Everything was very good. Pleasant service, a clean room (cleaned every day), and tasty food. One thing wasn’t great — drinks for lunch and dinner had to be paid for separately (including water, coffee, tea, etc.) and there was no kettle in the room. Very nice sea view, and I don’t know why people say the hotel needs renovation — in my opinion everything is fine.

This hotel was clean, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets. Unfortunately the shower had didn't work but there was a bathtub which was enough. The area around the hotel is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the seating arrangement in the buffet is ridiculous. The food is good and lots of variety. Very clean hotel, staff went the extra mile, we had a couple of rainy days and the entertainment team made sure the guests were still entertained. This trip to Hotel Best Triton was a last minute decision but it did not disappoint. My husband and I just loved our brief stay but will certainly return in the coming months hopefully. Excellent Customer service, great atmosphere. This is one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed in.

The room was amazing. The food buffé was really good, many options were available. Overall very clean hotel and rooms. My toddler loved the kids club and had wonderful time there. We must have been palmed off with the worst room in the hotel, room 338. We would have had it changed but as we were staying 1 night and arrived at 6pm it wasn’t worth the hassle. Food was pretty good at breakfast and dinner.

The Bali is a very friendly hotel in a good location. It isn't the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be but everyone seems to be having fun. My 10 year old son really enjoyed the children's activities and had the best time. We've stayed here several times before and would not hesitate to return.

Stayed for New Year 2025. The hotel is located right next to the harbour-lots of restaurants and bars. It is spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The bed was supremely comfortable - slept like a log. Staff were helpful. Midday room checkout was a bonus. The Christmas decorations felt very festive. No long waits for lifts. I would recommend this hotel, and I would return.

My husband and I stayed here with our friend and we had the best time. The rooms were amazing, the food was lovely and it was different everyday. The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. Only there for a few days, but was clean, as were rooms, never ate in the hotel and never used the pool either, but liked the location n staff were helpful.

This hotel was superb for a three star I couldn’t really fault it . The only downside is it’s at the top of a very steep hill. So if mobility issues might not be the one for you unless you can afford taxis. Overall a very good three star and would recommend.

Hotel for family vacations crowded with excursions from the inserto.

Pool staff was so friendly, had us in stitches with there silly pool side games around 11 o’clock. Was gutted we missed them on the last day. Hotel was clean and breakfast had great selection. We got taxis to local bars and restaurants so can’t comment on what was a short walk away

Perfect holiday in a brilliant hotel We arrived 4 hours before check-in. The guy on the desk sorted out a room for us. The room was a good size with a decent size bathroom. Unbelievable views. Breakfast was quality with a brilliant choice. Great bus service outside the hotel.

The hotel offered the full set of setvices and facilities you would expect - no complaints and nothing was too much trouble. The room we were in had water damaged laminate flooring, though that didn’t effect our holiday.

Lovely hotel and staff. Elevators are so busy, they may need a review / check up as I had family members get stuck in a lift. Apart from that - the hotel is amazing.

The hotel was quite decent and conveniently close to the airport. However, there were a few issues - for example, ants in the dining area and no complimentary water at dinner, as you had to buy it from them. We were also unlucky to arrive right when the hotel was closing for the season, which meant we had to check out at 12pm with no option to leave our suitcases (our flight was in the evening). Location of the Palmasol hotel is really nice. During the sunny days it takes about 10 minutes walk to get to the sea beech. Surprisingly warm water in the middle of October - 23-25 (C) Palmasol also one of the closest hotels to Marina - huge place of attractions : restaurants, entertainment, all kinds of shops, game places, etcetera.

A good hotel, the personell was not that service minded . The room was not sound isolated and I could clearly the conversation in the next room and the tv was to small. The hotel had a good location and has newly been refurbished

All the staff is amazing me and my family are very happy probably we coming back next year. My kids have a lot of fun at the Kids Club and Minidisco with Stefy, Eva,Vero and Fabi. Me and my wife are having a laugh every night with Natalia. She do it pretty well with the quizzes,bingos and dances. Everything is very clean and the waiters are marvellous

Came here for 5 nights and we had a great stay! The room was very clean and today with all the things you needed. The beds where comfy. The staff where helpful, only thing I could complain about was there was no free access to drinking water anyway. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of choices. The first thing I want to mention is that this is definitely a place we could return to for a self-catering option. The one-bedroom apartment was more than enough for a family of four. A lovely hotel- great for families! We went with our 1.5 year old & 8 year old! Both fun pools are great! Yes there are queues for the pool but we went at 945 ready for 10am opening and always got a bed. We visited this hotel recently and we loved it! There was a group of 9 of us altogether, 6 adults and 3 children aged 7, 9 and 11. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are quite small but it is only a base so didn't really bother us to be fair, they were clean and tidy and you could have new towels etc when you wanted.The hotel is right on the doorstep to the beach and not far from local shops and supermarkets...

I didn't book parking ahead of time so was unable to use the car park. We were on the 6th floor and the music on the roof bar was loud in our room with lots of stomping about. Very good hotel, modern, clean & comfortable rooms. Food was excellent and wish I’d booked half board not b&b. Location good though think I prefer Torro to Benalmádena. Only down point was getting pool towels change was a hassle as only able to swap in a 1 hour window each day.

Great gift shop contains swimming rings and magnets. The food was amazing, they had a huge variety of dishes and desserts. We got a swimming from the gift shop and we went to the hotel pool, it was very big ( 7years old said it) and there was a small pool 130cm deep everywhere. We have stayed at the holiday world hotels previously so did know what to expect. The hotel was great, and clean. Our room unfortunately had ants but I think thats quite standard in Spain sometimes and they cleaned it regularly and left us some spray. Had read some poor reviews and considered changing hotel. So glad we didn't . We had an amazing time. Wasn't too busy facilities are excellent food varied and plenty choice. The place was impeccably clean and staff are lovely . Staff told us they enjoyed their work and it is a lovely place to to work. Entertainment staff provided varied entertainment to suit everybody. After staying at the Riviera for many years the new refurbishment is greatly welcome. A lovely modern update and fresh areas to enjoy. If you want to relax, you can enjoy morning yoga on the terrace with Natalia, a beautiful experience.

We stayed in this hotel and I am writing this review on the hotel only not the weather nor the resort. This hotel is a really nice hotel and the half board is really good with a good choice of food. We got sunbed towels with no charge and there is no charge for the safes which a great touch. Firstly thank you for our amazing stay. I did read some of the negative reviews - total nonsense. The Medplaya Riviera is so clean & the staff never stop working to make sure your stay is amazing. We were in room 803 (room with an amazing view), our fan in the bathroom stopped working & the maintenance guy changed it for a new one. Enjoyed a really high quality stay at the Vincci Aleysa. Everything about the hotel is truly five star, food, service, location, room, aircon, WiFi, spa and pools. Sometimes even the best of properties have one or two areas that are less than perfect, but not Vincci Aleysa or it’s incredibly professional and friendly operations team. Just perfect.
