While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

My mum and I have been staying at the Delfin for a few years now. We like it’s a bit smaller so the staff get to know you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Easily the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are nice and the beds are big. Everything is also cleaned every single day and the smell on the corridors is just fantastic. Great hotel! The rooms are not so big but perfectly fine for me. The rooms have a locker for free use and you can also watch tv if you want. The staff is very kind, always in a good mood and very fast. The animation is kind of boring for adults around the autumn and the swimming pool is pretty small as well. Hotel is perfectly located, it’s near shopping street, the beach and some bus stops.

Had a weeks all inclusive here at the end of september. Entertainment was poor, and not enough really. Staff was pleasant when in the dinner hall. Food was good, best dish was the paella which I felt they didn't do enough of. Focused too much on pleasing the English with nuggets and chips. Room was OK, nothing special.

A very nice place to stay. The rooms are on the small size. No tea , coffee, kettle in room. Had built-in wardrobe with a fridge in it. Not many places to put personal bits. The food was very surprising good. And there was lots of it to choose from. Family friendly and good entertainment for the young children. Was very clean and tidy and kept modern style.

Port Aventura short break Friendly staff, lovely large comfortable lounge area. Came for a few days to visit Port Aventura, a 15/20 min walk to park. Rooms basic, but clean, bed good if you like a firm mattress, my husband does, terrible if you don’t, I don’t!

The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped. There were paid spa services and a swimming pool. The breakfast was very, very generous. Nice hotel,in the old town of salou, quiet, served well by the bus service. The pool isn't very big and the sunbed area . The sunbed area is cleared by 19-30 20-00 hrs for tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. Which by the way ain't very good. The bar service not too bad but it closes at 23-00 . Food in the restaurant is ok . Overall not too bad.

Had a great stay, breakfast was absolutely perfect! I only slept there and didn't use the pool, etc., so I can't comment on that. The beds were very comfortable, and clean towels were provided every day.
