This hotel is incredibly beautiful and the service was outstanding. Every single staff member – from receptionists and waiters to maintenance and housekeeping – treated us wonderfully and was always attentive to our needs. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel truly welcome.

I spent my birthday here and couldn’t have chosen a better place! Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a stunning sea view. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous and varied, and we were even welcomed with complimentary drinks.

Every product they offer, from the food to the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, is of excellent quality.

A big congratulations to the entire Hotel Cabo Blanco team for their top-notch service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a peaceful, exclusive hotel with exceptional hospitality, don’t hesitate to stay here.

Absolutely amazing place. This place is adults only and it is the best option. We have been here couple of times (twice this year) and everything is perfect. Amazing staff everywhere, if you need any information, they will help you and guide you. Staff in restaurant very friendly. Food is delicious, you have buffet and choices from the menu, which is enough. Every single menu is original, tasty with touch of local food. Rooms spacious, very clean with nice little treat on your arrival. We certainly love this place and we can’t wait to be back next year again.

Great stay and great staff, will return for sure

Incredible price performance for the location, view and very good dishes are served here for the more gastronomic enjoying people. The location is calm, has two good brunch and a burguer restaurants down the street, local mini market and a cozy snack bar right next to the hotel. There's buses around 2 minutes walking from it to other places of the island and there's a gorgeous famous beach north-east of it where a lot of people go. Parking is insanely tough during day it's good weather due to the beach. I honestly think Universal should invest in a local parking for clients due to how many hotels of their own they have in the near area.

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff! The breakfastbuffet is very good, the dinner as well, with many options to chose. The view from the room as well as the terrace is amazing!
The only downside were the beds. We had a double room, which just had two single beds on wheels put next to each other. The beds always drifted apart and the matresses were not that comfortable.

Good atmosphere, nice staff and idéal location.

Super nice Hotel. Really good standards. Kind staff and really nice rooms. You can get ocean views from your room which is amazing. And the place looks amazing. I recommend getting breakfast included as their breakfast is super nice with lots of variety.
Only downside is that the location is far from Palma and other places that you might want to visit. But that really depends on what you are planning to do.
Therefore i recommend renting a car to be able to go places. Also it was fairly expensive i would say. Could be a little cheaper.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The service was always top tier. After all the research we did, I’m so glad that we ended up at Universal Hotel Cabo Blanco. Lorenzo and all of the staff were sooo amazing and amigable!! The ocean being right in front of the hotel with its own access was breathtaking and refreshing and very easily accessible. The pool was so nice and cool as well. We loved everything about it. Thank you so much!!
