Our room was rather small and the air conditioning didn’t work which made it very hot. Our room was also very loud during the night (cars driving by and a neighbours dog barking for hours). The pool was nice and the breakfast small but alright. I can, however, not recommend a stay at this hotel because my partner’s jewellery was stolen from the bedside table on our last day - so we couldn’t even file a police report anymore. So if you stay there lock your valuables up or don’t leave them unattended!

We stayed here for 4 nights.
The hôtel is not the newest one but the quality of service and the kindness of the staff makes you forget about it.
Very well located, only 3 mn walk from the beach and restaurants I would definitely come back. Special Thank you to Aytana (sorry for the spelling) from the reception who has been very nice and gave us really nice restaurant recommendations.

I've stayed here for 11 days with some friends, everything was ok for the price, very kind and lovely staff, the ladies who make the food, who clean the rooms and the owner aswell, he takes good responsibility for his business and also is in the picture providing good service & is very kind.

He isn't the typical business owner who doesn't do it for the money only (in my eyes)

The hotel is located in a small cozy village, the hotel is small but good, old 90's styled.

The location is near a beach and very accessible from other places & stores.

For the rooms, the airconditioning works good, for the bathroom the shower & toilets are ok, sometimes have issues with flushing due to the high amount of rooms which uses the same water source which is reasonable.

The beds are ok, not perfect but also not bad, everything was clean & fresh. (Shower room was a bit too small but it works.)

For breakfast you get various options, egg, bread, croissant, coffee, thee, cornflakes & more, dinner also has good tasty options like soup, meat, etc.

Not a 5star worth meal but it's not bad at all.

Outside you have a good pool, nice balkanies, + the views are good.

I saw some reviews about the hotel being on a main road and that it is disturbing which is not the case, after 10pm there will drive by a car every 30mins ish, so it's not noisy at all.

Overall experience, you get more here than you deserve for the price, you pay 68$ anight I think, if u want more luxury, go pay more at another hotel, people in the reviews can't use logic, this place is perfect if you're on a budget!

Never again. Bad food (soup snd sauce made from paper bag powder, vegetabels from tin), no air condition, old damaged furnishings, stand-offish staff, the hotel is direct placed to the main road, this means very noisy.

A nice little hotel with only 29 rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful 👍🏻 The coffee is recommended and the beer 🍺!!
Only the food is not good at all, neither breakfast nor dinner, which was only served at 8 p.m. 🙁 much too late for us and only German dishes 🤦 we think there should be a German and a Spanish dish to choose from!!!!!
But you can stay overnight, very good beds, we slept well 😍 the rooms are always clean!
The pool area well maintained and clean water.
The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes from the beach and the harbour. 2 supermarkets nearby

There were two of us in the Hotel Martorell and we had a great time there. The hotel is family-run and we felt very welcome and looked after very well. The staff are super friendly and the service is generally very good. Only criticism was that the toilet didn't flush at first, but that was quickly fixed.
I particularly enjoyed the time at the pool and the cocktails on the beautiful terrace.
The beach, the supermarket and a bakery are only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The location (a few streets to walk to the beach), and that it is still a family-run hotel (no bed bunker), should be highlighted positively.
But: The pool looks nicer and more well-kept in the pictures, our room was very small (so far the smallest, and we have stayed in a few hotels on Mallorca). There is very little choice at breakfast, and especially at dinner, only 1 dish and 1 vegetarian option. If you don't like it, you were unlucky... Our stay was about 2 years ago and we only booked this hotel because it was very cheap back then, so that's okay. But if you see that today the same price is charged as in hotels that play in completely different leagues, then unfortunately it is definitely not recommended!

Nice Location with cjty near beach, small but clean rooms but do only book with breakfast. The meals in the evening are below any standards. Horrible meals!
