Hotel Kalma Jardín de Bellver in Benicassim

Excellent hotel, I give it 5 stars for good food served in the restaurant. what i liked the most was sue beautiful pool
It should be noted the good customer service, very friendly during my stay. highly recommended them

Lovely clean and friendly hotel but fell a little short of 4* expectations. Breakfast is nice/ adequate but becomes a little repetitive for those staying several days. Would be nice to see a chef cooking eggs to order or even a proper tea selection, both were missing. I`m guessing most guests are Spanish but there are no English TV channels even though there are several Russian channels. Not a big issue but one easily rectified. The gym is poorly equipped, dumbbells in reception 5 floors below and 2 of the 5 pieces of equipment were damaged/ broken.
Evening dinner selection could be better, having 2 choices per course isn't ideal, no vegetarian selection but not sure if being out of season impacted on this? Charging for car parking I think is disappointing and bike hire cost is also a little excessive. More resort and hotel information should be made available, non was in the room or reception as far as I could see.
I would certainly recommend and hopefully visit again but feel a few simple changes can enhance visitor experience

Super hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Good pool and a beach close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Good value.

Good value, comfort and good food

The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes from Benicassim city centre, so all in all a good location, but it would be advisable to hire a car if are you staying for more than a few days. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind and did everything to make our stay enjoyable.
We had half board. The breakfast was good but the dinner was less appealing, which meant that we only dined 1 night out of the 3.

Beautiful hotel. Just take care you have a room at the frontside. The backside is shady and there is an awful dog barking all night
