Excellent！ No more other words except Muy Bien!

Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

Wonderful and top location my compliments to all employees. Wonderful place feels like coming home with all the luxury.

With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. Upstairs is a normal 1.8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great.

The hotel is amazing and ideal for relaxing for a weekend.

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel. We like the location and that it caters to adults rather than families. The room are a little dated but they’re comfortable with good amenities

Just returned from a 3 week stay at this lovely hotel. This is out 8th or 9th time and yes there are a few changes, mainly the evening happy hour has gone but still one at lunchtime! The rooms are well equipped and spacious, food was delicious and the location to everything is perfect. We will see you next time Angela!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the beach is directly across the street. The room was always left perfectly clean by the great staff here. Without notice the staff left a bottle of wine in our room to celebrate my birthday and left a heartfelt note. Had a lovely stay with my sister at the hotel. The staff was really nice. Omar with his (magic) tricks. Carlo(s) always in for a chat. Too many people. Crowded & we were initially given a room with a terrible view right next to the A/C ventilators & over a parking lot. I paid for a superior room so I was so disappointed. Luckily I asked for another room on the second day & the kind Manager moved us to a much better room. But still at about 4am there were drunk men yelling in the hallways.

Stayed at IPV and overall had a really pleasant experience. The place is spotless, and the sea view is genuinely lovely, the kind you don’t get tired of. The whole hotel has a classic, slightly old-world charm. The only downside is that some of the furniture, like the sofas and beds, feels a bit dated. Overall, the staff was superb (Restaurant and Housekeeping personnel). Only complaint we have arises from the lack of proper communication with the Front Desk/Reception and the inability to accommodate current guests for specific events.

Our stay was okay as it was a decent place for a few days. However, we booked a room with the kitchen as we wanted to cook and boil water for coffee and tea. We plug the kettle and everything switches off. We asked the hotel for help and we were told it's been fixed but it was never fixed. It's an okay place for rooms to stay. I wouldn't recommend this though.

Lovely beach and the sun beds were great. I have only one criticism and that was the road between apartments and the beach which was quite busy and noisy. The apartments met all expectations and the reception staff were very helpful.
