The hotel is conveniently located – near the sea, opposite the hotel Augustus, on the second line. The hotel is simple but comfortable rooms, nice friendly atmosphere. Recommend for affordable youth recreation and families with children.

Location: 120 km from airport of Barcelona, 15 km from Reus airport, 20 km from the centre of Tarragona, 5 km from the centre of Cambrils, 1 km from the centre of the tourist area of Salou, on the second line, 80 meters from the beach. The nearest bus stop is 30 metres taxi rank – 500 m, night bar 2 km (Salou), restaurants – 100 m, supermarket – 100 m, pharmacy 700 m ATM – 1 km.

Included in the group of hotels AUGUSTUS HOTELS.

Consists of one 5-storey building.

The hotel has 160 rooms (48 rooms for non-smokers). There are 3 rooms for disabled people (adapted in part). Access for the disabled to reception, pool, restaurant, bar, restrooms, Elevator.

Guests of Cesar Augustus may make use of the whole complex of services offered in the neighbouring hotel Augustus, with the exception of the restaurant.

As a vegetarian, it was a bit challenging to find food besides sweets and bread. I ended up asking for a wrap and made my own, which worked out well. Overall, you can eat well, and the staff are friendly and polite.

The breakfast was good, and the bread was decent. The hotel is renovated, clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the beach view was lovely.

The only downside was that you could hear your neighbors through the walls. Overall, we would definitely come back.

Good food, fresh rooms, absolute chaos! ⭐⭐⭐✨
The hotel is beautifully renovated and the food is good—the buffet has a bit of everything and you definitely won't go hungry, even if it's not gourmet.
But a warning for your ears: soundproofing does not exist.
This place is perfect for families who love high-decibel environments. If you enjoy the sound of children sprinting down hallways like Olympic runners, you’ll feel right at home. Expect non-stop noise and lines everywhere: lines for the elevator, lines at the bar, lines for dinner.
The rooms look great, though the cleaning crew could definitely spend a few more minutes scrubbing the room and bathroom instead of rushing through.

Hotel Augustus exceeded all our expectations for a 4-star hotel. The beachfront location is unbeatable, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the food is simply amazing. But what truly makes this place special is the wonderful staff—so friendly and helpful! Fantastic vibes all around. Will definitely come back! Perfect place for a vacation in Cambrils. 🌊 Perfect 10/10!

Arrived early evening. The room is quite spacious. However as I was just beside the lifts on the first floor. I found it extremely loud. When I mentioned it to the front desk they immediately changed my room to quieter room. There was no drama just really pleasant about the change. Overall I will return to this hotel. The pool area is very clean as are the public toilets and restaurants. The bar staff are really friendly. And I must not forget the great housekeeping staff excellent at their job. I have worked hotel all my life it is great to see this in other hotels where the customer is looked after. Thank you all for such a pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Augustus Hotel in Cambrils, Spain, in April and had a really pleasant family experience. The food was definitely one of the highlights—there was a great variety every day, and everyone could find something they liked. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained.

The pool was a bit cold, but that didn’t stop my daughters from enjoying the kids’ pool—they had a great time regardless. What really made the stay special for us was how welcoming the staff were with children. Every evening there were activities like live music, magic shows, and entertainment, which kept the kids excited and happy throughout our stay.

I won’t go into too much detail, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and comfortable vacation.

The only downside wasn’t the hotel itself, but some guests who seemed to take advantage of the buffet, wasting food without much consideration for the staff and the effort that goes into providing it.

This hotel was really excellent value for money. We just stayed for one night but had a very comfortable stay. The included breakfast was really great and set us up for the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
