Staff is very helpful and friendly, owner not always in good mood. Clean rooms, fresh food, some choice of bread, cheese and other breakfast stuff. No air conditioning is the biggest disappointment. Quite noisy day and night, great spot though as close to many places, attractions, bus stops and restaurants. There is TV in the room but only operates in German.

Only booked because it was the last option last minute. The woman at the front desk was sarcastic, condescending and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Asking for extra towels got me a rude ‘you get what you pay for’ before she reluctantly handed them over. Noisy AC, unstable balcony, no hooks in the bathroom, loose shower fixture, constant toilet noise. Even at a low price, this was an awful experience. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Simple, unpretentious pension, excellent location near the port, restaurants, bars and bus stop for easy sightseeing. Clean room with modern bathroom, air conditioning. Good breakfast, nice coffee, delicious scrambled eggs. The breakfast and cleaning staff are smiling and friendly, but above all Kerstin on the front desk is both welcoming and super efficient. Great value for money

I had a very enjoyable stay here for 3 nights! Super friendly and helpful hostess! Calming and easygoing atmosphere. Super value for money. Great location for discovering the whole island. I can duly recommend it!

Positiv Things first. Location is great and breakfast was ok. The rooms dont have aircon, that might be ok in Winter but in Summer the room was extremly hot. The Roof Fan did Not help much. It is really old and the air in the room was standing. I stayed in Thailand with 40 degrees in a Fan only room, but this Room did Not cool down at all. The Isolation is Bad and the room Heats up. We opened the Balkon and Room door but at Night They close the Windows in the stairway, so there is no circulation of air at all. Outside it is really loud… Party Noises and Tuned motorbikes until Minimum 03 am and in the Morning street cleaning is loud. We stayed for 2 weeks and there were several Nights We could not sleep at all.

There was no regular trashbin , just a really small one in the bathroom. By the way the bathroom was even more hot than the regular Room.

We found several Long black hair in the Room. This can Happen once but We found them on several Days.

The bed was noisy and screeching every time you turn around.

Sadly, Even though the staff was friendly I cant recommend to stay here at hot days.

Very nice Hostal. Great location close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Breakfast was included and it was great. They have umbrellas for the beach that you can borrow.

This ia is the worst accomodation i have got in so many years, the staff is extremely rude and fans were not working, the german receptionist is pathetic as well... I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy

Strong points : the manager Kerstin and the staff are too nice and attentive the hotel is very clean, attractive price, free breakfast. points to improve : it would be nice to set up air conditioners for visitors with baby, but after explaining to kestin that this is the first trip with a baby, we were afraid of the heat, she offered us a more spacious apartment and not expose to the sun without paying the price difference, it is very human.

I had a beautiful and relax stay at Alfonso Hostal. The Hostal is located very conviently. Bus stop, shops, restaurants, convient stores are all near by.

The room is spacious and it's a very clean and tidy Hostal.
You get an affordable place, price - value is absolutely great and fair.

Would recommend this place in Cala Rajada to those who doesn't chase luxury.

I will come back. The host is very friendly and German speaking.

Very clean rooms, friendly host, great breakfast. Beach is very close, just a few minutes from Hostal. There are lot of shops etc. Great.
