No personel at all 31.10.25. So no possibility to ask for a change of room. The room is in the first floor facing to the street. Since there is no double glass in the windows the room is really noisy, I don't understand how anyone colud sleep here. It 's like all the people on the street were talking and screaming right beside your bed. For this reason I can't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep at night.at least ear plugs should be available. Luckily our dog was too tired of travelling, otherwise she'd be barking for the terrible noise all night long. Cleanliness is ok, not the best either. The hotel looks very nice outside, it gives an impression of better quality than the reality is. Anyway, ok for the price, but first and last time here for me.

The staff were very friendly and the cafeteria was nice. Unfortunately, the room was a big disappointment. I had booked a double room. The toilet was broken (flushing only stopped after pressing several times), the shower leaked water all over the bathroom, and we didn’t have enough towels to dry it. The room was dark, with no natural light, and overall felt more like a prison than a hotel room. I tried to change rooms but the hotel was fully booked. In the end, my 10-day stay was very uncomfortable, and I regret not having booked their better rooms with a window and balcony : P

It is an old hotel that has been recently renovated.
The rooms are ample and well furnished.
It has a swimming pool and overall decent facilities.
It is near the train station, which was great for us.
It is near the main street with all the restaurants and also near bars.
To go to the beach you have to walk a bit, which can be a bit hot during the summer, it is a bit uphill from the beach.

Excellent base for FIB Benicassim festival. Superbly central location, plenty of places to eat & drink on the doorstep plus nearby supermarkets etc... a gentle 15min walk to the festival..
A lovely family run hotel, ALL staff are so friendly & helpful, rooms basic but more than adequate for our needs plus the pool was such a bonus .. already looking to book back here for next year...

this manager and his staff at this hotel are incredible and amazing. they are about the kindest people, they are polite and service minded. they help you with you need. the rooms are clean and the atmosfair is really nice. i was there on rototom and i have only rgood things to say. i thought my comment was already added since last year so i added one again.
