PALASIET Thalasso Clinic&Hotel in Benicassim

I was a bit apprehensive as I've never been on a holiday on my own before but I didn't need to be.
Everything surpassed my expectations, from the friendly and welcoming staff, to the facilities, cleanliness, views, and the highlight for me was the food and the caring and experienced therapists. Thank you to all!
I came back relaxed and renewed. And I even made some new friends!
I'd recommend it to anyone :)

Excellent in all respects. Great spa and privileged peaceful nature-filled location, yummy healthy food and wonderfully professional staff.

My friend and did the 5 night wellness package. It was amazing they prebooked all our treatments and gave us our schedule upon arrival at the clinic we were so glad to not have to arrange this. The treatments were fantastic I highly recommend the Kibido facial that we used our €30 voucher against and got a 10% discount too. The thalassio pool was a great temp and all the circuit worked well. The food is fantastic 4 courses great choices. Fresh OJ at breakfast All the staff are so friendly and helpful but a special mention to Anna and Alba on reception who helped me out with a room issue Alba was exemplary and they both help solved my problem so well. Elena Alex Patricio Luljo in the restaurant all so lovely and remembered what we liked. Had a fabulous relaxing rejuvenating time her me and will be back What I didn’t like The pillows on the bed are awful and gave me neck ache most nights. The elevators are loud and can be heard in the rooms closest I was in 414 and was moved to further away 416 but could still hear and the sunbeds are uncomfortable and need cushioning that’s it the only 3 things I could fault. Will definitely come back

The most underrated experiance in Europe . We flew from palm beach Florida and it was well worth the flight .a must visit if your health Ballance and checkout is what is needed . We own a health club in Florida and we were so so impressed with every level of our two week stay at palasiet . We will be going every year from here on out

Amazing place, will definitely return. I went with a friend for a 6 night Detox break. What can I say…… The hotel? Gorgeous. The staff? Wonderful. The Food? Amazing, The facilities? Top notch. We expected a diet, but the food was incredible. We were never hungry. We were aware we were on a diet, but not to the extent that we were going without good, chef made, filling meals. We highly recommend. I have to stretch to find anything to say wasn’t 100%, anyone going should note that most staff and hotel guests only speak Spanish, this wasn’t a problem as we managed with a bit of google translate, but working out, the restaurant and having treatments were predominantly in Spanish. We seriously cannot wait to save up and go back.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff - food not good choice - spa looks fab but overpriced and my massage was not great and not worth £56 - they couldn’t understand and couldn’t explain the treatments either could do better and had to pay extra for indoor pool thought was a rip off - expensive drinks and food

It was a dream stay! The setting was magnificent, the meals extraordinary, the staff attentive and discreet. No false note. The thalassotherapy in a seawater swimming pool got us back into shape as well as the massages, seaweed baths and aqua-gym. Awesome !

This hotel is very beautiful in a palace inspired interior design, its spaces so cozy and comfortable even to drink coffee and read a book.
We got a large clean room with a balcony and charming view, two bathrobes, water, cattle and cups.
They have even a swimming pool, which looks nice.
The restaurant inside the hotel of course also beautifully decorated and they serve a nice breakfast there.
Somewhere hotel looks and smells like it's outdated, but nothing in my room.

They don't have a direct exit to the beach but located close enough to get there on foot for 5 minutes.

They gave us a voucher for a thermal tour plus a 40' relaxing massage and food at the Palasiet club. The normal thermal tour, but the massage, performed by Laura, was wonderful, with great professionalism and delicacy. And the food at the club was 10, as always we have been. Good attention and quality of all the dishes, there were many people, we did not have to wait, everything was very coordinated and on point. The good professionalism of everyone is evident. We will be back.
