Amazing place, the staff is very nice and kind. The only not very nice thing I experienced was that the restroom located at the lobby was kind of smelly all the time. The rest was great, our stay was the best.

The staff are all excellent, helpful and friendly. We were allocated a family room with bunk beds even though we were a couple however the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Water fountain where you can replenish your water bottles which are in the room on arrival. Breakfast was healthy and very good variety of cheese/meats. The ‘breakfast tea’ bags are very weak so take your own if you like a decent cuppa. Pastries could be slightly better and also having two toasters would be good too, and given a bit more space around them to use.

A very nice charming hotel in the city center of Seville in a small, very quiet street and only a 4-minute walk from the cathedral. We spent 7 nights there in a room that was really pleasant to our taste. We also had a mini-bar fridge at our disposal in the room. This hotel is extremely well situated, close to the old center, the real Alcazar or the Cathedral. Lot's of cosy and nice restaurants nearby but at the same time this place is extremely quiet. The patio on the roof top is really appreciated, a tiny pool for refreshing during hot scorching days. Heaps of nice touch here and there, feels like a real life museum 😍. This hotel is super convenient! It's just a 10-minute walk from the bus station and also really close to the city center, all within walking distance. There are tons of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is a huge plus. The rooms are nice and very clean, and it was the only hotel on our trip that offered daily housekeeping, which was great. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and its location is very convenient for reaching nearby attractions. It's also close to the Alsa bus station. The front desk service was warm and friendly. There's a Burger King nearby, and you can walk to the Royal Alcázar of Seville. There's a mini-fridge with two complimentary bottles of water, which was a lifesaver when we couldn't find a supermarket to buy water...

The room is big, and the reception was nice. However, it has a very poor insulation.

The rooms were so clean and the staff was amazing. I was given a map with all the tourist must sees highlighted and circled. The breakfast was also great and totally worth it for the price. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville! It’s in the heart of all the must see spots!

I have not noticed I booked a double room, but only one person. Once I read the confirmation, I immediately notified the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no cancellation option, so I need to pay 50 euros for one extra person. The room is already costing 300 euros! Driving to the hotel was difficult, too. This is the worst experience in this trip. 🥲

Such a wonderful hotel, amazing location seriously could not be any better. It was right by everything but also tucked away. The room was nice and clean and charming. I was sad to leave! The breakfast was very good and absolutely worth the €20. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Fantastic little hotel- located within steps of all the Seville main attractions. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was very helpful when asked for suggestions of a rooftop bar. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Seville Spain.

Everything was superb. The staff are amazing, especially the girls in the reception (day & night team). The room is clean with a beautiful view of the Alcazar garden. It has as well a small terrace to the patio. It needs only a carpet 🫣. Regarding the breakfast, it's a la carte, not a buffet . They have as well a complimentary afternoon tea every day from 4 pm to i think 6 pm.

Nice budget hotel close to Seville Airport , clean, modern rooms , friendly staff and a great breakfast

The rooms are very small, and there's no kettle or fridge. However, it's very convenient for getting to the airport and the city center.

Just your average Ibis. The room was quite small, with no proper chair (just a tiny stool), no towel rack in the bathroom, and no wardrobe. I even had to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk. The hotel's location isn't great for catching a taxi; you have to walk a bit to another Ibis. (Taking the bus to the city center is an even bigger disaster; you have to take the expensive and slow EA airport...

Best customer service and breakfast.

Location wise it’s very close to the airport. However, it’s pretty remote in the sense that even you need to walk a bit far and cross a highway to find food. They don’t have dinner options as well, which I think is odd considering the location (and the price). Not saying dinner must be free. They do serve optional breakfast.

Right beside the Alsa bus to Lisbon. Very spacious place with a big mirror. Very good air condition, very helpful for sunny Seville. Stayed in the whole afternoon inside the room. Can take EA/21 to airport. Recommend to stay!

Great service from front desk, room is clean, spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was fine for a few nights. They cleaned the room every day, which was nice, and slippers were available upon request. The location is convenient if you're flying in or out, it’s right next to the airport bus stop. However, you’ll need to walk a bit to get to the main tourist attractions, so it’s not super central for sightseeing. Overall, everything was just okay.

Great location, right opposite the bus station, which makes getting to Ronda super convenient. The hotel room was a bit small. The mirror was on the left side of the bed, and the window didn't let in much light. Soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear water running upstairs. Breakfast is on the top floor with a terrace, and the view is decent.

We stayed for one night and absolutely loved it! The bar served fantastic cocktails, breakfast was delicious, and I especially appreciated the specialty coffee in the morning. The location is perfect for exploring Sevilla, and I’d definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

This is a 300-year-old building in the old town. The renovated rooms have an extraordinary and elegant feel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. This time I unexpectedly upgraded to a suite (Harry Potter room). The feeling of the room can be described as amazing! City Walk is very convenient to any attraction!

Nice stay at this boutique hotel in Seville. Rooms are small but we were not there much. Front desk staff were great. They use the old style "key" for the room door not a card. We took a taxi to and from the airport, otherwise we mostly walked. However, the hotel is a bit far from the attractions, usually a walk of just under 20 minutes. The hotel is quite small, and the bathroom design is particularly strange; the toilet is very close to the sink. It's alright, comparable to a domestic budget hotel.

Stayed here for one night in October. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well-maintained and unoffensive, albeit small. They provide an amenity kit that includes a toothbrush/toothpaste and hairbrush. This hotel is really good, safe, and clean, with excellent service. I'd definitely recommend it. The old-fashioned elevator is quite charming, which I liked. It would be even better if the price were a bit lower.

The air conditioner wasn't heating well, and the staff couldn't help either, but luckily we got extra blankets. The TV requires a Samsung membership to access, and even though I'm a Samsung member, I still can't watch anything.

Good location Location was in the heart of all the restaurants and close to sightseeing places. We were there on a weekend and found it noisy as our room faced the Main Street. But the beds were good, staff was helpful, so an overall good experience. If you have a car, there is no way to easily get to the hotel and no parking.

Nice friendly hotel with car parking, very well located in the Old Town

The location was central so it was easy to get anywhere, but the room I was originally assigned smelled too strongly of cigarette smoke so I moved to another room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in because there were only two single beds and it didn't feel clean overall.

The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast exceptional and the staff were top notch. Especially Maria who worked 3pm to 11pm: she went out if her way to assist us several times.

We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Clean and comfortable hotel close to centre

Close to the Granada train station, public transportation was real good. The city was great, location good. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillow stiff. The staff was very good, I would recommend for short stays, and I would stay again.

There are all the amenities that you come to expect from these sorts of hotels. Breakfast is a bit lame and disappointing. What a find ! Brilliant location and with a car park .. yes it’s tight to get parked but with a small hire car , it’s fine.  Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.  We had 2 rooms with Juliet balconys that were very nice, clean and acceptable, although the facility for a morning cuppa wouldn’t have go Em a miss. Rooftop dip pool was very welcome after long hot day out in the city.
