I’ll be completely honest to say that we arrived not expecting too much however from the minute we arrived this resort delivered in many ways. First of all we had booked a standard Nottingham lodge (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and small terrace) as we felt we likely wouldn’t spend much time in it. However we w re upgraded to a Lionheart Premium Lodge which was so spacious and included and outdoor bed...

Very excellent team game, Javi Rueben are excellent guides, they made the game easy to understand and play.

Had a great time. We went over easter with 4 children and hardly saw them whilst they were enjoying the activities. The daytime entertainment was great with friendly and fun reps. The accommodation was fairly spacious and more than adequate and cleaned daily.

Great place for families of all ages, very clean site and cabins, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, food in general was good, plenty of options for all appetites, great selection of drinks, the water park was really good kids and adults loved it, evening entertainment was good, the only minor issue was that the cabin we stayed in (Sherwood) as a family of 5 was a bit cramped. Overall...

We have been to the resort before it is great for families as well as couples. If you fancy a change of scenery it's a short taxi ride into Benidorm. You can always find somewhere to get something to eat.

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies. A really friendly man on reception found us a fabulous room, with a fantastic sea view. The room was really large and although older furnishings as others have said, it was spotless. The hotel was fantastic. Was clean and tidy. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and bars to visit. Staff were friendly.

Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.

Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok. As it's the festiveholiday period, there were lots of families and children running about in the bar, so it wasn't too relaxing. The check in was quick and easy, the room was on the same level as the reception, it was spacious, had all amenities you require apart...

We stayed here over the August Bank holiday and was extremely impressed for the value for money considering the summer holidays. Very nice facilities, We had a clean room with a powerful shower, working aircon and great view down to the swimming pool, staff friendly and always happy when serving you, noticed some of the prices for food were abit on the high side....but we still ordered when we wanted...

Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. The staff were also extremely friendly and kind to us, speaking fluent English and Spanish. They helped us order taxis, get new room keys when they deactivated and were just generally nice. The poolside bar was a nice touch too, although it was hard getting a subbed in the morning...

Alright breakfast, room doors pass any sound through.

Love this place. Very clean. Perfect location. It is a small apartment with a beautiful terrace. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I will go back.

We stayed for 3 weeks in January half board in room 524 which is the Junior Suite. The hotel is impressive and all staff friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The evening meal was a bit disappointing, in particular the main courses which were repetitive and not really apertising. Certainly room for improvement. The bar was very quiet but...

The rooms where beautiful, cleaner made the bed every day. The restaurant was lovely too, lots of options for breakfast including procesco 😂 staff were friendly. I loved the location. Lots around you but not to busy. I would definitely return

Stayed here for Christmas. The food was lovely and the restaurant staff very nice. The Hotel was very cold and we had to ask for the heating to be turned up. Most people sitting in the bar with their coats on totally unacceptable. No entertainment whatsoever over the Christmas period. There was 8 of us and we booked Christmas away for entertainment. Bright, clean bedroom. Exceptional buffet at both breakfast and evening meal. Pool and outdoor facilities extremely clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff.

Nice hotel, we have been there 2 times now and will probably be back

We stayed at the apartments for 3 nights. Our apartment was spotless, everything you would need was provided even washing up liquid, dishcloths and toiletries. Very easy check in with a lovely young lady Rhianna who gave us sunbed towels and all the information. Very secure complex, evenings the gates are locked and can be entered by a key code . Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The centre is minutes...

The accommodation overall was very good but the hill up to it was so steep and we had great difficulty getting taxis to take us up and down, one of the staff was very kind and took us down one of the days, some days we felt we were stuck up there because we couldn’t get taxis down to the town.

Lovely clean apartment complex , well equipped apartment. Great views from my apartment . Paid little bit extra and was so worth it. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us. Quiet and relaxing pool area. Basic essentials available to buy in reception and nice bar.

My husband and I had the best summer holiday at Albir Hills Apartments & Spa. Due to a delayed flight we arrived in the middle of the night. Thankfully the reception team had already sent across a detailed map with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and we had no issues accessing at 2am! When we arrived they had put the air conditioning already on, with bottled water already in the fridge...

We loved our stay at the property. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for us and enjoyed it a lot. The property is close to a really nice walk/hike. But it’s uphill so we used the car to go to the beach and town area. Nice quiet center place to visit Altea and Benidorm. Would come back for a longer stay for sure.

Great place for a relaxing holiday Great place - nice, sunny and relaxing pool area, well equipped apartment with great view from two balconies, nice and friendly staff and perfect location in the hills with only a short walk down to the beach and city center. And nice price!
