Fabulous room delicious breakfast very clean spacious hotel

It was so nice and worth the price, I enjoyed my birthday in HR, it’s just that the photos are too expensive and not printed in good quality. Overall Hard Rock you rally Rock!

The environment and service are quite good; it's worth staying at. It's a music-themed hotel.

Amazing resort with great sea views. The breakfast spread is amazing. A little away from main places in Tenerife but bus stop is very nearby and taxi stand is just outside. Definitely recommend for a relaxing trip

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. Room was ok but a bit dissapointing for a 5 star = the bathroom toiletries were like any other Hotel in plastic bottles some were hard to us pressing down on the bottles to release the soap glad I took my own /also no waste bin in the bathroom. Great facilities, lovely staff at checkin. Two small issues though. Cockroach scuttled under the bed when we entered the room, so better checking required. We paid for all inclusive and didn't get free drinks throughout the stay. Only breakfast and champagne at dinner which we dont drink that. Having to pay for your own drinks to then pay your tab at the end of the holiday was absolutely gutting. The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

kettle /tea coffee took 3 days to be put in room even asking at reception twice welcome pack was 2 days late and put in hot room through the day when i was out went off . was first put in room at back off hotel that was noisy had to pay 105 euros to move it was take it or leave it /

The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.

Great food & majority of staff . Couple of blokes with attitude behind the bar , cleaning staff great . My only gripe was being on the first floor above the bar & cleaning staff moving furniture at 7.30 am every day . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend other than that . Would definitely go back

Staff were excellent. Rooms were a decent size. Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping. Great other than that.

We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits. Fabulous. Couldn't fault it. If you are looking for a restful and peaceful holiday in a good location Riu Palace Adeje is an excellent choice. The buffet is probably the best hotel food we have experienced. Rooms, views, bars and staff outstanding. Everywhere is spotless. It was our third stay at the hotel. Unfortunately on this stay we had cockroaches in our room. Our room was on level 1 (Ground Floor). I spoke to the hotel manager who said he was aware of the problem and he had employed a pest control firm to try and eradicate the problem.
