Well, I believe when it comes to Value vs Money it is OK, but for sure it is far away from good clean hotel. You will get 2 floors apartment with kitchen for maximum 5 adults.
There are few swimming pools as well as restaurant. Place is located around 400-700 meters away from sea, although you have a fantastic Seaview at least from second floor.
There is a free parking just next to apartment.

Old apartment hotell. The apartment is cleaned two times a week and the same are the towels. Our clothes smells humidity

Nice place, but some fairly essential stuff missing. 20€ a week for 1 device to be connected to extremely bad internet. Parking is a nightmare due to trees growing in a very small space outside the apartments. Towels are tiny and some aesthetic damage to furniture etc. The entire complex is built on a steep hill as well, so driving it is not for the faint of heart, but there is very little traffic which makes it slightly easier. But they have an amazing restaurant and pretty awesome pools, and all the staff are friendly.

Really nice apartment. We lived there for a week, and was fully satisfied. Nice views, cosy pool area, barbeque area and so on.

We don't have any booking and we came there at 19:34. 4 minutes after close. Receptionist still was here but he was arogant and he can't any room. Because the system is turn of. I totaly don't understand! I am working on the reception too and that really funny. Unfriendly staff!

Good hotel. Comfortable, with air-conditioning. Close to the beach and nice view to Alcudia bay and the mountains.
