Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service...

Room was basic. Breakfast buffet was large and had lots of choices. The beach access was nice but the beach side restaurant was expensive.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary

Kept clean & tidy. No where to get alcohol after the pool closes at 7pm. Room was in decent condition apart from the shower floor & bathroom ceiling was in a state. Friendly staff & good value for money. Would stay again.

When checking in to the hotel, the first room we were assigned was covered in bugs when we entered. I went to reception and they were quick to change our room and placed us on the top floor with a view of the sea which was lovely. Cleanliness and condition of rooms are the primary issue in this hotel. There is no way you are a 4 star property not by ******* or any other form of evaluation. Very central and convenient hotel close to the main street

The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, and very quiet! The whole hotel is large, with complete facilities, including a swimming pool and bar. The breakfast is also good. Hired the room for a stag do so we could fill it with booze and have everyone in the garden bit. Worked a treat, saved a fortune rather than getting a table or everyone buying booze from the bar all day. Would just be careful with what you use in the room most of its chargeable so you’ll get a hefty chunk taken off your deposit afterwards if you aren’t careful

This is a very lazy property. Guests come for the party and the party is fun, so the property doesn’t have to try hard to deliver on any other front. The service is the worst part of the hotel, especially drinks and food at the beach restaurant. It’s expensive, slot and unfriendly. Shame, because the hotel could be so much more than a concert venue.

Beach access was great as well the food options. Pool had limited seating unless you want to pay premium. All The staff was super polite and helpful. This place is unreal! Definitely 5 star luxury. Incredible service, huge selection of restaurants and food. Whilst the location is away from main town (15 minute walk) it is close to a few nice beaches.

Just back from a wonderful week at Melia Ibiza! From start to finish everything was perfect. The warm welcome, the gorgeous breakfast and stunning views- could not of asked for anything else. We had a great stay at AluaSol Ibiza in early September. We booked an upgraded sea view room and the views are the best that we have ever experienced - with complete sea views! Just back from a weeks family holiday here. Hotel and rooms are kept clean and tidy. Food in restaurant is buffet with plenty of choice and selections. For the small children there was even sandwiches made up for dinner and lunch. Quick food and drinks plentiful at pool bars. Plenty of sunbeds and a very good pool lifeguard who was particularly watchful.

This was the first time that my kids actually would attend a kids club as in the past they've hated them however they loved this one. If I was the director of this company I would want to keep Sofia and Sarah as employees as they truly incredible, not only can they speak so many different languages but they are friendly, professional and clearly love their job.

The hotel has a funky design. It's perfect for a fun getaway. The service is average, so don't compare it to luxury hotels or resorts. The food in the hotel restaurant is average. The rooms are comfortable, and the sea view rooms offer a view of the sun.

The hotel is generally fine, with good facilities and a good breakfast. It's a bit far from the center of Madrid, Nice, and the port. The hotel is boring to stay there all day. Parking is charged separately, which I think is a bad idea, as there's no other parking option today. The rooftop pool is only chargeable, and the beach is neither comfortable nor good.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and luxurious. The rooftop is a dream; for an additional charge, we could spend the whole day there. Breakfast wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but that's because I'm used to our giant Turkish buffet :)) Service was unfortunately not good; it always took a long time for us to be noticed.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is very helpful and very kind. The dinner is very good. Breakfast with view on the ocean. Large swimming pool. Everything was perfect. Very good massage to. We can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
