If we hadn't arrived in the last week of the season and just after the flooding of ibiza from storm Amy this hotel would defo of gotten 5 stars

There are some things still I would suggest the hotel can improve in this area such as correct food labelling in restaurants, correct labelling on menus on the apps, more choice for coeliacs - particularly desserts and also an offering in the new sorts area as currently only fruit as an option

This included working with me to create a bespoke menu to meet my requirements, working with the kitchen to ensure safety and she also remembered I had desperately wanted paella in June and it wasn’t possible and she made sure I got paella this time

Having met her on our last trip in June this year Naiara went over and above to work with me before our arrival to ensure my dietary requirements were met in the best possible way and to try and create a stress free holiday

The staff gave me room options based on a request ahead of my arrival which was very appreciated. As a coeliac traveller it can be tricky but the hotel try hard to ensure you are catered for the best they can

The kids club and all of the staff were fantastic including the entertainment. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. We couldn't fault it here and loved our stay!

One downside is no indoor pool but that didn't bother us. Our room overlooked a nature reserve and had a sea view, so we were able to watch birds from our balcony

We are on our fourth day and still having a great time! The staff are amazing and a few have provided exceptional service thag deserve a mention! Nicolas is amazing, he serves with a smile and always cheered us up at breakfast

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Proper spirits were included in the all inclusive and the beer is Heineken. My only gripe if I have to say one is there wasn't enough entertainment, although it was good when on

I had a great stay at this hotel. Great selection of food in the buffet. I went to the Italian and Mexican restaurants, both were very good. The 24 hour sports bar serves good burgers, chips etc

His customer service is brilliant! Same goes to Charlie. Amazing customer service no matter how busy, always smiling and always ready to help. Also Ronald and Richard in the bar

The hotel hardware is pretty good, the service is also good, except that the food is a bit average, there is a great restaurant on the beach at the entrance

There is a sea behind this hotel, the environment is nice, there are DJs playing music in the morning and evening, and several major nightclubs are very close (I didn’t even see a QQ mailbox at the hotel front desk, haha, and I didn’t see many Asians on the entire Ibiza island)

I appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism. He recommended several cocktails for us to try and even gave us recommendations on bars in the area. I will definitely be back! Thanks Robert!

I liked the pool in front of the hotel and the all-inclusive. Close to the club street. The sea in front of the hotel is easily accessible for water skiing and cocktail bars.

I stayed here in August with some of my friends - its a lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and air conditioned which made them perfect for an afternoon siesta

We took a special liking to one of the entertainment workers in the hotel, her name was Paula. She was so helpful to us and had a great level of English

I liked being in the hotel, that's why we booked the same we stayed in 2023. We generally enjoy staying there and thinking of next year probably trying the Algarb one, because its closer to the sea

I love this hotel I stayed here in april/may its ideally located and has everything you need. I prefer a top floor room due to noise above both ither than that it's perfect

The check-in experience was very good. The front desk of Simona was very friendly. I checked in in advance and delayed my check-out time. I hope I can give her a raise

The team in the hotel are all amazing, even the cleaning ladies, so enjoyed a lot, also because it was the week of my birthday

Their bathrooms need updating and single beds instead of double but room view was good and so was dining seating views from window. Reception staff are not all friendly, need to smile more

Once we sat at the bar area infront of the sea to watch the sunset and the staff came to take out the pillows from under our chair after we spent 14 euro for a cocktail per person!! Breakfast was nice but sometimes dinner was still defrosting and very unpleasant

Hotel location was perfect had the beach next to us, shops around us and bus / taxi stop right outside the hotel. Clubs nearby even though they were closed as season was over when we went

Halal food options on the road available, restaurants and shops too. Not much entertainment available for off peak season, just dj at nights. Service was bad and a lot of noise

The taps blocked by the slide doors and you literally need to clime in to the bathtub wich is very deep and had a round slipery edge with no grip to your feet. Toilet was broken at least 3 different area

Room is very noisy as you can hear your neighbours talking through the walls in the middle of the nights. They try to charge for everything extra. Wending machines everywhere with brutal prices

I may go back in the future as I like the idea of them putting a restaurant at the top of the hotel that overlooks the sea and sunset 🌅 and I’m sure the rest of facilities will be much improved

(Food and drink exactly the same) Staff -fab and very quick. Food - something there for everyone. Very very good value and will be coming back again. I got a very comfortable silent night sleep

Hotel was clean and cheap, ticked all boxes, I was in the holiday village Ibiza at the other side of the island last year cost an arm and a leg more, was no better value

The food was better than expected, and all inclusive bar has a range of drinks to chose from although a few things like Jack Daniels cost extra

It's a good hotel for the price and a great location. In peak season it gets a bit crazy with the young tourists but overall I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in a good area

the rooms had air conditioning which we couldn't have survived without!! Was expecting the noise to be worse, but for the time of year we came it was fairly quiet, some rooms may have been shouting and singing and what not but there were no noise issues! Had a lovely time

The room itself reminds me of a 3 Star set up in Vegas. But my overall experience was EXCELLENT! They have decent wifi, outdoor/rooftop fun swimming pool, EVERYONE is having fun

They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at a great price. Most importantly I felt safe and secure with 24/7 security and front desk support

Staff were fantastic, warm and welcoming. The cleaners come daily to change bed sheets and provide new towels and clean the bath and things

The hotel has exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing and was very close to the beach. It's accessible within walking distance. The hotel prepared a special surprise for my wife's birthday.

Great holiday, loved Es Caná & this hotel with our 4 year old. Went in June, great as all kids were 4 & under. Loved the choice of food at breakfast

Our little boy enjoyed the Kids Club activities he joined in with, I’d just say advertise them a bit better as not everyone knew :)

We stayed on the higher numbers side (06-12) which over looked the small supermarket opposite the hotel, however a bar did open there during our stay which was extremely noisy after 11 pm until at least 2:30am in the morning

Our view over the sea was incredible. We didn't need to leave the hotel to go anywhere else, everything we needed was here. Well done to everyone who runs the hotel and thank you

Had the best time here! Great, well-kept hotel with a great value all inclusive package. Food was decent quality, a good variety and plentiful. The staff were all super sweet

It is really far away from everything. No shops, no restaurants around. There is a supermarket in the resort, but it was closed while saturday and sunday. The food is really amazing, the staff is very nice and kind

Would have loved to have returned next year if the hotel wasn't being refurbished, but cannot wait to return when the work is complete!

The alcoholic drinks available for the all inclusive were local brands, and there was a charge for other brands. Getting to the town is about a 10 Euro taxi ride, and the hotel helped with ordering taxis

The hotel is a family friendly hotel, with different activities available. There is a good variety of food available for the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and the food was tasty and fresh

Only negative is you have to pay to use the sun loungers on the beach directly outside, don't know if this is managed by Garbi staff but the man running them was a bit rude when we put our stuff down without realising we had to pay! Also had a massage in the spa downstairs which was lovely

Great 5 days away with my partner after so long without a holiday. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was excellent. Pool and bar areas were great, loved the beach front bar/snack area

However if you are looking for a hotel with good service and friendly staff, it was absolutely shocking. It got to the point where me and my girlfriend were afraid to ask for a new room key

Cool and fancy hotel. It's the best that I've ever stayed. The location is amazing and the reason for that is Garbi is in front of the beach. Wonderfull place to enjoy your time and to have excellent meals.

We upgraded to a superior double room and it was so worth it for the view and size of the room! The room was cleaned everyday - once it was actually cleaned twice but that must have been a mistake

I would put somewhere in the 4. Pros: - stylish - good music - good crowd - good service (try) Cons: - sea (the beach not going. Very bad) - food 4- - the rooms are very small

I stayed at ME Ibiza in September, originally for 5 nights but I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay which I’ve not done before

The rooftop pool is a true highlight, breathtaking views over the sea, stylish loungers, and a chilled atmosphere that feels both exclusive and welcoming

The staff were all kind, friendly and I’m especially grateful to the ME service team in reception and Nicol the Hotel manager who couldn’t do enough to make my stay so wonderful

Right next to Nikki beach for more party. They share the same tiny seaweed filled beach. But for the price there are better hotels if you want to chill and not have techno music playing all day

beautifully decorated in a great location for our family. walking distance to some lovely seafood restaurants. staff so friendly and accommodating. relaxed atmosphere. just what we needed!

Some people here complained about noise - on that note I would recommend to take pool view room as this was quiet past 11pm but the sea view rooms have bars and restaurants in front of them

very relaxing and beautiful hotel, the entertainment team makes a very good job to have fun and relax also I have to say that the people from the reception was so polite and emilio was so helpful during our stay, for sure we are going to come back

This was our first time staying at AluaSoul. We arrived early (around 11:00 AM), but luckily, the room was ready an hour later, so we could use the pool. The atmosphere was wonderful and quiet, and the pool was lovely

It was a good temperature, spacious, and clean. The buffet was good, and the food was varied. Considering the location, we recommend renting a car, as a return taxi to Ibiza Town costs around 60 euros

We arranged a car through the hotel. The service was prompt and efficient! The rooms were very clean and modern. The hotel itself is also modern in design, and all areas were clean

We wanted to extend our departure time, and were willing to pay for it. As there was no availability, they let us keep the all inclusive for the day, and stored our luggage. Very nice touch from the management

All you need for a good holiday! Nice rooms, plenty of space around the big outside pool that gives you a lot of sunshine all day long, but also some natural shade

I have stayed at 4 star plus hotels with TUI as I am a regular customer of there’s and Hotel Caribe was better than all of the four stars I have stayed with. Hotel Caribe deserves a lot more recognition

There was always plenty of choice of food, nice cooked meats and fish every day, pasta dishes and we even had roast beef an Yorkshire puddings one day, the beef was really good, lots of salad and cheese selection

The reception staff are very accommodating and will help you and advise you. The bar staff are also very good. The food in the restaurant is excellent a variety of fresh food everyday

We arrived on early am flight and was at the hotel for 10am but couldnt check in until 2pm which was poor when u have children but you can still use all the hotel features etc The most annoying part of drinks was they give you tickets at reception which u hand over for a drink and get it back when u return the cups and if u dont have the ticket no drink

Hotel Caribe is a 4 star hotel at least rated as a 3 star. The cleaners are good and work hard everyday. The deposit for cups is a great idea so ignorant brits don’t pollute the local beautiful beaches with plastic

I didn’t have an alcoholic drink during my stay so can’t comment much on that, other than I did try a sip of wine and didn’t taste great, and the cocktails were out of a machine which put me off

Hotel Puchet in San Antonio offers a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff and a lively atmosphere. The pool area is spacious, perfect for relaxing before exploring Ibiza’s nightlife

Rooms are basic but very clean, supermarket next to the pool very cheap! Taxi rank outside hotel, walkable to o beach, restaurants, beach and San an town!

Rooms are simple but well-kept, and the breakfast buffet is varied. Great value for money and ideal location near bars and beaches

Another brilliant stay at Hotel Puchet. Returning customer over over 10 years and will be back again next year too!

Would stay at Puchet again if I return to Ibiza, its not too far from the busy area and the strip either

I stayed at THB Los Molinos Adults Only for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — right by the sea with a beautiful view from the room

The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious with many options

I came back to collect my bag from storage, at the same time as some aircrew weren checking in. It meant I had to wait over 20 minutes which I don't find acceptable

The breakfast buffet was very extensive and of high quality. The staff did a fantastic job. Despite being busy, they were relaxed, friendly, and professional

Perfect hotel in a fabulous location. Very close to old town & playa den Bossa. Breakfast is served until 12pm which is a great bonus however they stop cooking some foods before then so not all food is available

We have to take rooms with sea view - the view is gorgeous. On the reverse side is dull.

Very friendly staff, easy check in, we were very early so had to wait a little while but they took our luggage and delivered it to us once we were in the room

What a view!! The breakfast buffet had a good selections of food to choose from. The Spa was fabulous and both of us had wonderful, relaxing facials and massages. I will absolutely stay here again if visiting Ibiza

The best option, the rooms are so clean and large. With a balcony and a great view of the sea. And it is close to the airport. The best part was a variety of different kinds of foods and desserts.

We had our second stay at Torre del Mar and it was as fabulous as the first time. Good rooms, beautiful pool area with spa, live performance, friendly staff, fair prices. I like the overall vibe around the hotel

We haven't been to this hotel since 2017 and we love es cana so decided to come back as we are familiar with this hotel. There have been some improvements in the decor, still basic, but better and very clean

Drinks were good & the entertainment staff were fun but it wasn’t in your face & just a bit of fun! We took a travel kettle instead of renting one & we didn’t need to hire a fridge as we had everything we needed at the hotel

The pool is a bit deep, no issue for us as our son, aged 10 is competent, but be aware the shallow end isn't very big if your kids can't swim. There is a little baby pool too though

The cleaners do an excellent job, our room was cleaned every day and we had new towels everyday!! Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Dining room staff were great and worked really hard, friendly enough

The location is great just a 6min walk to beach & if you walk round the bay you get to the small town area with a few shops & bars great fun at night. We can’t wait to come back & bring our other friends too x
