We had a medical issue with our daughter and the hotel staff were very responsive and helpful in organising a doctor and also checking in on us afterwards.
The rooms were really nice and clean, plenty of space and very large beds.
All of the staff were brilliant and the animation team great with our children.
We are at the buffet all week and found it had lots of choice and was good quality.
Overall the hotel was great, very clean and we found plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. We will definitely return.
We spent a day at the spa and had a massage with José — he was very professional and we both felt completely relaxed. Highly recommended!
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, after a few days, it got a bit boring. There were no fun or engaging activities, no music by the pool, and the evening shows were dull.
The hotel is large, so they could easily create a small disco or lounge area for entertainment. Most guests were families with kids or older people over 60. Even some soft background music by the pool could have made the days feel more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is a great choice. But if you want more action or nightlife, it might feel too calm after a few days.
We travelled with two under 2s and it was perfect for young families with many activities planned for children and a mini club.
At the same time there are areas designated for adults only both by the pool and restaurant.
Very well thought out design (when you get your head around it as it’s rather large and may seem confusing at first).
Room clean and very spacious. Ocean view recommended.
Restaurant buffet very good too, with a different theme every evening. Breakfast excellent. Cannot fault this hotel really.
