You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies. A really friendly man on reception found us a fabulous room, with a fantastic sea view. The room was really large and although older furnishings as others have said, it was spotless. Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from the clinical look you normally get in a hotel. We were bed and breakfast, it was superb, everything you could think of and Cava if you wanted it. All the staff, including the cleaners are so helpful and friendly. Hopefully we will be back soon.

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but the actual standard is noticeably lower. The interior and room solutions are clearly outdated, with old electrical installations and insufficient ventilation, which negatively affects comfort and sleep quality.
Overall, the experience corresponds more to a 2-star hotel than a modern 4-star accommodation.

Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.

We had a really bad experience in this hotel. We booked it because it is a common destination for elder people, so we expected a calm spot to rest with our baby. To our surprise, they have a celebration room where they celebrated a wedding on the Saturday night. The celebration went on for the whole night and our little one couldn't sleep because the rooms are not noise isolated at all. And that is the other complain, the hotel looks good but it looks like it hadn't a renovation since the 90s at least. The hotel is not in a good maintenance state.

A hotel stuck in the 90s that charges modern luxury hotel rates. I've never stayed at a hotel charging 350 plus a night to have a room as outdated as this hotel. The rooms furniture looks to be 15 to 25 years old. The AC in our room was not very good at all. The washroom was surprisingly large and decent which is a plus. The pool area is nice but even the lobby and lounge areas look to be 25 years old. Once again, based on what we are paying, unless it's based on location, in which that is amazing, I wouldn't ever return to this hotel for the value.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as a short break and had a good time overall. The staff were nice, helpful, and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, there are a few areas that could be improved.

There wasn’t enough entertainment, especially for kids and young people. There was no music around the pools, which made the atmosphere feel a bit dull. The night entertainment was also quite limited and could be better organized to appeal to all age groups.

The terrace area is lovely, but the pool there is small and lacks shaded areas, which made it uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day. With a bit more investment, this space could be turned into something really special.
