People are nice. The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. Food was not the best. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. We would never stay again. The food places across the way was fantastic.

Some parts were really good! Music, entertainment, kids club. Some areas were poor, sofa bed really uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be a good investment to get people to go back. Unhappy that I was offered free parking space but after 3 visits to the reception I still needed to play after many excuses and different information. Poor, it’s a shame! Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again.

Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje. Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.

I stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It's been done up really welll. We were in the adults only section which was great with lots of areas with relaxing sunbeds. Food was fine, we did eat out on most evenings. Only downsides were you had to book in the night before to use the gym and the daytime music at the rooftop bar was extreme loud. Stayed as 2 couples in their 40’s. Chose adults area for apartment. The only thing as a negitive for us was a slight lack of atmosphere. I’m guessing just due to what people want from a holiday. We really like this resort. We had to clean up the bathroom when we checked in, but not a big deal. The staff is very careful and willing to help. Food is great and the restaurant offers many varieties and different dishes. Lots of fun activities for the kids in the play areas and the pools.

I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off.

Everything about this resort is fantastic. The employees were all super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with beach access, but not too crowded. Classy for sure

The hotel is lovely, the decor was contemporary and the grounds were well maintained. The half board option was super for us and the food was really good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. We had a happy stay at The Tivoli.

This property is on the south side of the island. Warmer there. Very upscale community. Great shopping. Beautiful beaches.

We went the end of march and stayed in a premium sea view room for 7 nights. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Food was amazing Pool areas were really nice Comfortable sun beds and lots of them. Stayed in Room 807. Lovely hotel, facilities are great and there is always something going on around the pool. Food is lovely, big selection so definitely something for everyone. Only downfall is that the aircon in the room isn’t particularly great and doesn’t really keep the room cold. But other than this, would definitely return.

We booked a spa experience here whilst staying in a local town. It was fantastic value for money and the setting was beautiful. We opted for the package which included full access to the thermal baths, a massage and a bottle of cava. The massage was incredible, the bottle of wine before may have helped us relax a little.
