Had a great time. We went over easter with 4 children and hardly saw them whilst they were enjoying the activities. The daytime entertainment was great with friendly and fun reps. The accommodation was fairly spacious and more than adequate and cleaned daily.

We have been to the resort before it is great for families as well as couples. If you fancy a change of scenery it's a short taxi ride into Benidorm. You can always find somewhere to get something to eat.

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies. Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.

Rooms were very clean with enough storage space. Kitchen only has basic utensils with 2 elastic hob and microwave no oven or toaster. Ok for a quick week away. Everything was just ok at this hotel. Its very tired and needs some major refurb in areas but is possibly suitable as a 3 star hotel. The sauna/steam room area is not the best, again tired, in need of an uplift. Rooms are basic, which to be fair is all you need. Beds are not comfortable though. Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. Just an excellent property all around. This area is hard to stay in because of limited space near the shopping district in general. They have a street level parking lot, but you should expect a typical fee for use.

I had the privilege to live in this 5*almafra camping site. for one year. I can’t not fault this is anyway as through experience, front reception, to entertainment, the cleanliness, from the presence of the owners they make sure we’re looked after. Keep it going guys as you’re the best!!

Visited the site in July. Everything very clean and well managed. Facilities are excellent with value for money bar and meals on offer. Entertainment is good with varied types of acts performing nightly. Site very secure and safe with good local transport links.

This really is a five star site, so clean and well run. We are currently in the process of purchasing a property here and recently visited the site, and found it to be exceptional in every area. It is so clean and well maintained, really looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at the apartments for 3 nights. Our apartment was spotless, everything you would need was provided even washing up liquid, dishcloths and toiletries. The accommodation overall was very good but the hill up to it was so steep and we had great difficulty getting taxis to take us up and down, one of the staff was very kind and took us down one of the days, some days we felt we were stuck up there because we couldn’t get taxis down to the town.

My husband and I had the best summer holiday at Albir Hills Apartments & Spa. Due to a delayed flight we arrived in the middle of the night. Thankfully the reception team had already sent across a detailed map with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and we had no issues accessing at 2am! We loved our stay at the property. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for us and enjoyed it a lot. The property is close to a really nice walk/hike. But it’s uphill so we used the car to go to the beach and town area. Nice quiet center place to visit Altea and Benidorm. Would come back for a longer stay for sure.
