A very enjoyable stay here! Was very impressed with the selection of food and drink on the all inclusive, and the staff were always very friendly. The only slight negative was that the beds weren’t overly comfortable due to a hard mattress.

Very clean hotel, staff went the extra mile, we had a couple of rainy days and the entertainment team made sure the guests were still entertained. Good selection for eating, very fresh and varied each day. Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing. The animation team work there socks off, never stop entertaining. The bar staff, hotel staff and restaurant staff are so good and work so hard. So friendly too.

Everything was very good. Pleasant service, a clean room (cleaned every day), and tasty food. One thing wasn’t great — drinks for lunch and dinner had to be paid for separately (including water, coffee, tea, etc.) and there was no kettle in the room. Great hotel, nice and clean got everything you need. We had breakfast included in our stay and what a great selection they put out every morning from your full English breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, fresh fruit and loads more! Room was lovely, couldn’t fault it and a great sea view. Would definitely stay again if we return to benalmadena!

This trip to Hotel Best Triton was a last minute decision but it did not disappoint. My husband and I just loved our brief stay but will certainly return in the coming months hopefully. Only there for a few days, but was clean, as were rooms, never ate in the hotel and never used the pool either, but liked the location n staff were helpful.

This hotel was superb for a three star I couldn’t really fault it . The only downside is it’s at the top of a very steep hill. So if mobility issues might not be the one for you unless you can afford taxis. Overall a very good three star and would recommend.

Hotel for family vacations crowded with excursions from the inserto.

Pool staff was so friendly, had us in stitches with there silly pool side games around 11 o’clock. Was gutted we missed them on the last day. Hotel was clean and breakfast had great selection. We got taxis to local bars and restaurants so can’t comment on what was a short walk away

Perfect holiday in a brilliant hotel We arrived 4 hours before check-in. The guy on the desk sorted out a room for us. The room was a good size with a decent size bathroom. Unbelievable views. Breakfast was quality with a brilliant choice. Great bus service outside the hotel.

The hotel offered the full set of setvices and facilities you would expect - no complaints and nothing was too much trouble. The room we were in had water damaged laminate flooring, though that didn’t effect our holiday.

Lovely hotel and staff. Elevators are so busy, they may need a review / check up as I had family members get stuck in a lift. Apart from that - the hotel is amazing.

Excellent Customer service, great atmosphere. This is one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed in.

The room was amazing. The food buffé was really good, many options were available. Overall very clean hotel and rooms. My toddler loved the kids club and had wonderful time there. The spa was a bit expensive for a 1 hour stay, no shampoo or conditioner inside the spa. The gym had a limited number of equipment

We must have been palmed off with the worst room in the hotel, room 338. We would have had it changed but as we were staying 1 night and arrived at 6pm it wasn’t worth the hassle. Food was pretty good at breakfast and dinner.

Stayed for New Year 2025. The hotel is located right next to the harbour-lots of restaurants and bars. It is spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The bed was supremely comfortable - slept like a log. Staff were helpful. Midday room checkout was a bonus. The Christmas decorations felt very festive. No long waits for lifts. The Bali is a very friendly hotel in a good location. It isn't the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be but everyone seems to be having fun. My 10 year old son really enjoyed the children's activities and had the best time. We've stayed here several times before and would not hesitate to return.

All the staff is amazing me and my family are very happy probably we coming back next year. My kids have a lot of fun at the Kids Club and Minidisco with Stefy, Eva,Vero and Fabi. A lovely hotel- great for families! We went with our 1.5 year old & 8 year old! Both fun pools are great! Yes there are queues for the pool but we went at 945 ready for 10am opening and always got a bed. We visited this hotel recently and we loved it! There was a group of 9 of us altogether, 6 adults and 3 children aged 7, 9 and 11. The hotel is lovely. The first thing I want to mention is that this is definitely a place we could return to for a self-catering option. The one-bedroom apartment was more than enough for a family of four. The best hotel in Costa del Sol and an amazing view from the rooms! The restaurant has an amazing buffet and the manager Maria is an angel who took care of me and my group (40 people) so well. Always checking on us and making sure we have everything. For sure will come back again.

Wonderful place! The room was very spacious with an amazing sea view. The hotel has a gym, a buffet-style dining area, a swimming pool, and many other facilities, as well as a large parking lot. The only downside — funny as it may sound — is that there was no toilet brush in the room.

Spent 6 weeks here over Christmas and New year hotel was great value and I fantastic location near beach,public transport and plenty bars and restaurants on doorstep. Really nice hotel, room was nice, food was decent. All the staff were lovely. It's not the quietest location next to the road but I never really noticed. I didn't book parking ahead of time so was unable to use the car park. We were on the 6th floor and the music on the roof bar was loud in our room with lots of stomping about. Again not a massive issue for me but a sensitive person might not enjoy...

Very good hotel, modern, clean & comfortable rooms. Food was excellent and wish I’d booked half board not b&b. Location good though think I prefer Torro to Benalmádena. Only down point was getting pool towels change was a hassle as only able to swap in a 1 hour window each day.

The hotel was quite decent and conveniently close to the airport. However, there were a few issues - for example, ants in the dining area and no complimentary water at dinner, as you had to buy it from them. We were also unlucky to arrive right when the hotel was closing for the season, which meant we had to check out at 12pm with no option to leave our suitcases (our flight was in the evening). Still...

The staff were excellent. Big room comfy beds location good. Nice pool and good music to listen too.

Location of the Palmasol hotel is really nice. During the sunny days it takes about 10 minutes walk to get to the sea beech. Surprisingly warm water in the middle of October - 23-25 (C) Palmasol also one of the closest hotels to Marina - huge place of attractions : restaurants, entertainment, all kinds of shops, game places, etcetera.

A good hotel, the personell was not that service minded . The room was not sound isolated and I could clearly the conversation in the next room and the tv was to small. The hotel had a good location and has newly been refurbished

Hotel room a little basic but clean with fridge and tea/coffe, kettle, breakfast choice was good, noise from construction site opposite hotel was awful but unavoidable, hotel location is excellent with the marina just over the road

It was ok. Not what we used to. Staff were helpful at reception. But i had to make it clear i wanted what i paid for.. they did move us Pool does not open untill 10am too late . Crazy people running for sun bed. Very pretty around pool and clean too. Food was nice, drinks too. Very close to harbour and some shops , resturants. Good location. Turn right out of hotel , lots going on. .
