Rooms were very clean with enough storage space. Kitchen only has basic utensils with 2 elastic hob and microwave no oven or toaster. Ok for a quick week away. Everything was just ok at this hotel. Its very tired and needs some major refurb in areas but is possibly suitable as a 3 star hotel. The sauna/steam room area is not the best, again tired, in need of an uplift. Rooms are basic, which to be fair is all you need. Beds are not comfortable though. Just an excellent property all around. This area is hard to stay in because of limited space near the shopping district in general. They have a street level parking lot, but you should expect a typical fee for use.

What a week ! The room was spotlessly clean , very tasteful , and had a lovely view of the cathedral in the old town ! Room cleaning was hit & miss, some days cleaning done, other days just towels changed. Entertainment was poor, not much variety in the evening unless you just want ballroom dancing. Stayed from 20/02/26 until 23/02/26 took a €300 deposit only me and my son stayed so wasn’t part of a stag do or anything got told on departure that my deposit would be paid back as soon as the cleaner had inspected it we took videos of before and after as proof of no damage! As I’d seen some people had never got there’s back? Still not got it and don’t really know why but will take this further!!

Cheap, great space, only thing bad is those damn windows. Christ any bit of wind those bang together all night, I had to jam socks in the windows. Wasn’t just one room either, we heard it all through the apartments. 150 euro up front, will need to take your own bins out and clear your own bedding. Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. Average hotel. Clean and comfortable. OK for a long weekend. Bar was closed when we were there. Alas, the breakfast wasn't that good.

Excellent hotel, central to all amenities. A 5 min walk to the beach. Hotel very well kemp, clean and all staff are lovely. Always greeted with a smile. The rooms are a good size if your there with your partner and balcony is good also. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent and plenty to choose from (we never had dinner and we were only B&B) The couple we were with highly recommended dinner though...

Just back from 6 days here had a great time.Hotel was amazing.Food was lovely.Pool area very spacious and enough beds for everyone.Staff very friendly will definetly be returning here could not say anythin bad about this hotel 10/10.

Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. The Venus doesn’t disappoint. Drop off is outside the front doors so no walking around corner or up a hill to reception. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. We were given 7th floor with a pool view. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Showers have choice of handheld shower or overhead rainstorm...

Lovely hotel ,clean comfortable, close to bars etc but still quiet , friendly staff ,nice food ,take a kettle if like drink in room.

May 15 for 4 nights myself my partner & 3 friends booked in to this i can only describe as a fabulous hotel. From the start the Venus staff were friendly & helpful everywhere was accessible only by key card so very safe. Fantastic restaurant with all types of food,wonderful pool area & entertainment in bar at night linen change every second day rooms spotless I would highly recommend this hotel Venus...

There wasn't much in options for vegetarian, so I just had beans in toast or marmalade on toast. Vegetarian quorn sausages would have been great. Evening entertainment was a singer, people were up dancing. The rooms are great, very clean, good beds, no tea/coffee making facilities in room, does have a good mini fridge in room. Plenty of clean towels, toilet rolls etc. The whole hotel is lovely and...
