Where to stay in Albir

I unfortunately wouldn’t revisit this place. To start, this is like a Spanish version of Butlins, the other non-English guests are extremely rude. A group of young boys caused havoc the whole time we were here! One stole my sons candyfloss off his stick as he ran past him and threw it down the toilet! The room looked nice but the wifi didn’t reach our lodge and the television had only one channel...

I stayed here with my partner and 4 children. Upon arrival staff seemed to be polite and friendly and check in was straight forward with Jet2 customers having there own reception area. The animation team/entertainment team try there hardest to please everyone, with a verity of activities throughout the day and into the evening, there are extra activities which are at an extra cost, which you can book...

We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy. Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe.

The best thing about this place is the entertainment! We went ultra and had a premium lodge and it wa she best money I have spent! So glad I did. We have just got back from a family holiday at The Magic Robin Hood Resort and it was the best holiday we have been on. There was 11 of us (5 adults and 6 kids aged 10,7,5,4,2 and 18 months). You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies. Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.

Ok for a quick week away. Everything was just ok at this hotel. Its very tired and needs some major refurb in areas but is possibly suitable as a 3 star hotel. I’ve been on multiple all-inclusive holidays and some 5 star ones but this is still my favourite. Bright, clean bedroom. Exceptional buffet at both breakfast and evening meal. Pool and outdoor facilities extremely clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff.

Second time staying here and it was wonderful again. Everything about the hotel is great. Staff are lovely, bed and pillows very comfy. Didn’t eat at the hotel as so many places close by.

Rooms are meant to be deluxe and it's really dated, broken or worn decor. Needs a proper refurb. The reception staff were not very friendly too.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and facilities in a quiet location with a short walk down to the beachfront. The dining and menu options were excellent, we were never bored of the choices provided and the staff were kind and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok. As it's the festiveholiday period, there were lots of families and children running about in the bar, so it wasn't too relaxing. We stayed here over the August Bank holiday and was extremely impressed for the value for money considering the summer holidays. Very nice facilities, We had a clean room with a powerful shower, working aircon and great view down to the swimming pool, staff friendly and always happy when serving you, noticed some of the prices for food were abit on the high side....but we still ordered when we wanted...

Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. The staff were also extremely friendly and kind to us, speaking fluent English and Spanish. They helped us order taxis, get new room keys when they deactivated and were just generally nice. The poolside bar was a nice touch too, although it was hard getting a subbed in the morning...

Average experience Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Could offer tea- making facilities- could not get a kettle to borrow. Restaurant could stay open a little later. 10 pm is too early. Missed dinner 2 nights because I couldn't get back from my conference on time and I didn’t want cold picnic food at night.

Hotel is clean & in a quiet location, rooms are basic but comfortable. Pool area is well maintained & perfect for relaxing. The town is beautiful & the beach is quiet.

all the spaces in the hotel are very clean. hotel is in a quiet area. hotel is close to restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of choice. the hotel has a cafetaria where you can get hot and cold drinks.

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Apartments are fully equipped. Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist.

First time in SHA Wellness clinic after many years of hopes. We were not disappointed. A real detox for the body and mind. Food was so creative and high quality. Service 5 stars. And the whole 4 days process discovering most of the therapies were perfectly organized.

The room was super clean,sorted every day, could have done with some uk tv programmes on the tv as i didn't go out much after dark, the food was excellent, loved the breakfast every morning. There are regular buses that run from Benidorm albir altier, but it is sadly lacking a stop outside the hotel, i think it would be a great advantage for it. The rooms are big and bathroom have a large and spacious as well. My wife loved our bed and pillows. Breakfast was amazing and everything had good presentation and delicious. We had a great experience and we will be back as soon as possible. You can tell that this place is run by their owners. I loved the hotel, but was glad i had a car, although i knew this when i booked the accommodation. The room was very comfy and i had a sea view!
