Hotel Martorell in Colonia Sant Jordi

Top location, clean simple rooms, friendly staff, close to everything, great breakfast buffet

Excellent 👌🏽 everything, good food, good service, very economical for such good food

We stayed here for 4 nights.
The hôtel is not the newest one but the quality of service and the kindness of the staff makes you forget about it.
Very well located, only 3 mn walk from the beach and restaurants I would definitely come back. Special Thank you to Aytana (sorry for the spelling) from the reception who has been very nice and gave us really nice restaurant recommendations.

I've stayed here for 11 days with some friends, everything was ok for the price, very kind and lovely staff, the ladies who make the food, who clean the rooms and the owner aswell, he takes good responsibility for his business and also is in the picture providing good service & is very kind.

He isn't the typical business owner who doesn't do it for the money only (in my eyes)

The hotel is located in a small cozy village, the hotel is small but good, old 90's styled.

The location is near a beach and very accessible from other places & stores.

For the rooms, the airconditioning works good, for the bathroom the shower & toilets are ok, sometimes have issues with flushing due to the high amount of rooms which uses the same water source which is reasonable.

The beds are ok, not perfect but also not bad, everything was clean & fresh. (Shower room was a bit too small but it works.)

For breakfast you get various options, egg, bread, croissant, coffee, thee, cornflakes & more, dinner also has good tasty options like soup, meat, etc.

Not a 5star worth meal but it's not bad at all.

Outside you have a good pool, nice balkanies, + the views are good.

I saw some reviews about the hotel being on a main road and that it is disturbing which is not the case, after 10pm there will drive by a car every 30mins ish, so it's not noisy at all.

Overall experience, you get more here than you deserve for the price, you pay 68$ anight I think, if u want more luxury, go pay more at another hotel, people in the reviews can't use logic, this place is perfect if you're on a budget!

There were two of us in the Hotel Martorell and we had a great time there. The hotel is family-run and we felt very welcome and looked after very well. The staff are super friendly and the service is generally very good. Only criticism was that the toilet didn't flush at first, but that was quickly fixed.
I particularly enjoyed the time at the pool and the cocktails on the beautiful terrace.
The beach, the supermarket and a bakery are only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
