My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel from 1st - 5th February and it was exceptional. All staff are super friendly and attentive going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms and public areas are spotless and the smell is divine. You will definitely have an incredible experience here. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with wife in Feb. All I can say is this place is amazing. I have stayed all over the world and travel a lot. This may be best experience I have had from a customer service point of view. Paloma was so kind to us from arrival to departure as were all of the staff. Rooms were lovely in my opinion. I would highly recommend this place

We just had lunch here and didn't stay in the hotel although it looks fabulous inside. We sat on the front patio beneath a parasol and food was nice, staff lovely. But there is a tiny traffic island nearby and steep hill, and the Vespa Scooter noise and smell of exhaust was too much for me. It might be ok in the evening.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. Due to it being an old building it does however bring with it both good and not so good aspects. On the positive it’s a beautiful hotel with a laid back vibe to it. However the sound proofing is no existent, fair enough to the outside noice of a town but the internal noise from the kitchen up to the first floor is very disappointing indeed. Everything was perfect. Very friendly and attentive to the guests' needs.

This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

The only down part was the dinner. Way to greasy and not yummy at all.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week, the it's located about 3 miles from benidorm so nice am quite but only 1 problem the lack of public transport if you want to go anywhere, so if you need to travel it'll be taxi everywhere unless you have a car.

Beautiful hotel over expansive grounds. There in February on a work conference so not really for pleasure, however the food quality was excellent, attentive and friendly staff and views over Benidorm to the sea were lovely. Great room size with a lounge and verandah. Would like to come back when its warmer.

The cleaniness is hit or miss. The VIP lounge is not worth paying for, lack of food variety. The property has potential to be a four star resort if improvements were made.

Had a great time. We went over easter with 4 children and hardly saw them whilst they were enjoying the activities. The daytime entertainment was great with friendly and fun reps. The accommodation was fairly spacious and more than adequate and cleaned daily.

We have been to the resort before it is great for families as well as couples. If you fancy a change of scenery it's a short taxi ride into Benidorm. You can always find somewhere to get something to eat.

Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.

Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok. As it's the festiveholiday period, there were lots of families and children running about in the bar, so it wasn't too relaxing. Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. The staff were also extremely friendly and kind to us, speaking fluent English and Spanish. They helped us order taxis, get new room keys when they deactivated and were just generally nice. We stayed at the apartments for 3 nights. Our apartment was spotless, everything you would need was provided even washing up liquid, dishcloths and toiletries. Very easy check in with a lovely young lady Rhianna who gave us sunbed towels and all the information. Very secure complex, evenings the gates are locked and can be entered by a key code . The accommodation overall was very good but the hill up to it was so steep and we had great difficulty getting taxis to take us up and down, one of the staff was very kind and took us down one of the days, some days we felt we were stuck up there because we couldn’t get taxis down to the town.

My husband and I had the best summer holiday at Albir Hills Apartments & Spa. Due to a delayed flight we arrived in the middle of the night. Thankfully the reception team had already sent across a detailed map with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and we had no issues accessing at 2am! When we arrived they had put the air conditioning already on, with bottled water already in the fridge...

We loved our stay at the property. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for us and enjoyed it a lot. The property is close to a really nice walk/hike. But it’s uphill so we used the car to go to the beach and town area. Nice quiet center place to visit Altea and Benidorm. Would come back for a longer stay for sure.
