PLEASE READ!
This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. Everything from the food to the facilities to the service was terrible! If you are thinking of booking this hotel, don’t book it with dinner because it’s absolute trash—cold food, dirty plates, bland food, and unwelcoming staff. The same goes for breakfast, but dinner is where the real disappointment lies.
The pool area is okay, but there is no music and no service at all. I never saw the chairs getting cleaned or anything. The only time there was service was when we had taken snacks and drinks to the pool and someone from reception saw us through the camera and sent someone over to tell us off. This hotel is quite observant of everything a guest does but never what they themselves do—such as taking plates from guests when they haven’t finished eating and not having a good attitude. The only ones with a good attitude were the young lady at reception and one cleaning lady.
Don’t come here if you are looking to relax, because you are always watched. They also don’t offer free water at dinner and won’t let you bring your own, which really was the cherry on top for this low-class hotel.

Just an excellent property all around. This area is hard to stay in because of limited space near the shopping district in general. They have a street level parking lot, but you should expect a typical fee for use.

Good clean room, everything ok although the bar shut a liitle early

Could offer tea- making facilities- could not get a kettle to borrow. Restaurant could stay open a little later. 10 pm is too early. Missed dinner 2 nights because I couldn't get back from my conference on time and I didn’t want cold picnic food at night.

Hotel is clean & in a quiet location, rooms are basic but comfortable. Pool area is well maintained & perfect for relaxing. The town is beautiful & the beach is quiet.

Tired hotel, rooms very basic, bed was ok, not enough pillows, shower was OK, pool was decent, staff were pleasant, as for food, wouldn't know because even though we paid £120 per night, it was room only, stayed 2 nights which in all fairness was long enough, it was just poor value for money

The "Hospital" Hotel – Live an experience as if you were in a hospital

Don't like:

- The room looks like a hospital. The hotel is like an hospital too

- The front desk staff are unfriendly and don’t even greet guests.

- At check in, I reported two issues with the room. Nothing was solved, so maintenance is the worst. only I will save the staff member that replaced my remote control because the previous one didn’t work. why no issue tracking?, and why no info the guest of the final/close resolution?
