Staff is super friendly, rooms are big enough for a couple and a superb location. Free Parking just in front of the hotel

A first rate and family run hotel. Always good for a lovely quiet break. I first stayed in 2012 and return whenever possible.

For a 2 star hotel and price very satisfied. Rooms and decor was basic but hotel was clean, staff friendly and location amazing for the old town.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights, now in august 2019.
It is a very nice hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They helped us with finding a place where to rent a car, they even borrowed us a sun umbrella, and gave suggestions for the best beaches and restaurants. Their kindness is really an added value for this place.

The breakfast, for the cost of 3.5 euro, was also very good and abundant. I recommend taking a tostada with tomato and an ensaimada.

The room was comfortable, and we got separate beds having asked for it.

There is a small swimming pool, which was clean and good for a quick swim just before it closed (at 9 pm)

Overall a good hotel, near the center of Ciutadella. The staff was very kind at all times.
Rooms were okay, with air conditioning and a tv.
The bathroom was decent, maybe the shower-arm was a little old but nothing too worrying.

It was perfect. A really great value. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room but it was all we needed for 2 people. We also found the staff friendly. It has air conditioning too. Hard to find so look it up before you go. Free parking lot a short walk away.
