Just returned from a weeks holiday at the Monica Hotel. it was our second visit to the hotel and equally enjoyable as our first. The room was spacious with a large balcony, safe, fridge and twin use shower, flexible hose and fixed overhead unit. The meals in the restaurant were excellent with a wide choice available. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, Especially Christina, Antonio, Santos and Georgina. It is a splendid hotel and anyone staying there is assured of a great time.

Well came here last month few days lovely room excellent staff cleaning ladies could not fault ! Reception staff from waiters waitress staff lovely little lady by restaurant at evening absolutely could not fault in fact could not help more knew of a couple that was moaning is comment was I done my list ! crazy or what! the price was excellent the evening food choice was brilliant was second to one not forgetting breakfast fantastic!! Will look at coming again also plenty of local places to visit and eat

Stayed at the Hotel Monica 7th - 14th September 2025. The food was excellent. staff. cleanliness. We had a superior room overlooking the pool area, cannot fault this lovely hotel.

Wonderful hotel, great staff, good choice of food, rooms are a little dated but very clean . Excellent location , close to the beach and shops, bars and restaurants. Never had a problem getting a sun bed , pool area very relaxing . Will definitely return .

Stayed here 1st week of September. Nice clean hotel with room service and fresh towels everyday. Great location for beach , restaurants & bars. We were on b&b only so can’t comment on evening food but breakfast was good with a good selection of hot or cold produce. Pool area very relaxing and quiet as this hotel seems to be frequented by the older clientele. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

This was a return to the Mònica and Cambrils after first visiting in 2023, we were looking forward a relax and reset after a difficult year so far . Our stay at the Monica did not disappoint. We had a great seaview, enjoyed the amazing breakfasts served by wait on staff who are constantly cleaning and tidying away. This time we used the spa facilities after a day at the beach, relaxing in the jacuzzi. Santos looked after us in the evening serving our drinks and making us feel welcome. Cleaning staff, without fail made our room up everyday allowing us to refresh after the beach in a welcome clean air conditioned room Front staff always welcomed us in to the hotel with a pleasant’Hola!’ Always feel welcome and safe in Cambrils, enjoying a trip to monserrate this year which we would definitely recommend. The food everywhere in Cambrils is top rate and the beach is superb. Local buses are easy to use and regular. We will definitely be back to cambrils and The Monica hotel.

Perfect for a few days on Cambrils. The rooms are great, the pool is great and the staff are friendly - what’s not to like! 👍

This was our first trip to Cambrils and this hotel was absolutely perfect for us. We had a superior garden view, which was a good size and had a small balcony. Plenty of storage but no drawers which we thought a little strange. The safe was in the wardrobe but placed quite high. Good job my hubby is 6ft3! The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is fantastic. Thankyou to the cleaning ladies. The beds are very comfy and changed every couple of days... brilliant. The food was superb and so much choice both for breakfast and dinner. The staff are always very pleasant and polite. We had to report a coule of things that had broken in our room. No problems, the repairs were done very quickly. There are some areas of the hotel that could benefit from a spruce up, but nothing that will stop us returning. A big thankyou to Santos for always being so cheerful, Antonio who realised I was quite ill one day and kept asking about my health until I was well again. The reception and restaurant staff are all very helpful and seem to love their jobs! The pool area looked nice but as we are beach people did not use it. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to the fantastic beach. We will be returning.
