Playavera Hotel - Naturist Friendly in Vera

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions.

The hotel has a good location on the nudist beach and is close to the sea.

The rooms are very outdated but I can overlook this as it is great to have a naturist hotel.

Recently there is a security guard patrolling the hotel grounds making many guest feel very uncomfortable. She patrols with a baton, handcuffs and her attitude is quite aggressive.

I was appalled when I was relaxing in the jacuzzi with my partner yesterday when the male lifeguard and security guard came along ,pointed at me in front of lots of other guests and told me to leave the jacuzzi. She told me to remove my sunglasses and continued to question if I was a guest at the hotel (checking my room number and name etc). Her attitude was aggressive and after confirming I was a guest there was no apology and she allowed me to return to the jacuzzi.

To be identified, taken out of the jacuzzi and questioned like this by a security guard in front of other guests is extremely embarrassing and I feel I do not want to return to this hotel.

I asked to speak to the manager of the hotel yesterday and he loosely apologised but did nothing. I would have expected an apology from the security guard and the lifeguard for pinpointing me and embarrassing me in public.

There is no problem to have security controls at a hotel but you think this is acceptable?

If this is how you treat your guests I do not feel welcome at your hotel.
