Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service...

Room was basic. Breakfast buffet was large and had lots of choices. The beach access was nice but the beach side restaurant was expensive.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary

Kept clean & tidy. No where to get alcohol after the pool closes at 7pm. Room was in decent condition apart from the shower floor & bathroom ceiling was in a state. Friendly staff & good value for money. Would stay again.

Rooms are very basic. Unfortunatelly the bathroom is not a good design. They had a bathtub made as a shower cabin. Feeling very claustrohobic as no space for you to stand in properly (only sideways). Basic hotel - not bad for a cheap party holiday. Great not having kids screaming or mucking about at the pool when you've had a a few too many the night before ;-) food was varied and kept me going back for more. If you're looking for 5 star luxury, then look elsewhere. A party hotel with flowing drink, then book away!

Situated smack in the middle of town. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast is excellent. If you want cheap and cheerful this is the place. Although, the rooms were very clean they're stuck in the past. They could do with a make over. Other than that, an enjoyable experience.

The room itself reminds me of a 3 Star set up in Vegas. But my overall experience was EXCELLENT! They have decent wifi, outdoor/rooftop fun swimming pool, EVERYONE is having fun. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at a great price. Most importantly I felt safe and secure with 24/7 security and front desk support.

Just back from a wonderful week at Melia Ibiza! From start to finish everything was perfect. The warm welcome, the gorgeous breakfast and stunning views- could not of asked for anything else. Just a short walk to the marina for restaurants and short walks to beaches/coves this is an idyllic getaway.

We had a great stay at AluaSol Ibiza in early September. We booked an upgraded sea view room and the views are the best that we have ever experienced - with complete sea views! Staff, entertainment and facilities are great however please be aware if you are traveling with young children the rooms do not have fridges and the basic rooms are not suitable for children under 3. Just back from a weeks family holiday here. Hotel and rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food in restaurant is buffet with plenty of choice and selections. For the small children there was even sandwiches made up for dinner and lunch. Quick food and drinks plentiful at pool bars. Plenty of sunbeds and a very good pool lifeguard who was particularly watchful.

Had a fabulous time. Staff are all so so hard working and exceptionally polite. Will definitely return.

This was the first time that my kids actually would attend a kids club as in the past they've hated them however they loved this one. If I was the director of this company I would want to keep Sofia and Sarah as employees as they truly incredible, not only can they speak so many different languages but they are friendly, professional and clearly love their job.

The entertainment was really good and there was plenty to do throughout the day. I would definitely recommend for families.

It is really far away from everything. No shops, no restaurants around. Nothing. There is a supermarket in the resort, but it was closed while saturday and sunday. A good place to stay in Bossa is you plan on clubbing. Breakfast is served 8-11 and has many options for the pretty people. Location is 10 min walk away from Hi and Ushuaïa one a less busy street then the Main Street. Hotel guests are coming and going at all hours of the night, so if you are not clubbing I would not stay in Bossa but would suggest staying in Ibiza town.

We had a lovely short stay here on our first visit to Ibiza. The hotel was in a brilliant location, next to the bus station, Lidl and within easy walking distance of bars, clubs & restaurants. If the reception know how to behave in a better way, I would give a 5 star rating, but this became a common problem in Spain, attitude is an issue, and they never know how to treat costumers or know anything about client is always right! Lack of respect.

Nice, clean hotel. Bit of a walk from Ibiza town but we like walking so wasn’t a problem (took about 25 mins). Hotel is pristine (perhaps new?), pool area and spa areas both gorgeous. We had a great stay at the hotel. While there was a leak in our room, the staff responded immediately to check on it. Although the leak wasn’t fully resolved, we chose to remain in the same room. The rooftop Sky Bar staff were fantastic—providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and local events. Special thanks to Babs for his outstanding service and hospitality.

The hotel was in a great location, staff were great! The pool is only 40 cm deep so it was perfect for us to cool off but not great if you’re looking for something deeper. The room was lovely, the only thing is that the air con did not reach below 24°C. We were in the middle of a heatwave so that have affected it
