for entry. The owner spoke English, making it a convenient place for foreigners. I'll definitely use this hostel again when I visit Busan
I stayed at this hostel alone during my trip to Busan. It was within a five-minute walk from Busan Station, making it very accessible. Breakfast was included, but only consisted of bread, coffee, and cornflakes
The beds had electric mattress pads, so I could sleep comfortably even in the winter. However, there were no lights on each bed, so it was inconvenient to close the curtains and it was completely dark
The only disappointing thing was that, although it may not be the property's fault, my roommate in the 6-person room was talking loudly even after 11pm, making it impossible to sleep
The shower and toilet were relatively clean, and shower slippers were provided, which was a plus. There were skin care creams, a hair dryer, and a comb available at the sink
Kind of a long walk from Busan station and public transportation but the location is still good. Has three individual shared bathrooms with showers

It's nice because I'm staying in a new building
The room has a high CP value and the location is very convenient.
While Japanese people equate motels with love hotels, Koreans commonly use them when traveling, and of course they also use them as love hotels. If you're sensitive to that sort of thing, I wouldn't recommend this place
While Korean accommodations often have multi-channel TVs, motels have a full selection, so you can even watch old Korean dramas. However, I stayed there in late October, and I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes
The design and room amenities are what you'd think of as a "plain motel" in Japan
45,000 won. Standard room. The room is small but clean. A decent place to stay.
