Clean room, friendly staff, nearby everything

The hotel is located next to the old town. It's new and clean, but the rooms are a bit small, with a bed and aisle. Larger suitcases can't be opened. There's no elevator. The guesthouse/hotel has a very laid-back atmosphere. There's usually no one at the front desk. There's access control at the main entrance, but it's very convenient to come and go without any issues. All the attractions are nearby...

Had a great experience just that human and customer service by the owner is very bad ( Receptionist). Poor human relationship and bad delivery of service

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the facilities are very simple. The worst thing is that the glass door of the bathroom leaks, so be careful.

Great location, clean, and close to all the sights. There are great dining options a 5-minute walk away. While the staff operates more than one Hostal, they were very responsible via WhatsApp.

We had a lovely stay for two nights in January, 2026. Lola was a delightful host who communicated with us every step of the way, beginning days before our arrival, in helping us with directions, recommendations, and a personal welcome when we arrived. The room was warm and comfortable and breakfast was well prepared. Another highlight was how charming the house is and all the history that it holds...

Staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable and it was very centrally located to walk anywhere in Seville. Wonderful breakfast. Love the history of Nino Ricardo.

Central location. Hotel impacably clean, small but fantastic. Air-conditioning very good in room and common areas. It has a nice terrace to engoy the evening with a drink. What I liked mainly is the friendly staff that were very helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with all our needs through the stay. We stayed 4 nights. We'll done to ALL the staff. Thanks.

Disappointing room with no window that you could look out of. I knew there was no lift but would have liked to be warned that it was 59 steps to get to our room number 12. Also, had we been warned the room did not have a normal window I would not have boomed it. And certainly not for £150 a night was very expensive for what we got. Clearly rooms on the lower floors are better. Shame I did not see...

Top Very very good. Girl in the reception was more than helpfull. Very enjoyfull stay. Loved it.
