Quiet hotel with a great swimming pool and lovely views. Buffet food was always cold and we experienced really slow Service at the pool bar on the day we arrived. Not a bad hotel if you avoid the buffet. Room was big enough for 2 adults and an 11 year old.

I love the location of this hotel. It has the most beautiful sunset and it’s has very beautiful views. This time our room is facing the ocean, we live it and the staff were very friendly and nice.

There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from. We have already booked our holiday for June this year, and look forward to seeing everyone at Seth Port Ciutadella again.

This was our 12th stay at this hotel, We always have a warm welcome from all staff when we return. Service is exceptional. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, but we tend to eat out at night. Once again another great stay at the Port Ciutadella, never get tried of praising the excellent friendly hard working staff . Can not fault any part of this hotel. It’s just a great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Ciutadella as well as all the facilities of the hotel. All ready booked for next May and October, recommendation in it’s self.

Our second visit to the Seth Port Hotel which is an excellent hotel and we will stay again. It is located in a lovely area with an upmarket atmosphere, nice rooms and general cleanliness is superb. All services are without fault and staff are exceptional

Just returned after a 4 night stay. The hotel was excellent from start to finish. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. Quiet location but understand it was coming towards the end of the season. All staff that we came across are a credit to the hotel. Food was varied and plenty of options. Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful from helping with luggage to organising taxis, car hire and spa sessions. The restaurant and bar staff were always welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning staff were always cheerful and kept the whole hotel and grounds spotless. Cannot fault this hotel at all would return in a heartbeat.

Second visit to this hotel. Staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful and very professional. The hotel is so clean and tidy. If you want nightlife or a lively location this hotel is probably not for you. The only letdown is people smoking around the pool and pool bar, although the hotel is supposedly a no-smoking hotel. Management need to get control of this.

Had an outstanding stay with Faustino Gran Was only there for 4 days, but had an amazing time with my family. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are outstanding, and extremely helpful at all times. The hotel room we had was perfect for us. Will be coming back next year

Beautiful hotel in a restored Palau, well positioned in the centre of old Ciutadella. Lovely facilities including a gorgeous underground pool and spa, and with several small unheated outdoor pools. The outside dining area was magical.

Could be a five star but over promises on rooms and country club and under delivers. I booked a deluxe room direct with Relais and Chateau and had to complain about being given a standard double. This is a really lovely little hotel. The room is spacious, everything works. Our room is situated above a bar on the 'high' street but it didn't bother us. The staff are really lovely helping us get a taxi to the airport.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The building and the rooms are beautiful. It was also quiet. The room we stayed in was huge. Free water and soft drinks in the mini bar every day was a nice touch. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Patricia for three nights recently. We had a great stay. We had one of the 4 suites on the top floor with a patio. Great sunsets! We love'd our stay. The staff is really nice, always happy to help and the rooms super clean and nice. We had breakfast with our room and let me tell you it was really good. It was always fresh with changing options of fruits, lactose free and non-diary milk options as well as warm options. We also enjoyed the pool.

Nice hotel for the night for our Cami de cavalls trip! Room was of a good size, clean and had a balcony. Staff were lovely and friendly and breakfast was ok for the price we paid! Certainly happy with our stay!

It was an incredible experience, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is just steps away from town and close to everything. The staff were amazing, super accommodating and incredibly helpful when telling us about the best beach spots to visit, restaurants, etc.

The employees were all very nice and always helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool (empty most of the time) and the location, we went to the Cale juste at the hotel and is was amazing. Amazing. The spa is delicate and the hole hotel is incredibly well decorated. A wall of candles is lit every night, which makes the magic sensation of being there more impressive. I will repeat every time I can.

Great place with palm trees for shade, great little kiosk and seating area, pina colada's are brilliant but need to be at €8 each. Sandy beach fairly small, but great rock features, and you have to avoid the small rocks as you walk in the sea. Nice reggae music playing at the kiosk too.

Stunning little cove with crystal clear ocean and loads of fish swimming around you, there’s also a couple of beach bars.The one we used was called sa cova and served up lovely pizzas and seafood

Interesting place but a little basic,nice fella running it good breakfast ,quite a walk into cuitadella great bar down the street

Small hotel near the center, you can go walking. The single room is very small, a little careless and there is a lot of noise. Very friendly staff.
