H10 Cambrils Playa in Cambrils

Made to feel incredibly welcome, Teresa, a member of the bar and serving staff is fantastic and remembered very quickly my drink of choice and made us feel very welcome! Will definitely be returning!

Just home after 7 nights at the beautiful H10 Cambrils Playa Hotel. Arrived the day it opened for the season it was very busy at check in but the staff couldn't have worked harder to get through all the arrivals. Very friendly and smooth check in early. Food was the best food I've had at a 4/5 star hotel in Europe. I thought the variety was great always something to eat and different meats/fish each night. Breakfast was fantastic also. Animation team always tried to get guests involved and the kids really engaged with them. Well done Ali & Oscar. The hotel is spotless and staff all friendly. It is about a 30 minute walk to Cambrils or 5 mins on the bus which stops just outside. It is about 60 minute walk to Salou or 10 mins on the bus. The pool was a bit cold but to be expected for April. Never had to get up early for sunbeds there was plenty available. I would definitely recommend. We hope to be back again sometime. One thing that could be improved would be the football pitch it didnt look like the pictures on your website and had no nets up either. Thank you for a great holiday.

We just returned from a stay at the hotel. It's very well located in a quiet beach (less than 5 minutes away). There's only one pool plus a small one for babies, but it was big enough that it never got too busy, even in August. The gym was also good. We got the full board, and it was definitely worth it. The food was very good, with different dishes every day. We got the room facing the pool, which has the nicest view. The downside is that the party is VERY loud and right next to our room. Because we have little kids, it was challenging to get them to sleep, and we couldn't join the night entertainment every evening. The family room was very small, so it was tricky to get our kids to do quiet time after lunch. They'd get bored very quickly. But apart from that, it was good. We paired our stay with the Cambrils Park Resort, 10 minutes away, which was great (and better suited) for families.

Lovely hotel mid way between Cambrils and Salou. We visited right at tge end of the season. We were half board. The reception tried to get us to pay extra to go full board because 'nothing outside the hotel was open' but don't be fooled as if you are happy to walk to Cambril there was plenty of choice! If all you wanted to do was lounge by the hotel, yes full board was a sensible option and the meals in the hotel were amazing!

Fabulous hotel and spotlessly clean. The dining area is lovely. Food very good with lots of choice. The bar area is comfortable and welcoming. Drinks reasonably priced. The pool area is lovely. Lots of sunbeds and a 'no reservation of sunbeds' policy! The snack bar and outdoor pool had closed for the winter but it was no hardship as there was waiter service and breakfast filled us up until the evening. The rooms are lovely and big. Beds firm and comfortable. The TV's have Netflix. Bathrooms are a fabulous size with walk in shower. We had a huge balcony that got the sun all afternoon. The cleaners come every single day. The hotel is across the road from a stunning beach. Not much around was open, due to the time of year, but buses go right past the door frequently or you can walk into Cambrils, in one direction. Salou, the other. The entertainment, in general was excellent, and so was the atmosphere. Staff made a huge effort for Halloween and the Day of The Dead. They decorated the hotel, created Halloween themed food and dressed up in all manner of costumes. There was a live artist on, a best costume competition and a Tunnel of Terror for children and a scarier one for adults. The hotel was packed with Spanish families that had clearly come for the Halloween inspired weekend, going off the amazing outfits they turned up in. The only negatives were... the hot water was not hot enough to make a decent cup of tea and there was not enough lighting in the hotel room, and what lighting there was was too dim. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The H10 Playa Cambrils is a great family hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel, would very happily return some day. Awesome food, super nice service, room was great, slept well, also gym was nice. Great location next to a pharmacy and bus stop. 1 minute walk to the beach. Only thing I would change that breakfast and dinner would last longer, they ended 10:30 and 21:30, and I like to sleep until late. Also very good black tea ☕️

I took my time researching for mine and my son’s first holiday with the grandparents and my brother and his family. Having booked I was aware of some of the negative reviews but upon arrival we could not fault the receptionist who booked us in who was very friendly. The hotel itself is lovely inside. Was really impressed with the room, although we were opposite the lift but tbh I never heard any noise from the lift. (Had to tell some Germans of who decided they would shout and chat outside our room at 10pm after getting out the lift-but not the hotels fault). The room was a good size as I was sharing it with my son who was in a cot. Pool area was huge and lots of space on the sunbeds although the pools were cold. Entertainment was abit too late for us as baby was in bed early but my parents said that some of the singers were great. Julia on the reception was so lovely and had a great sense of humour. Thankyou for being so helpful. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. We upgrade to full board and we generally had good meals each night. The beach is a minute walk away and the bus to Cambrils is worth it as we went to a lush restaurant for a steak. We loved the location and would return. Thanks for a great stay.
