**Avoid this hotel at all costs!**

Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. On the third night of our stay, the bathroom ceiling began leaking, and the air conditioning also started malfunctioning. The situation became so unbearable that we couldn't even use the toilet without water dripping on us.

We immediately requested to be moved to another room. However, the receptionist informed us that the hotel was fully booked for the next two nights and could only offer a room change for our last night. I asked for compensation given the situation, and she vaguely promised to "see what she could do" at checkout.

When we checked out, I explained how unacceptable it was to pay €200 per night for a room with a leaking ceiling and non-functional air conditioning, effectively leaving us without a usable bathroom for two nights. To my disbelief, the receptionist responded with a dismissive attitude, saying, "So what do you want? €20?" The lack of concern and professionalism was astonishing.

This hotel’s service is absolutely unacceptable. With so many better options in Ibiza at this price point, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Good location but my room sometimes smelled of sewers. I paid extra for a room with a terrace. What I got was (a nice room) but right at top of steep stairs, opposite cleaners's cupboard by the roof terrace. I was told it was a great room as roof terrace very private but i didn't want a whole roof terrace -
just a room with my own small terrace. Do not pay extra for this room.

The Restaurant was oke with a very nice (the guy) waiter but a very small portion of mussels they where small in general better go next to mirandas for the best mussels of escanar, after working 10 hours i was still hungry after i said something at the bar one of the girls of the staff said i schould make it at home while i was on vacation stupid comment, other spareribs amd salmon pasta was good

Poor wifi. Awful sea views. Bad smell in the room. Old pension with poor reform. Waitresses complaining all the time of the customers
