Hotel Honucai in Colonia Sant Jordi

We just stayed one night, but wished it could have been for more. Contrary to a couple of reviews, our room was just as shown in the hotel’s photographs, clean, fresh and stylish. Towels were lovely & fluffy, toiletries smelt divine & staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and one of the best we’ve had on Mallorca, enhanced by the seafront position we enjoyed whilst eating breakfast. We had cycled over from the other side of the island and the cycle facilities were great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & will definitely stay again if we’re on that side of the island.

We enjoyed four wonderful days at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent. On our last night, we tried the restaurant and regretted not having gone from the first day, the food is exceptional. The hotel’s rooftop is fantastic. The entire hotel operates like a perfectly conducted orchestra.

Let me put it this way: we had an absolutely great stay in the hotel since we had a perfect price benefit-ratio, got obviously upgraded without telling us and we experienced a perfect stay in the hotel. However, there are some cons and I will come back to them later. The check-in was quickly done and we got access to our room even before check-in time, just perfect. We booked the lowest category of rooms with view backyards, but we got a partial sea view room even we were not informed about that. We were absolutely fine with that of course. The room was cozy, the bed comfortable and all was absolutely clean. There was no noise from outside, neither from the corridor. The room was in good shape, the bathroom clean and everything was well working except some minor issues with the vault which we got fixed by the maintenance guy. The bathroom accessories were of high quality also. The roof top is amazing. An absolute perfect view to the town. A nice bar, combined with a small pool and some sun-beds invite you for a cozy afternoon. Since only few sun-beds and sun-umbrellas are available, this might cause some issues if more people are in the hotel. The breakfast was great, good choice. The minor issue: it was each day the same choice of vegetables, bread, sausage, cheese etc. Some lack of having a better idea on how to make the breakfast more interesting. Warm dishes were made a la minute, free choice. Same for hot beverages and cold drinks. The major issue we experienced was an absolute bad Wi-Fi. No Wi-Fi at the pool and a bad connection in the rooms. Maybe due to Corona the maintenance suffered a little bit. However, we recommend to visit this very nice hotel.

Just brilliant can’t fault the hotel at all. The cleaners come in everyday and make the room look impeccable again. The staff are all so friendly. The terrace was so calm and peaceful and the sunbeds so comfortable. The breakfast offers a huge selection and was all delicious. Plenty of wardrobe space, great to have a fridge and kettle. The best part was definitely the view on the rooftop, although the pool is extremely cold but great to cool off. Thank you for our stay :)

Myself & my husband stayed here half board for 1wk from 5th Sept. On arrival the reception was welcoming, we were allocated room 119 which had a side sea view, very small balcony but fine for two to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. The rooms are kept lovely & clean & the bathrooms are spacious with a great shower. The hotel is situated in a convenient location right across from the beach and promenade which has a great selection of restaurants. The food in the hotel is exceptional, very European offering but very tasty & beautifully presented, only thing I’d comment on is that I don’t eat fish were as my husband does, the menu has a large selection of seafood and personally I think it could offer a few more alternatives in way of a few more meat dishes but overall we could not fault & they do offer daily specials which are worth well trying. The staff in the restaurant are lovely and very accommodating. The rooftop terrace is lovely and if you go from around 7pm you will see the lovely sunsets. The rooftop through the day is lovely but there isn’t enough beds so you need to get there early however we loved the beach right outside the hotel, it’s 14euros to hire two beds which we thought was reasonable, the sand is lovely & the waters are calm. We are both in our fifties and think this resort is perfect for couples looking for a relaxed break, do note it’s a fairly quiet resort so if nightlife is your thing this probably isn’t the place for you. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would return.

Such a gem of a hotel. The staff are amazing, the food is great. The hotel is clean and well run. Special mention to Karla who works so hard and is the friendliest of people. Cant wait to come back.

We stayed at Hotel Honucai as a couple and absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is stylish and welcoming, with a great atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed right away. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, it was fresh, varied, and the perfect start to the day. The highlight for us, though, was the restaurant. It truly is a gem, both for the quality of the food and the friendly service. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Can't fault the Hotel, friendly staff, great location, great rooms aircon etc The pool is't a swimming pool, just a lovely place to hang out.

Wow what can I say this hotel was amazing the staff from reception to housekeeping were so friendly the room was spotless and the lovely turn down service at night was a lovely touch we had a plunge pool at our apartment that was great as it was very warm. The air-conditioning was also great. The hotel gave my wife a lovely bottle of wine for her 60th birthday without asking amazing even the breakfast was of a good standard the restaurant at the hotel was lovely fresh cooked food. A small menu but good choices I would definitely recommend this hotel in such a lovely area close to all amenities. Well done the staff at hotel honucai keep up the great service
