Functional and comfortable rooms. Great rain shower and toiletries available in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. There was a good variety of food in the dining room but it could sometimes be a bit of a scramble to get to some servery areas of lots of people arrived at once. The staff in the dining area were really helpful though. Food quality was mostly good and there was lots of fresh produce available. The hotel is located only 500m from the beach and is therefore, brilliantly located for that. The centre of Benicassim is about 30mins walk away and the city of Villarreal around 30mins drive. A well-stocked supermarket is next door to the hotel. I was there with a group of 50 adults and early teens as part of a football team tour in late October. The hotel was very welcoming but lacked things to occupy boys aged 11-13 in the evening. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

The hotel should not be operating. The hotel is in refurbishment and should not host guests. We had the worst possible stay as they had a man made power cut at night and there was no electricity, water, phone service in the whole building till morning. In the day before the air conditioning was working with problems and the room was full of horrible gas like smell. The only option was to sleep with an open window during quite chilly winter night. Please beware that the hotel runs an illegal death trap operations, we will be legally requesting refund of charges for the stay here. The hotel is not a 4* establishment and reminds a lot of a very old and tired IBIS budget hotel located off a motorway service station in France.

Located at 5 minutes from the beach and next to a grocery store, it's a very nice hotel.
Tasty and various food and very polite people. The coffee from breakfast area is not briliant but this is not a minus.

Work trip. Room was clean. Lifts don’t seem to operate well. No water in the rooms, or any facilities for tea of coffee. Not somewhere I would choose to stay.

Excellent cleaning team. The whole hotel is spotless and clean.
Lack of amenities in room, no tea and coffee making facilities, no waste bin.
Shower drainage is a big issue. Our bathroom floor flooded every time we took a shower.
We reported it 3 times.
We were informed a plumber came twice but the issue still was not fixed.
So i had to demand a room change.
Hotel is quite noisy.
Large pool area with plenty of sun loungers.
The food was dire.
Lots to choose from, but nothing of quality.
The head chef needs sacking as the food lets this place down.

Clean and comfortable hotel, pool area slightly unkept and muddy in part, which made the water especially in kiddie pool dirty. Noisy breakfast, but everything was good. Walking distance to the beach.

Staying at this hotel was the worst experience I’ve had in Spain.

The rooms were poorly maintained and not clean, with low ceilings that created a claustrophobic atmosphere, almost like being in a cave.
Basic amenities were missing: no waste bin, no tissues, and not even a small toothpaste—something that is standard in hotels around the world.
I had originally planned to stay for four nights, but I could barely make it through two—without even being able to sleep properly.
Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel holds a four-star rating—it hardly qualifies as a place to stay.

Love it here. A really Spanish hotel. Don't come expecting anything else. It's a small, clean hotel with everything you need plus a warm welcome.

Nice hotel with good facilities, an excellent location and great staff. The only thing that let's it down is the food in the restaurant. The range is not particularly varied.
