Some rooms upgraded which you can pay more for. Cleaners come in every day to make the bed, clean, give you fresh towels if needed. The food is probably a highlight

Definitely set up for the English. Great animation team. Food plentiful. Drinks of a good standard. 1 of the best 3 star hotels ive stayed in over the past few years. Top tip. Pay the extra for a pool view room.

There is entertainment on an evening for the children and later for adults but it is hard to entertain everyone. Thank you too all the staff at Invisa Ereso Hotel for making our short stay so restful

Areas for Improvement While our stay was largely positive, there were two specific areas that impacted our comfort: 1. Parking Charges: The hotel is located in a slightly isolated area, making a car almost a necessity

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and the sea, beds were a tad firm, decent sized room, good shower and noisy air con, we found the ceiling fan worked better for us. We found all the staff to be very friendly

The pool area was lovely and it was great to watch the sun setting on an evening. I found the food to be well prepared and there was enough choice for me. We was half board plus and the wine and beer was very drinkable

They need more umbrellas, this was the main problem, there were about 5 around the whole pool area

Honestly, I have to say everything was great: the hotel, the people, the staff, the delicious food, the very friendly staff. I would definitely return. The location is excellent.

There are only double and triple bed rooms (one large bed + one single small bed) The breakfast in the hotel is rich. The large swimming pool is more fun, but there are many people

Brilliant family holiday I was so worried after reading reviews on trip adviser. We went as a family of 5, kids aged from 13 - 2 years old and it was amazing

2 swimming pools, all inclusive in a quiet location, only 5 minute walk to boat to go across the bay

Beds werent that great, but my son said they were fine so maybe its personal preference. Ive seen lots of negative reviews about this place but we were happy and we will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast was not so good! But all the staff was great, espacally Paula, Albero etcpp Luis was very funny
