Went here for a couple of days and was absolutely amazing even compared to other universal hotels! Everything was super professional. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the location but a nice path around the shore for those who enjoy a morning run. The outside bar was great and the spa, pool and the 2 saunas were also top tier with an ice bath massage shower and even a water bucket drop! Recommend. Would go again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back!

Stayed for two weeks, everything was excellent. Room was great, pool area is really nice, breakfast is delicious, all the staff are super friendly. Felt like a real treat staying there, would definitely stay there again.

Stunning Views, So-So Beds
We spent a week here and loved the location – right by the sea with a beautiful pool area and a lovely spa to unwind. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious, varied, with à la carte options… though coffee always took its sweet time.
The downsides? The rooms didn’t live up to the 5-star label – small, with uncomfortable twin mattresses pushed together, and a rather plasticky feel overall. The gym is tiny but gets the basics done.
Overall: great views, great breakfast, but the rooms could use a serious upgrade. Bring flip-flops, sunscreen, and maybe a mattress topper.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property of the hotel is also very nice and beautiful. The neighbourhood is more or less average, but the views of the sunsets are absolutely stunning.
The food is very good and the variety of the breakfast buffet ist great. Also the starters and desserts of the buffet at evening is also good. The variation of the a la carte dinner could be better.

Staff has been second to non: incredibly nice, attentive,very helpful and in a good mood every single day. They do not try to upsell anything which has been the case in many other resorts.
It's a modern and clean hotel.
Rooms are clean and have a modern tranquil look.
The location itself is very quiet. Only downside would be that a car rental would be needed if you want to see many places across the island as it is not that well connected by public transport.
The local bus only runs once an hour.
Half board: very good quality food but after a week, the choices at the a la carte dinner get slim.

Outstanding as an Hotel, we'd stay again:)
A beautiful Hotel with excellent facilities. The restaurants were outstanding. the staff super friendly. The cleaners deserve a mention too as the entire Hotel was spotless. The waiting staff were very attentive & friendly.

Really liked this hotel. Spa facilities were really great and little details really make a difference around the hotel. Breakfast options were one of best we had experienced, so many great choices. Would stay here again.
