I stayed here with my partner and 4 children. Upon arrival staff seemed to be polite and friendly and check in was straight forward with Jet2 customers having there own reception area. The animation team/entertainment team try there hardest to please everyone, with a verity of activities throughout the day and into the evening, there are extra activities which are at an extra cost, which you can book...
We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy. Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe.
The best thing about this place is the entertainment! We went ultra and had a premium lodge and it wa she best money I have spent! So glad I did. This place is brilliant for kids. Have so much to do but different from.being there a few years ago like having to pay for games room now and food restaurants changed You used to get cooked steak that they would do in front of u and also more restaurants you could go in without having to book them. Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. Specially for us he got a chef to make vegetarian burgers and omg it was amazing. We were literally living on chips. Honestly...
Great place. lovely staff. Good food & drinks. Pool was cold at only 6c (we visited in December and its outside and unheated) No real complaints. Thanks for a lovely time.

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies. Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.
A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir . There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays .Staff are pleasant and efficient. Drinks are fairly priced and there is a wide range of cocktails , wines etc . This hotel is also surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants
A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Although built in the last 15 years, the interior does have a 'retro' vibe.. eg wall2wall tiles&dark wood. All staff excellent. Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.
Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️
I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.
We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....
Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok. As it's the festiveholiday period, there were lots of families and children running about in the bar, so it wasn't too relaxing. We stayed here over the August Bank holiday and was extremely impressed for the value for money considering the summer holidays. Very nice facilities, We had a clean room with a powerful shower, working aircon and great view down to the swimming pool, staff friendly and always happy when serving you, noticed some of the prices for food were abit on the high side....but we still ordered when we wanted...
Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. The staff were also extremely friendly and kind to us, speaking fluent English and Spanish. They helped us order taxis, get new room keys when they deactivated and were just generally nice. The poolside bar was a nice touch too, although it was hard getting a subbed in the morning...

Lovely hotel, very nice inside and I would go back. I just feel that this hotel has massive potential and could be much much more lively. Not many activities during the day, and entertainment at night doesn't go on for long enough, it's all done before 11 and if you have kids I wouldn't recommend it as there's nothing for them
