This is a great all inclusive hotel and this means all drinks and ice creams and snacks during the day The only negative is it’s out of the way and a cab to old town will cost you around 20 Euro but very walkable to many of the clubs here and 10 min ride to airport which is handy They have several al carte restaurants but they can only be booked when you arrive and we found most days and times were...

The staff gave me room options based on a request ahead of my arrival which was very appreciated. As a coeliac traveller it can be tricky but the hotel try hard to ensure you are catered for the best they can

There are some things still I would suggest the hotel can improve in this area such as correct food labelling in restaurants, correct labelling on menus on the apps, more choice for coeliacs - particularly desserts and also an offering in the new sorts area as currently only fruit as an option

Having met her on our last trip in June this year Naiara went over and above to work with me before our arrival to ensure my dietary requirements were met in the best possible way and to try and create a stress free holiday

The kids club and all of the staff were fantastic including the entertainment. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. We couldn't fault it here and loved our stay!

We had the most amazing stay here! The hotel is lovely and in a great location. The beach is just behind the hotel and airport is a 5 minute drive. All of the staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel hardware is pretty good, the service is also good, except that the food is a bit average, there is a great restaurant on the beach at the entrance

The phone was not working and it was never fixed. The service attitude of the front desk staff was very average. The room service still required a service fee of 18 euros, which was not the conventional all inclusive

Hotel is in a great location, not far in a taxi to Ibiza old town, where there are lovely restaurants and shops. Hotel was very clean, would stay here again

Drinks are never filled to the top on AI however if you are paying you get far better service and measures. Most reception staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will give good advice

Hotel location was perfect had the beach next to us, shops around us and bus / taxi stop right outside the hotel. Clubs nearby even though they were closed as season was over when we went

Halal food options on the road available, restaurants and shops too. Not much entertainment available for off peak season, just dj at nights. Service was bad and a lot of noise

Loved the hotel and it’s all inclusive option. Bar tenders were always efficient and the food quality was great. The rooms very spacious and enjoyable

I may go back in the future as I like the idea of them putting a restaurant at the top of the hotel that overlooks the sea and sunset 🌅 and I’m sure the rest of facilities will be much improved

Has everything you need under 1 roof. Placed in a scenic peaceful place. Staff are great. Clean eating are. Food was brilliant.

Invisa Hotel Ereso is a pleasant place to stay in Es Cana, rooms are basic but well furbished with excellent showers, food is also basic but a good mix and always enjoyable, hotel is situated about a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and has plenty of shops and bars / restaurants within easy reach if you fancy going out

Good food, 2 nice pools, good location. Beds are a bit hard for me. Drinks and snacks are good too, kids loved ice creams and chocolate milk at the pool bar. Staff are all friendly.

thats exactly what I mean nothing's too much trouble. the manager always takes the time to stop and talk to us. we have had been coming to the ereso for many years and will continue to do so for many years to come

food is fantastic always lots to choose from and I'm very fussy. im now in a wheelchair and in September my wheelchair broke the hotel offered to get there maintenance man in to see if he could fix it

staff are absolutely brilliant nothing is to much trouble if they can help you they will if they can't they will try and find some one who can. The bathrooms are larger than most we have stayed in

Friendly small hotel in the grounds of a much bigger hotel. Adults only with adults only pool and access to the beach. Able to use facilities of the larger hotel i. Well worth a visit for a relaxing break

There is a sea behind this hotel, the environment is nice, there are DJs playing music in the morning and evening, and several major nightclubs are very close (I didn’t even see a QQ mailbox at the hotel front desk, haha, and I didn’t see many Asians on the entire Ibiza island)

Amazing location for the beach. Great mix of activities and decent evening entertainment. Paula and Marta in the kids club were always welcoming to our kids and just generally an asset to the hotel

I stayed here in August with some of my friends - its a lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and air conditioned which made them perfect for an afternoon siesta

Would be even better if they had more sports facilities for slightly older kids, eg football goals, put an extra table tennis table in the shade but they did offer some fun alternatives like water polo, pool volley which they were very inclusive about getting adults involved in

Wow, we attended David FMIF last Monday. First time in Ibiza and always wanted to attend a top outdoor event. Staff were friendly, drinks fairly expensive but really this is about the music for us so didn’t mind

While the drink prices can be on the higher side, they are expected for a venue of this caliber. It’s wise to plan your budget accordingly, especially if you intend to enjoy several beverages throughout the night

The food was better than expected, and all inclusive bar has a range of drinks to chose from although a few things like Jack Daniels cost extra

Brilliant location. Great for the young at heart. Only downside is bathroom needs updating. All inclusive is excellent value for money. Would recommend to family & friends.

In a great location close to lots of bars restaurants and not too far from the main party area of Ibiza

the rooms had air conditioning which we couldn't have survived without!! Was expecting the noise to be worse, but for the time of year we came it was fairly quiet, some rooms may have been shouting and singing and what not but there were no noise issues! Had a lovely time

The room itself reminds me of a 3 Star set up in Vegas. But my overall experience was EXCELLENT! They have decent wifi, outdoor/rooftop fun swimming pool, EVERYONE is having fun

The alcoholic drinks available for the all inclusive were local brands, and there was a charge for other brands. Getting to the town is about a 10 Euro taxi ride, and the hotel helped with ordering taxis

It is really far away from everything. No shops, no restaurants around. There is a supermarket in the resort, but it was closed while saturday and sunday. The food is really amazing, the staff is very nice and kind

the food in the restaurant is delicious. especially Chris the pizza maker. the only disadvantage was that we were not aware that you could get a bag with breakfast on the day of departure

Had the best time here! Great, well-kept hotel with a great value all inclusive package. Food was decent quality, a good variety and plentiful. The staff were all super sweet

The hotel is a family friendly hotel, with different activities available. There is a good variety of food available for the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and the food was tasty and fresh

Only thing to note is if you have mobility issues, this might not be the right place for you as the resort is on a hill! Stayed in block 33 which had spectacular views

Only negative is you have to pay to use the sun loungers on the beach directly outside, don't know if this is managed by Garbi staff but the man running them was a bit rude when we put our stuff down without realising we had to pay! Also had a massage in the spa downstairs which was lovely

However if you are looking for a hotel with good service and friendly staff, it was absolutely shocking. It got to the point where me and my girlfriend were afraid to ask for a new room key

Reception was beyond unhelpful and the staff at the beach restaurant were inexcusably rude- we got told off for asking for more mayonnaise

Cool and fancy hotel. It's the best that I've ever stayed. The location is amazing and the reason for that is Garbi is in front of the beach. Wonderfull place to enjoy your time and to have excellent meals.

We upgraded to a superior double room and it was so worth it for the view and size of the room! The room was cleaned everyday - once it was actually cleaned twice but that must have been a mistake

Beautiful hotel, caring staff and lovely food. If you come over I recommend the restaurant Origen or the rooftopbar. Also a walk by the water or a swim in one of the pools is nice.

modern, nice layout, good pools including rooftop pool bar, two beach options. some external unconnected beach restaurants nearby made exceptional daytime seafood meals

beautifully decorated in a great location for our family. walking distance to some lovely seafood restaurants. staff so friendly and accommodating. relaxed atmosphere. just what we needed!

For the small children there was even sandwiches made up for dinner and lunch. Quick food and drinks plentiful at pool bars. Plenty of sunbeds and a very good pool lifeguard who was particularly watchful

Just back from a weeks family holiday here. Hotel and rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food in restaurant is buffet with plenty of choice and selections

A great place for a family holiday. Kids club is fantastic and they have a mini disco at night. All staff are really friendly amd helpful. Food is lovely with kids options available

Really enjoyable holiday staff very friendly but lacked an understanding of the English language which really surprised me in this day and age pool area was brilliant food ok we had an upgraded room which was lovely as I heard lots of complaints about the rooms

Some people here complained about noise - on that note I would recommend to take pool view room as this was quiet past 11pm but the sea view rooms have bars and restaurants in front of them

We had a great stay for five nights. The location is great with beaches, restaurants and bars around the hotel. The room was clean and rather modern

Alcohol dispensers were available throughout. In the restaurant, it's best to check that everyone has disinfected their hands upon arrival

This was our first time staying at AluaSoul. We arrived early (around 11:00 AM), but luckily, the room was ready an hour later, so we could use the pool. The atmosphere was wonderful and quiet, and the pool was lovely

It was a good temperature, spacious, and clean. The buffet was good, and the food was varied. Considering the location, we recommend renting a car, as a return taxi to Ibiza Town costs around 60 euros

We wanted to extend our departure time, and were willing to pay for it. As there was no availability, they let us keep the all inclusive for the day, and stored our luggage. Very nice touch from the management

All you need for a good holiday! Nice rooms, plenty of space around the big outside pool that gives you a lot of sunshine all day long, but also some natural shade

Facility was fine but I booked this trip because of the air conditioner it promoted and it was not in service. I woke up sweating several times during my stay

I came back to collect my bag from storage, at the same time as some aircrew weren checking in. It meant I had to wait over 20 minutes which I don't find acceptable

Perfect hotel in a fabulous location. Very close to old town & playa den Bossa. Breakfast is served until 12pm which is a great bonus however they stop cooking some foods before then so not all food is available

We had an amazing stay at OKU Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were spacious and had a nice interior. The atmosphere of the hotel and pool was truly relaxing

This is by far one of my favourite hotels ever. The staff and everyone at the hotel were amazing, the room, the pool, the breakfast & lunch all incredible. It was an amazing week & we did not want to leave

OKU Ibiza was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and stylish. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and had that perfect luxury-meets-boho vibe

The only downfall for us was there’s not much around if you want to be able to walk to restaurants. but Madunia & La Torre near by are lovely. The restaurant onsite did good food but the service was really awful for us

Great hotel in excellent position on seafront. Short walk into Town along waterfront. Well decorated in a quirky style. Well equipped bedrooms including fridge and safe at no extra cost

The only downsides were that our room didn’t have a TV remote and the housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough—but neither of these things took away from our overall experience

One of the real highlights was the bar, where every night offered a different themed event—from live music to DJs and creative cocktail nights, there was always something new to enjoy

Our room was comfy and practical and like all concept hotels, comes with the Marshall speaker which is perfect for pre drinks! There’s a shop just opposite that stocks most things you need and every time we ordered a taxi it came within 10 minutes

We have just returned from 5 day trip for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazing, special shout out to Maria who booked our boat trip and Christian who had a smile every time we saw him and was so lovely

The best part of Hotel Mongibello (Ibiza) is the people! All members of staff have been incredibly warm, welcoming and wonderful in every way! The hotel offers a great variety of food, entertainment and overall comfort

We stayed here 2nd week in October. apart from the first 2 days/nights. Storms and heavy showers and windy. Thankfully didn't last the full week though 😎 The hotel itself is very nice, spacious and clean

Rooms are cleaned every day although they forgot ours the first 2 days, even reception didn't know why, but apologised profusely. The pool area is really nice, lots of room, lots of beds

Food was very good with a lot of choice and as much as you want (we stayed half board). All the staff were were very friendly, very polite, helpful and smiling all the time

Evening entertainment wasn't every night but it was the end of the season so we weren't that bothered, we just had a walk round the bars some evenings

Towels available on request for a deposit. Rear access to footpath which goes to a couple of bars one way and to the port the other way

Credit to all of them because they seemed to be there 24 hours a day. There is a sauna/spa area which is free

Juices were freshly squeezed, the coffee flowed …a perfect start to the day and running until 11:30 am, which was also welcome. We never had an issue with loungers by the pool
