The absolute major drawback was that the walls are paper-thin and you can hear conversations from the next-door rooms and all hallway activity when trying to sleep at night. We had a 17 night stay on an All Inclusive basis in a Privilege Room. We requested a room on the 6th floor and were allocated 613 which is right next to the Privilege Lounge and very convenient for access to the sun terrace. We had our honey moon in Cleopatra hotel, and it was truly amazing! We had a room with sea view and we were enjoying it every day. Fantastic hotel - clean modern rooms, 2 main outdoor pools, plus a quieter 'infinity' pool, a wellness centre (including jacuzzi, steam room and sauna), gym and a large buffet style restaurant. The hotel is also ideally situated in Playa de las Americas, a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos.

Are 5th stay at this hotel , this year we where disappointed with the food . Breakfast was fine if you got to the restaurant early . Lunch was ok . We went for dinner once it was so busy and the food was cold we where so put off we didn’t bother again and ate out every night . Amazingly clean . Staff are so helpful and great location

Accomidation is perfect place to stay with family.Apartment was cleaned everyday. It's has 2 pools for adult and kids. A gym, playground for the kids .Restaurant which offer all day food to mention shopping mall just across the street.Great place to enjoy your holiday.

Love this hotel. Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. Roof top pool is a lovely space to go and relax and sunbath if u just want to chill. The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the shopping areas and the local restaurants.

What a strange place. Booked very late just to get away. On arrival, look lovely from the outside and reception looks good too. Only 1 member of staff on reception most times, so there could be longs waits whenever you wanted something. Room was great on the 5th floor and very spacious. Lovely hotel if you're looking for something quiet and reasonably basic. Rooms were large and always clean. Great, just great for kids club. Ameile, Kath, Erica, Jasper, Sergio all fantastic. Such a great team. We loved that even with a 2 year old we can use the kids club, we stay with and play. The pools are nice, kid friendly.and lots of toys. The restruant team are also fantastic, attentive and friendly. Think we'll be coming back for a good few years.

Excellent service by Bryan he was very attentive, polite and extremely helpful in the restaurant. All the staff are very friendly and not do enough for you, making you feel relaxed. This applies to everyone from the cleaning staff to reception, bar staff, lifeguards and chefs. Would highly recommend

My partner and I stayed here for our engagement. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and kind.
