It was so nice and worth the price, I enjoyed my birthday in HR, it’s just that the photos are too expensive and not printed in good quality. Overall Hard Rock you rally Rock!

Amazing resort with great sea views. The breakfast spread is amazing. A little away from main places in Tenerife but bus stop is very nearby and taxi stand is just outside. Definitely recommend for a relaxing trip

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant

We had small children (ages 2 and 1), but they were able to warm up baby food and accommodate requests outside of the buffet menu, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very kind.

Resort was great! People were friendly. I was a solo traveler and had a great time! Loved the oceanfront views from the pool decks.

Room was too far for my husband to walk to the main areas. However the staff changed it for us. Very helpful.

We've always wnjoyed our stay at Riu. Check in and out super easy. The use of the Riu app to make restsurant reservationds, special room requests, and maintenance repairs easy to make. Poperty is clean and well kept.

Overall we had a lovely stay at the Bahia. We had a great week and would recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again once it is refurbished and reopens! Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje. We will be back.

Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry. The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

We completed the online check-in and even uploaded photos of our passports, yet upon arrival we still had to hand over our passports so they could take another copy. Really enjoyed our week at this resort. Spotlessly clean and friendly staff. It’s in a much quieter area than e.g. Playa de las Americas or Costa Adeje but we liked that. Plenty of restaurants close by and beautiful coastal walk.

This small complex is situated on a hill about a five minute walk from the village where there are numerous restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. This resort is on a hill so be warned if you have Asthma, are disabled or an OAP. Our first Villa small room beds were super hard but the second Villa was okay! So given sleep score lower than a 5 as it is a quiet area.

Reference Catherine Charltons review While I sympathise with her regarding her burglary, she was not staying at the Ona Sueno Azul resort. The Ona Sueno Azul resort and reception staff have no responsibility for any of the privately rented villas which are located nearby. It is therefore rather an unfair review.

Good Value Lovely small resort and villas are perfect for up to 6. There limited facilities, but the pool is great and the Bar Restaurant perfectly adequate. We’ve been here several times and it works for us.

Cheap and cheerful. Food tasty and fresh (few choices) and the staff eat here so you know the food is good. It needs some general renovation. The meals were always the same, with little variation, but acceptable.

This is largely an owners club and as guests we felt an undercurrent of resentment. The service is impeccable and the staff efficient and friendly and the food is very good. However if you leave your room in a "mess" you will be charged another 15 euro. If you are a smoker forget it. Great time at the Pearly Grey. apartments well appionted,clean and tidy. Amenities great, 2 bar/restaurants ,pool and plenty of sunbeds.
