Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok. As it's the festiveholiday period, there were lots of families and children running about in the bar, so it wasn't too relaxing. The check in was quick and easy, the room was on the same level as the reception, it was spacious, had all amenities you require apart from a kettle. The bes was very large and comfortable, great views of Albir and Altea from the balcony. Plus the room was lovely and warm.
The breakfast had plenty of choice and overall was very good. The only negative was that the fried eggs were not runny, more like an hard boiled egg, other than that, a very enjoyable breakfast

Tired hotel with rooms and facilities all in need of an update. The only thing that seems to be worked on is the crazy number of laminated signs warning guests not to reserve sunbeds or move towels or dry towels. Even the drinks menu is laminated and taped to the bar... The spa could be nice but several items not working and the rest in a shoddy state of repair.
The buffet lunch and breakfast are also poor quality and not enough tables or staff to cater for the number of guests and passes sold.

Genuinely dissapointed. For a hotel that's in the hospitality industry, its staff are poorly trained and have close to zero customer service skills. They absolutely do not care about guest experience. This is indicated by the complete lack of engagement in any of these reviews. Its a 2.5 star at best..definately not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are dated, fridge doesn't work properly, food is poor and internet intermittent.
Location is a good walk out of town so if you don't have great mobility it's an issue.The hotel has so much potential to be amazing but the staff have certainly put a damper on it. Also many guests have been so noisy in the outdoor spaces way into the early hours where it's not policed by staff to usher them indoors so it's left for guests to raise these issues which don't get dealt with anyway.
Reached out to the hotel prior to arriving with a few questions and requests to be completely ignored by them.
Albir itself is lovely but that's the last time I stay in this hotel.
The hotel itself won't give a damn but for anyone reading this... Take heed

We stayed here over the August Bank holiday and was extremely impressed for the value for money considering the summer holidays.

Very nice facilities, We had a clean room with a powerful shower, working aircon and great view down to the swimming pool, staff friendly and always happy when serving you, noticed some of the prices for food were abit on the high side....but we still ordered when we wanted, Th morning breakfast always had good variety too.

Location was perfect, in short walking distance from everything you could need, Cheap supermarket, local restaurants with loads of food options if your fussy! Fully expected the Long hill on return to the hotel so I wont complain about that as if you do your research it shouldn't put you off, Was always made easier with an ice cream on the journey back up. :D

Overall we would definetly stay back here again!!!

Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. The staff were also extremely friendly and kind to us, speaking fluent English and Spanish. They helped us order taxis, get new room keys when they deactivated and were just generally nice. The poolside bar was a nice touch too, although it was hard getting a subbed in the morning! The hotel itself is very close to the beach and Albir strip. I would re commend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area as it was very good value for money and contributed to our fantastic stay in spain.

Terrible hotel
The hotel was terrible paid for a Terrace room they didn’t have one.
The hotel beds are camp beds the pillow is 1 long uncomfortable pillow.
The hotel is dated couldn’t turn the AC on as was so loud

Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok but nothing special

Reasonable value
