We have just returned from a long weekend, on Our first family holiday abroad. From the moment we walked in, the hotel was immaculate, spacious and light

Meals were served buffet style but were varied and of a very high standard, with a special corner serving children's meals

• Rooftop & Views: The rooftop pool is stunning, providing some of the best sunset views we’ve seen

Being able to easily cast our phones to the TVs in both the living room and the bedroom was a huge plus and made the space feel like a home away from home

We want to give a special mention to Sandra, Isadora, and Carolina, who all provided truly exceptional service and went above and beyond to look after us

• Fitness Center: The gym is very well-equipped and boasts a fantastic view overlooking the bay, which made morning workouts much more enjoyable

• Exceptional Service: The customer service from the reception staff was top-tier

Areas for Improvement While our stay was largely positive, there were two specific areas that impacted our comfort: 1. Parking Charges: The hotel is located in a slightly isolated area, making a car almost a necessity

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and the sea, beds were a tad firm, decent sized room, good shower and noisy air con, we found the ceiling fan worked better for us. We found all the staff to be very friendly

The pool area was lovely and it was great to watch the sun setting on an evening. I found the food to be well prepared and there was enough choice for me. We was half board plus and the wine and beer was very drinkable

They need more umbrellas, this was the main problem, there were about 5 around the whole pool area

Honestly, I have to say everything was great: the hotel, the people, the staff, the delicious food, the very friendly staff. I would definitely return. The location is excellent.

The swimming pool here is super nice, I really enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely be coming back! The staff is so friendly and helpful

Reception and pool modern but rooms and bathrooms very dated. Towels removed from room and not replaced. Managed to get from reception but then had no bath mat or hand towel

Snack bar had nothing left out of normal eating areas. Food very basic poor quality / cooking but you get what you pay for. Fruit juice fake and full of sugar/processed

Very slow to return money for tokens / towels on checkout. Can only get drinks for 2 people at a time at reception. Charge extra for the front row sunbeds 50€ a day

The drinks weren’t great, so we typically used another bar on site by the pool, which had a lovely seating area, however these drinks are not included with the all inclusive service and everything needs to be purchased

Overall the hotel has good facilities, the pool area and bar is great but the rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh

The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work

The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service drinks which is included in your stay if your all inclusive

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron

The rooms are lovely and cleaned every day, free minibar and the pool and location are spot on The buffet is quite repetitive but definitely can find something to eat for all the family

There are some things still I would suggest the hotel can improve in this area such as correct food labelling in restaurants, correct labelling on menus on the apps, more choice for coeliacs - particularly desserts and also an offering in the new sorts area as currently only fruit as an option

The kids club and all of the staff were fantastic including the entertainment. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. We couldn't fault it here and loved our stay!

We had the most amazing stay here! The hotel is lovely and in a great location. The beach is just behind the hotel and airport is a 5 minute drive. All of the staff were friendly and helpful

I think the hotel itself is ready for a revamp as some areas/rooms are a little tired. It’s a great location for the beach and clubs in walking distance

One downside is no indoor pool but that didn't bother us. Our room overlooked a nature reserve and had a sea view, so we were able to watch birds from our balcony

We are on our fourth day and still having a great time! The staff are amazing and a few have provided exceptional service thag deserve a mention! Nicolas is amazing, he serves with a smile and always cheered us up at breakfast

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Proper spirits were included in the all inclusive and the beer is Heineken. My only gripe if I have to say one is there wasn't enough entertainment, although it was good when on

I had a great stay at this hotel. Great selection of food in the buffet. I went to the Italian and Mexican restaurants, both were very good. The 24 hour sports bar serves good burgers, chips etc

The hotel hardware is pretty good, the service is also good, except that the food is a bit average, there is a great restaurant on the beach at the entrance

Our first ever all-inclusive and we really enjoyed it. The main buffet was great (I was less keen on the 24-hour one), the staff were wonderful and the room had everything we needed for a toddler

Beach access was great as well the food options. Pool had limited seating unless you want to pay premium. All The staff was super polite and helpful

The staff super friendly (mister Andrea at reception for example )super kind and competent. Pitty thought for the inconvenience of the incident on Monday when I arrived from the UNVRS club

Hired the room for a stag do so we could fill it with booze and have everyone in the garden bit. Worked a treat, saved a fortune rather than getting a table or everyone buying booze from the bar all day

The AC in our room did not function as it should and the sofa did not appear to be cleaned properly. Having a view of the party was pretty cool. Next time we will try staying at the the unexpected

Would just be careful with what you use in the room most of its chargeable so you’ll get a hefty chunk taken off your deposit afterwards if you aren’t careful

Instead they insisted I go back for it which took 2 hours £150 in taxis and I missed the start of the event! I suggested phoning the other hotel, gave them my photo copy but no my friend had her copy with her too so such a carry on made

A variety of breads, cakes, and churros. Everything savory, classic eggs, and a variety of fruits. There are plenty of places to charge electronic devices. The pool has live music, and there are several cocktail bars

Our stay at the Hotel was a wonderful connection. The room overlooking the sea was great, the food in the Buffet very well served. Jessica and Nara at the Buffet were very attentive

Tap water were offered after we asked but has a terrible chlorin taste. Beach front and hall looked very nice. Good shower ammenities by the pool. Unfortunatelly there are no lifts to the bar and swimming pool area

Booked for myself and my teenage daughter for a few days. 10 euros in a taxi so not worth booking a transfer

We had breakfast only but they didn’t have many warm vegetarian options just the same old everyday

I don’t think I can really give a good review as when I went in October 2019 we experienced a tornado that made a mess of the area

every year the same people there and this is something so unique! Breakfast is amazing with huge choice and if you choose to have dinner buffet you will not go wrong! The central pool with so many confy sunbeds

Clubs like Pikes and Pacha only 15/30min drive away, with a taxi rank 1 min walk down the road. Only had breakfast here but it had everything you need! Plenty of dairy free options. Would absolutely stay here again

This hotel is everything that you can ask for! I can not write enough praises that this hotel deserves. First for all the staff from hotel reception, brekfast, bar , beach restaurant and amazing cleaners

Hotel has a modern vibe with the sea front bar located right next to the beach. 10 minute taxi ride from the airport makes it convenient if you’re not a fan of airport transfers

The room itself reminds me of a 3 Star set up in Vegas. But my overall experience was EXCELLENT! They have decent wifi, outdoor/rooftop fun swimming pool, EVERYONE is having fun

Basic hotel - not bad for a cheap party holiday. Great not having kids screaming or mucking about at the pool when you've had a a few too many the night before ;-) food was varied and kept me going back for more

the rooms had air conditioning which we couldn't have survived without!! Was expecting the noise to be worse, but for the time of year we came it was fairly quiet, some rooms may have been shouting and singing and what not but there were no noise issues! Had a lovely time

We booked an upgraded sea view room and the views are the best that we have ever experienced - with complete sea views! The bed was oriented within the room so that when we drew back the curtains all that we could see was the beach, sea and blue sky - an absolutely perfect start to every day

We visited for a week end of September into October for my birthday & our wedding anniversary. The staff were very friendly & helpful & gave us excellent service. Our room was cleaned every day

Went AI this time but drinks prices if not AI r very reasonable similar to rest of resort. Friendly staff we always try Spanish & this is appreciated. Would defo recommend and adult only !

The food in the buffet restaurant was delicious & we had a meal at the ala carte restaurant which again was lovely. We will definitely return to this hotel x

Also inside play area for children to get them out of the sun. Don't expect too much at their gym they have advertised. Very basic with a lot of the equipment needed fixed and upgraded

All staff were polite and friendly a special mention to animation team and bar staff. Entertaibment was mixed but we went out most nights so only caught the beginning of each act

We stayed here in August, grandparents, son and partner and three children. We had planned to eat out but didn't bother. The food was very good and better than some 4* we have stayed in

to be honest it was disappointing,onion ring label…100% labelled wrongly as they were definitely calamari,I wasn’t bothered as I like both but others were not and were quite rightly unhappy there’s definitely room for improvement with the snack bar choices but you can go to the restaurant instead but at lunchtime if you are wet from being in the pool the restaurant isn’t convenient

the rooms were cleaned every day,beds made,towels changed as expected,great air con and I found the beds comfy ( others said they were hard ) FOOD I love my food and we always intended to eat out a few times having stayed in es Cana before ( recommend bar buha and Marvent ) Breakfast had a great choice,coffee was ok but machines slow,toasters were actually ok although a queue often developed

ROOMS We then went to our room dumped everything got changed and realised the lock on the balcony was broken,we reported it and headed to the sun beds for the afternoon ( the lock was replaced by the time we went back ) The rooms were clean bright and functional with a free safe and a fridge plenty toilet roll and a hair dryer,toiletries were also included

I would say the hotel was good family hotel, I would come back with my children. But I would rent a car due to location

Had the best time here! Great, well-kept hotel with a great value all inclusive package. Food was decent quality, a good variety and plentiful. The staff were all super sweet

Only thing to note is if you have mobility issues, this might not be the right place for you as the resort is on a hill! Stayed in block 33 which had spectacular views

The gym is also quite old with limited equipment, and intermittent air con system which was quite disappointing. Photographs of the gyms hotel should be updated to reflect its current state

For those considering staying here in future, please bear in mind that this hotel is not within walking distance to shops etc. you’ll need a car to drive, otherwise you’ll be very reliant on taxis

Superb service, facilities and location - loved using the Spa, comfy beds and plenty of hot water in a excellent shower! Great breakfast with lots of variety, and good Covid cleanliness routine, and super rooftop pool and bar

Facility was fine but I booked this trip because of the air conditioner it promoted and it was not in service. I woke up sweating several times during my stay

During our stay, we experienced something completely unexpected—the one and only time a flood has ever happened in Ibiza Town! Despite the chaos, the staff handled the situation with absolute professionalism and calm

No problem with any ask - even helped us with printing our passes to fly home. Excellent location just off the main front so quick walk to Old town, marina and Dalt Vila. Would definitely stay again (and again!)

Good location to take the boat to Formentera or Old Town. Pool is excellent, plenty of beds for all guests. Staff and service was excellent, gym looked decent though we didn't use it

Additionally, there was a one-hour daily usage limit, even though the spa was mostly empty. I'm guessing these restrictions are meant for peak season when the hotel is busier, but it felt unnecessary during our stay

I stayed at ME Ibiza in September, originally for 5 nights but I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay which I’ve not done before

We returned to the hotel having stayed there 3 years ago when it was the Sol, now under Melia, they have done a great job on building on what was already good hotel and turned it into an excellent one

The staff were all kind, friendly and I’m especially grateful to the ME service team in reception and Nicol the Hotel manager who couldn’t do enough to make my stay so wonderful

The levels area of the hotel provides a fantastic breakfast, complimentary drinks and snacks ‘happy hour’ and not to mention a private roof top pool

We booked the Levels and upgraded our room to the supreme sea view and were not disappointed. The reviews do not do this hotel any justice and if you’re considering booking this hotel, make sure you book The Levels

For the small children there was even sandwiches made up for dinner and lunch. Quick food and drinks plentiful at pool bars. Plenty of sunbeds and a very good pool lifeguard who was particularly watchful

Good for families, nice pool and entertainment area. Kids club was excellent, really friendly and looked after the children very well. Room not so good, limited room, no bath, drains smelled a little

Just back from a weeks family holiday here. Hotel and rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food in restaurant is buffet with plenty of choice and selections

Staff, entertainment and facilities are great however please be aware if you are traveling with young children the rooms do not have fridges and the basic rooms are not suitable for children under 3

We had an amazing stay at OKU Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were spacious and had a nice interior. The atmosphere of the hotel and pool was truly relaxing

Breakfast buffet was really very good. Rooms are designed well with the exception of lights and mirrors for makeup

Music around the pool is carefully curated to suit the style of the hotel and fits perfectly

1st class hotel all staff were very polite and helpful very impressed with the rooms we stayed on the top floor which was very clean rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels on each day of our stay
