Reviews
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. I asked for a sea-view room and, without hesitation, they gave it to me straight away — and the view was breathtaking. Every single member of staff — from the waiters and waitresses to the wonderful cleaning ladies — was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was an absolute delight. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered such variety that I was pleasantly surprised. From fresh fruit and indulgent desserts to traditional Spanish cuisine, seafood, paella, and vibrant salads — there’s truly something for everyone. If you don’t find something you love here, it’s not the hotel’s fault!
The hotel is spotless, perfectly located close to the beach, and clearly run with great care and pride. I want to extend my thanks to every single person who works here for making our stay so memorable.
Highly, highly recommended. Thumbs up from us — we will definitely be back!
The first thing that struck me was the hotel's aesthetic. The complex is very clean and well-presented, but the decor is definitely a throwback to the late 1980s or early 1990s. It felt like stepping into a time warp, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's a distinct style that might not be for everyone.
The highlight of the evening was the all-you-can-eat buffet dinner, which was surprisingly good. There was a delicious and varied selection of meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables, offering plenty of choice. The chocolate fountain for dessert was a very welcome and popular touch, especially with the younger guests.
After dinner, we moved to the bar area for the evening entertainment. The first part was aimed at children, and it was great to see all the kids on the dancefloor having an absolutely fantastic time. Later, a singer came on for the adults. Unfortunately, the audio levels were far too high, making the music uncomfortably loud and a bit of a painful experience to sit through, which was a shame.
Overall, my sister really enjoyed her stay, and I can see the appeal. While it might not be my personal style of resort, it seems perfectly suited for families and couples who enjoy a classic, all-inclusive package holiday. The food is a real strong point, and if you can look past the dated aesthetic and the occasional sound issue, it offers a solid and enjoyable experience.
To get the negative out the way I have the following to say.
My wife had a chicken skewer from the buffet for lunch and it was pink inside. Not slightly pink but completely pink. This was upsetting as not cooking chicken properly is obviously dangerous and I wouldn't expect this from a hotel restaurant. I can't say much more on this it may have been bad luck but it put her off eating any chicken whilst we were at the hotel.
My second issue was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. To the point I did not sleep properly at night due to how uncomfortable it was. The mattress was very hard and the pillow was more like a concrete slab if I was to compare it to something.
On a more positive note
The swimming pool was very nice and appeared to be well maintained. There is a bar next to the pool where the staff would serve drinks and snacks to guests throughout the day.
Which leads onto my next point. The staff were great I was here with my wife and son who is two years old and I feel we were treated very well staff were very efficient in serving drinks and also greeted us entering the restaurant and the bar area. I would also like to mention the cleaning staff who every single day cleaned our room to a high standard and were too also very pleasant when crossing paths. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff here at the hotel for their warm and pleasant manner and doing their best to run the hotel smoothly.
We had some lovely evenings with the entertainment and some of the acts were very good. Some nights were more focused I would say for the older Spanish guests. But at the end of the day we're in Spain so thats fair enough.
I would stay here again but would probably not stay as an all inclusive guest again. It makes a good base with its close proximity to the train station and the sea front.
Meals are varied & plentiful in the sister hotel which is all attached in the same complex. Theres evening entertainment on if you want it. And the option to go all inclusive is brilliant value , even just to cover bottles of water and ice cream! The location is superb...just cross the road and you re at the beach. The promenade is very pretty..lots of nice restaurants. Would definitely return. Might not suit younger people who want a more lively entertainment into the small hours!

Alarm bells ringing when old soiled drink mats brought out to put our glasses on.
Food awful. Daughters chicken soup had a cockroach in it. Proprietor apologised and brought out 2 more soups which we left.
Roast chicken was greasy and fried chicken tasted processed.
They have photos of Gordon Ramsey in their menu from when he was there a number of years ago, helping to them to improve the quality and service.
He would go mental if he set foot in there now.
Do yourself a favour and carry on walking past. There's some restaurants further along that may not be in as good a location, but the food is miles better.
