We stayed one week at this hotel in October 2025. The room was very small, we had a 3 person room and with the extra bed there was not enough room for the suitcases and with cases on the floor barely enough to walk from the bed to the bathroom. This is a lovely hotel, very spacious and pretty grounds. Pools were beautiful and seemed to have plenty of sun beds although if you get there in the afternoon on a sunny day they are all occupied. Overall the hotel was set in lovely grounds but first impressions were poor as the man at reception who greeted us was lacking in any communication skills. He asked us immediately if we wanted spa access, then a coffee machine then finally access to a workable safe (all at further expense) which made check in disappointing. The resort layout feels quite spread out, which can make some walking routes a bit inconvenient. For example, on the way out of the resort or to the evening restaurant, you may need to pass through warm, non-air-conditioned conference rooms or take longer routes than expected. Can't imagine how it should bring the temperature down during summer. Lots of parking spaces available. With some more flowers, palms, less concrete and cleaning up the backyard/backside of the building the overall impression could be much better.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I want to tell you that the Fontsanta Hotel was an awful place, so that you won't discover this piece of heaven on earth, but that would be terrible! A lady named Giouana Castellano helped us a lot last night. I had a problem with my phone, and she made my problem her own. The staff at Villa Chiquita is always very polite, but I have never experienced such helpfulness and genuine joy in solving guests’ problems before. My phone is now working perfectly again, and it’s all thanks to Giouana Castellano.

Although ALL Staff are super amazing here, bathroom cleanliness and beddings needs some work. Our towels looked like they were used and was never changed with stains on them and hairs on the shower walls. Pillows smelled like sweat and cigarette smoke. But other that those flaws experience was amazing and would come stay here again.

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff! The breakfastbuffet is very good, the dinner as well, with many options to chose. The view from the room as well as the terrace is amazing! The only downside were the beds. We had a double room, which just had two single beds on wheels put next to each other. The beds always drifted apart and the matresses were not that comfortable.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hôtel is not the newest one but the quality of service and the kindness of the staff makes you forget about it.
