The hotel is in a very good location, five minutes from the beach with its restaurants and the entire entertainment district. The hotel met my expectations, although the price was a bit high.

I love this hotel I stayed here in april/may its ideally located and has everything you need. I prefer a top floor room due to noise above both ither than that it's perfect. Great selection of food and drinks, all inclusive meals are delicious. Staff are very friendly. Beds and pillows are comfortable.

Incident with the first room which had a strange smell, I asked for a change of room and they forced me to pay extra!! Basic breakfast.

I liked being in the hotel, that's why we booked the same we stayed in 2023. We generally enjoy staying there and thinking of next year probably trying the Algarb one, because its closer to the sea. The team in the hotel are all amazing, even the cleaning ladies, so enjoyed a lot, also because it was the week of my birthday. Cheers

The check-in experience was very good. The front desk of Simona was very friendly. I checked in in advance and delayed my check-out time. She is a very lovely lady. I hope I can give her a raise. My friend likes her so much that she really wants to kiss her. The variety of breakfast is also very rich.

We arrived very late but reception is staffed 24/7 so there was no problem and friendly staff welcomed us & explained everything. Breakfast by the pool was plentiful & tasty with loads of options. Stayed for three nights. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, helping us navigate the city, and book a taxi to the airport. Room was very clean and air conditioning worked great. In the most perfect location where you can still get sleep but walk to the strip in a matter of 5 minutes. If I come back to Ibiza, I would most definitely stay in this hotel again!

Beware, this is a party hotel! It's incredibly loud at night, with slamming doors and loud music. Only suitable for partygoers. Mostly young partygoers. Dinner is good. Staff is very friendly, though.

There is a lot of noise between the rooms and the sound is not well insulated. The bed is not very comfortable. The service is good and I admire the cleaning service for all the work they do with tourists who leave the rooms destroyed. I saw them take out bags and bags of garbage.
