Clean and comfortable hotel, pool area slightly unkept and muddy in part, which made the water especially in kiddie pool dirty. Noisy breakfast, but everything was good. Walking distance to the beach.

Stayed here for Benicassim festival and I would really recommend this hotel. Was very clean, staff were always cleaning the rooms. The breakfast in the morning had a huge amount of choice for everyone

Decent hotel with mostly renovated rooms. Food was included with our stay, with breakfast better than dinner servings. Bar and cafeteria were very loud

The entire team, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or at the beachside chiringuito, made us feel truly welcomed. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated right by the sea

The outdoor area is a nice spot to enjoy a drink, especially in the evenings when the atmosphere is so cozy and relaxed. The rooms, while not overly spacious, were more than adequate

Property was very clean and tidy, good breakfast offerings and staff very friendly, particularly on checkout with a luggage room available and the hotel arranged a taxi for us.

The treatments were fantastic I highly recommend the Kibido facial that we used our €30 voucher against and got a 10% discount too. The thalassio pool was a great temp and all the circuit worked well

Everything surpassed my expectations, from the friendly and welcoming staff, to the facilities, cleanliness, views, and the highlight for me was the food and the caring and experienced therapists

My friend and did the 5 night wellness package. It was amazing they prebooked all our treatments and gave us our schedule upon arrival at the clinic we were so glad to not have to arrange this

A really well situated hotel in Benicassim, very friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Bathroom a bit small and only 2 person lift, good breakfast though.

Rooms were large just needed a bit of tlc. Good size balcony

The socket in our room for the minifridge was broken, and the hairdryer did not work. Usually this would drop a review from 5 to maybe 4 or 3, but the customer service was so excellent I cannot do that

The location is perfect as you are close to the beach and walking distance from the center, via verde, torreon… The rooftop pool is beautiful and calm, with great views and always complimentary drinks available

Still no vegan options at the breakfast buffet despite telling me they'd try to accommodate for vegans after last year's stay

I`m guessing most guests are Spanish but there are no English TV channels even though there are several Russian channels. Not a big issue but one easily rectified

Would be nice to see a chef cooking eggs to order or even a proper tea selection, both were missing

No insonorisation between rooms (noisy neighbor at 5: 00 am), no pillow, no cover, just very thin tissue. Climatisation too cold and noisy but when stopped too hot. 😕 Not a good experience for the price paid

Well located simple hotel with great breakfast and close to the beach. Little libby bar is nice to have Good to have secure if expensive parking. It was too cold to use the pool but it is nicely done and well cared for

Highly Recommended and Good Value It was in a good location with a fantastic independent Mediterranean restaurant adjacent. The room was more comfortable than one I had paid much more for in France
