We had a very good time in this hotel. Our room was very clean and the food was amazing. For me what stood out was the animation team Javi and gisela, they organized creative activity's everyday and we had so much fun. The hotel was very cozy, with great food and extremely friendly staff. The bartender, Marino, was fantastic, and Falou was also very welcoming. The animation team was amazing—truly perfect. Happy to recommend My stay fulfilled all my expectations of a vacation I'd promised myself.

We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. The reception tried to get us to pay extra to go full board because 'nothing outside the hotel was open' but don't be fooled as if you are happy to walk to Cambril there was plenty of choice! Fabulous hotel for all the family, the beach is on the doorstep and its child friendly. Loads to do for kids including a small dedicated pool with slides, adults have their own pool and bar and no children are allowed. Rooms are excellent and very comfortable. The hotel is central, it's clean, in fact the maids cleaned our room everyday and we must have got clean towels 4 times. Really impressed by the staff at Port Eugeni. My initial room was decent but didn't have a desk for work and online meetings. They quickly found me a much better room that was incredibly comfortable, with a great desk and a spotless bathroom. Their quick and helpful response was so appreciated, allowing me to work comfortably in my air-conditioned room instead of a sweltering terrace in July!

Decent solid hotel with a 9 hole golf course. Then restaurant is good and the garden is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area. It is economically priced and a short drive or taxi from the sea. It is less well known to tourists and as a result attracts a more mature crowd during the season.

The majority of guests are French and the food on offer reflects this.Pigs trotters and snails etc. The balconies are tiny. There are small gardens containing bushes around the pool area and they are a breeding ground for mosquitoes as the gardens are watered on a regular basis. Most of the staff are friendly.

Fantastic family run hotel in enviable location facing the sea. Staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and fairly recently renovated and updated. We stayed here for 3 nights in an August heat wave. Pluses: 1. Excellent location, off the main street from the pier and shopping/restaurants. 2. Kind & helpful staff 3. Lovely seaside town Great location right in the heart of town, lots of options for eating out. Beach and ha our a stones throw away. Can’t beat the location. Car parking not so easy, on street pay meters but very limited. The underground car park in the centre was a better option 24€ for 24hrs.

The rooms are small, but a very comfortable hotel, with all the amenities needed to get a good night sleep. Would definitely come back and stay at this place. Staff is very courteous and attentive.

Fantastic place . Yolanda and Francesco where the owners and so kind and accomodating. We will be back. Clean and shinning Breakfast was ample to start your day. Highly recommended Eileen and Jon and 2 wee dogs. Inside garden was beautiful.

Ok but not 4 star. Noisy but expected I guess. Not enough loungers. No tea and coffee facilities in rooms. Glasses which are not great with hard floors and children. Fridge not very cold. Handwash not replaced in soap when we checked in. Had to pay 13 euros per day for parking!

4 day trip to Augustus Cambrils Location of hotel was excellent, rooms cleaned everyday, staff so welcoming and fab entertainment everyday & evening 2 double beds in our room with a small mini fridge for water etc Lots of storage for clothes

Good food, small pool, poor cleanliness

Hotel Augustus 4* 4 night stay for leisure. Staff lovely, entertainment team really work hard. If I had to put a negative on anything it would be at breakfast I would have like more fruit like grapes, strawberries and mixed fruit cut up ready to eat. My husband was delighted with the hot food. The only other small criticism would be that I was not able to swim in the pool as it had no area roped off...

We absolutely LOVE the Augustus Hotel - this is the 2nd time we've been (and my Mum and Dad stayed over 30 years ago). it's perfect! I can't say anything wrong with it. The location is wonderful - RIGHT on the beach! The staff are great - the rooms.. the breakfast... everything is first class! We'll be back soon!
