Just returned from this Hotel,.. the positives. Good value for money, decent food, in a great position! Beach just a short walk across the main road. Good facilities. The Negatives... Wood Veneering around the pool... Treacherous!! Sinking and lifting all over the place need's removing pronto! Also I think the flooring in my room on the 5th floor also creating a big problem.. as in ANTS!! What a Shame, for this reason alone won't return to this Hotel! My room infested with the biting tiny things, reported to reception first day,.. ok they came immediately and sprayed some foul smelling stuff that caught in the back of my throat, it did the job for a while, and before I left they Sprayed again... But I realised when packing to leave the things were in the wardrobe too, in my backpack even!! Sorry but not acceptable to me! and I know this is not a one off as I've seen the problem mentioned in other reviews... I don't think Laminate flooring is meant for hot countries as the Ants obviously infested underneath! Spoilt a Lovely Holiday and need's addressing whatever the cost!!

We enjoyed the hotel. I must say that the staff and team were excellent. They have helped sort out our little queries . Cleanliness is perfect . One never get this sort of service in the UK. Half board is a good choice. Food excellent. Value for money first class. Nice entertainment evenings. And even a sangria making session! It is so much nicer to come to Spain than France. My first trip to Spain was in 1960. Much has changed. But always the people are patient and understanding of Brits.who are useless at languages. What excited me was the Sobrasada pate at Breakfast. A real Andulasian staple. It is pork fat and pimento. Sometimes the crackling is included ,crunched up. The hotel pool is fun but one has to wear a cap. 1.50 Eu. We had a fearful wait at Malaga airport for passport control . Hopefully this will improve once the automatic entry system is in place I understand that one can pre register for this but not sure. That's all for now chums God bless xxxxx

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional Stay!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. I asked for a sea-view room and, without hesitation, they gave it to me straight away — and the view was breathtaking. Every single member of staff — from the waiters and waitresses to the wonderful cleaning ladies — was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming.

The food was an absolute delight. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered such variety that I was pleasantly surprised. From fresh fruit and indulgent desserts to traditional Spanish cuisine, seafood, paella, and vibrant salads — there’s truly something for everyone. If you don’t find something you love here, it’s not the hotel’s fault!

The hotel is spotless, perfectly located close to the beach, and clearly run with great care and pride. I want to extend my thanks to every single person who works here for making our stay so memorable.

Highly, highly recommended. Thumbs up from us — we will definitely be back!

Had a lovely stay with my sister at the hotel. The staff was really nice. Omar with his (magic) tricks. Carlo(s) always in for a chat. And one of the members (unfortunately I don’t know his name) could even speak Dutch :)! The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and the food was diverse and warm.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel for an evening, joining my sister for dinner while she was a guest. While I didn't stay overnight, I was able to get a good feel for the facilities, the food, and the entertainment on offer.

The first thing that struck me was the hotel's aesthetic. The complex is very clean and well-presented, but the decor is definitely a throwback to the late 1980s or early 1990s. It felt like stepping into a time warp, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's a distinct style that might not be for everyone.

The highlight of the evening was the all-you-can-eat buffet dinner, which was surprisingly good. There was a delicious and varied selection of meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables, offering plenty of choice. The chocolate fountain for dessert was a very welcome and popular touch, especially with the younger guests.

After dinner, we moved to the bar area for the evening entertainment. The first part was aimed at children, and it was great to see all the kids on the dancefloor having an absolutely fantastic time. Later, a singer came on for the adults. Unfortunately, the audio levels were far too high, making the music uncomfortably loud and a bit of a painful experience to sit through, which was a shame.

Overall, my sister really enjoyed her stay, and I can see the appeal. While it might not be my personal style of resort, it seems perfectly suited for families and couples who enjoy a classic, all-inclusive package holiday. The food is a real strong point, and if you can look past the dated aesthetic and the occasional sound issue, it offers a solid and enjoyable experience.

I will start with the positive Great location, lovely and clean , fantastic staff, food is good always something to eat even for the fussiest eaters. The beach is out of this world. Negative The walls in the rooms are paper thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing! The pool side decking is broken in serval area and is a hazard. A lady fell and broken her arm when we were there. The kids are not allowed balls, floats or water pistol in the swimming pool The day not much entertainment for the kids and when there is it's more for the local children. Which is fine but wat about the kids from the UK! Night entertainment again is more for Spanish and it is very out dated and the same every week it does not changed from week to week. This hotel is really for Spanish family's and I would say when we were there it was about 2% people from UK and the rest of the guests were Spanish. Which is totally fine it is in Spain after all but this should be advised before booking! The area of fuengirola is lovely and I will definitely be returning but this hotel just was not for us

Absolutely fantastic hotel, not one complaint. Went as a group of girls and all felt welcomed and safe, fabulous time, staff friendly place so clean, catering lovely and accommodated to one of our members with severe allergies to fish, eggs, nuts amongst other things and no EpiPens needed. 2mins to the beach and shops. Highly recommend

I have visited the Hotel for a weeks holiday and this was my experience. I will cover all the positive points and also the negative ones too.

To get the negative out the way I have the following to say.

My wife had a chicken skewer from the buffet for lunch and it was pink inside. Not slightly pink but completely pink. This was upsetting as not cooking chicken properly is obviously dangerous and I wouldn't expect this from a hotel restaurant. I can't say much more on this it may have been bad luck but it put her off eating any chicken whilst we were at the hotel.

My second issue was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. To the point I did not sleep properly at night due to how uncomfortable it was. The mattress was very hard and the pillow was more like a concrete slab if I was to compare it to something.

On a more positive note

The swimming pool was very nice and appeared to be well maintained. There is a bar next to the pool where the staff would serve drinks and snacks to guests throughout the day.

Which leads onto my next point. The staff were great I was here with my wife and son who is two years old and I feel we were treated very well staff were very efficient in serving drinks and also greeted us entering the restaurant and the bar area. I would also like to mention the cleaning staff who every single day cleaned our room to a high standard and were too also very pleasant when crossing paths. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff here at the hotel for their warm and pleasant manner and doing their best to run the hotel smoothly.

We had some lovely evenings with the entertainment and some of the acts were very good. Some nights were more focused I would say for the older Spanish guests. But at the end of the day we're in Spain so thats fair enough.

I would stay here again but would probably not stay as an all inclusive guest again. It makes a good base with its close proximity to the train station and the sea front.

Great basic hotel, very clean, friendly staff. On reception David & Adrian exceptionally helpful.
Meals are varied & plentiful in the sister hotel which is all attached in the same complex. Theres evening entertainment on if you want it. And the option to go all inclusive is brilliant value , even just to cover bottles of water and ice cream! The location is superb...just cross the road and you re at the beach. The promenade is very pretty..lots of nice restaurants. Would definitely return. Might not suit younger people who want a more lively entertainment into the small hours!

Basic hotel, with a basic view and basic breakfast. Doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Good no frills type of place. Jack very generous and attentive

Location great. Potential to be something great but an absolute dive.
Alarm bells ringing when old soiled drink mats brought out to put our glasses on.
Food awful. Daughters chicken soup had a cockroach in it. Proprietor apologised and brought out 2 more soups which we left.
Roast chicken was greasy and fried chicken tasted processed.
They have photos of Gordon Ramsey in their menu from when he was there a number of years ago, helping to them to improve the quality and service.
He would go mental if he set foot in there now.
Do yourself a favour and carry on walking past. There's some restaurants further along that may not be in as good a location, but the food is miles better.

Good value for money. We tried the gazpacho, fish burger and chicken pieces and everything was good for the price we paid. Staff was friendly and Jack's a very funny character.

Very nice twist on classic chicken, excellent value for money!
