Hotel Servigroup Trinimar in Benicassim

Nice hotel, good location, we stayed 2 nights but would've liked more nights in this beautiful area of Spain!

I recently spent nine nights at this hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how much of a positive impact the staff had on our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness. The entire team, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or at the beachside chiringuito, made us feel truly welcomed.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated right by the sea. There’s plenty of space to relax on sunbeds, with the added bonus of complimentary towels from the hotel. The outdoor area is a nice spot to enjoy a drink, especially in the evenings when the atmosphere is so cozy and relaxed.

The rooms, while not overly spacious, were more than adequate. They were clean, had a nice balcony, and the bathroom was equipped with a fantastic rain shower. It’s true that the hotel can be a bit noisy due to the lack of carpeting, so you might hear doors closing or chairs being moved from the rooms above. However, this didn’t really disturb us, as everyone seemed to head to bed at a reasonable hour, so it was peaceful during the night.

We opted for full board, and the dining experience was great. Every meal was a treat, with a wide variety of fresh fruit and high-quality dishes available. The food was consistently delicious, and the wine selection was excellent as well.

The central location of the hotel is another major plus, with the beach just a stone’s throw away. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel and be right by the water.

Overall, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations, largely thanks to the wonderful people who work there. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning next year.

Staff makes huge difference to otherwise boring place (maybe only in September as end of season) they are doing 5* customer service especially those around food & drinks :) Thank you

Great Visit
The hotel location to beach n restaurants- excellent

Pros:
- Friendly service; especially Stefi at the reception deserves a mention since was very nice and helpful.
- Basic, but clean and comfortable rooms.
- Quiet location and just by the beach, to which it has a separate entry from the pool area.
- Decent breakfast buffet.

Cons:
- It was strange and unusual to have to put down a €10 deposit in cash both for borrowing a beach/pool towel and for borrowing an iron/ironing board. Why not just secure this through the guest’s credit card if anything were to go missing?
- There was no coffee serving with the lunch, you had to go outside to the bar to get a coffee after the meal. And when we then brought the cups to our table to enjoy in the restaurant, we were told this was not allowed. Why not just make the coffee machines available as during breakfast?
- You can hear noises quite well from adjacent rooms and in the hallway. A room by the lift is not recommended.

It is the 3rd time when we stay at this hotel, that means how much we love this hotel and all of this region (Benicassim, El Grao, Castellon and so on).
We know this area very well, it is not so crowded like in Benidorm, for example, extremely clean everywhere you go, very nice mall Salera in Castellon, warm people, safe parking on the streets (we travel ONLY with car).
Hotel is in front of the beach, so amazing position too !
The staff of this hotel is REALLY AMAZING, especially staff from the restaurant (they are like a family) starting with Chef de la Cocina MANU, Jose, Flori; a special thanks to Alfredo too ! I hope that someone from this hotel read this post because your staff is REALLY AMAZING !!!

As an American traveling to Spain for the first time, I really can't recommend the Trinimar enough. This hotel was excellent. Keep in mind, the rooms are not up to typical US standards in terms of size, amenities, or condition, but they were comfortable, clean, and had balconies. We chose the full board option, and ate most of our meals there. The food was buffet style, so, while the meals we're prepared by a well trained chef, expect institutional type cooking. However, every lunch and dinner served regional style dishes, including paella almost every night. I think fish was served every night we were there, as well. The service was excellent and every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the staff spoke some English, and quite a few staff members were fluent--you shouldn't have much of a problem here if you don't speak Spanish. Also, while we did not put our child in the kids' activity center, they have a well staffed activity center with what appeared to be engaging staff. Now, I'm sure you can find a better hotel, but--when you balance the rooms, proximity to the beach, child activity center, pool/bar area, walking distance to shops and restaurants, full board option, and price--I don't think the Trinimar can be beat.

What a wonderful stay we have had. The service is outstanding, the food was amazing and the 3 kids (4 year old) had a blast with the animation team. The family room was spacious for the five of us and had awesome views of the sea. Prime location in front of a beautiful blue flag beach. Will definately return.
