Unfortunately, I couldn't make it for my reservation due to unavoidable personal circumstances. I was very disappointed that I couldn't cancel the booking. While I understand it was due to my own reasons and couldn't be helped, it was still a real shame.

Fabulous hotel, we had a deluxe double room which was very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was everything we needed and the staff were very helpful. Considering that this is a one-star hotel, everything was quite good. Location-wise, it's brilliant! However, if you have trouble sleeping, it might not be the best choice since the pillows and mattress aren't particularly comfortable.

The room size is appropriate for what you pay for, the problem is that there is no ventilation, which makes it feel a bit claustrophobic and suffocating. The bathroom is in the room but with no separation other than a glass wall (without doors).

I booked a room with a balcony, and it was large and well-equipped. The shared kitchen was also large and nice. However, I was a little disappointed to find ants in the bathroom. Close proximity to Real Alcazar, Cathedral and Plaza de España. Parking was challenging. Safe area and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. At times it was challenging finding an open bathroom, but it worked out.

I was very close to many of the monuments. The personnel was very helpful. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator.

Although I stayed in Yangchun, the overall CP value was very high, and the guy at the front desk was very nice. He let me store my luggage for the whole day and even lent me a charger! In short, it is highly recommended to friends with limited budget.

Disappointing room with no window that you could look out of. I knew there was no lift but would have liked to be warned that it was 59 steps to get to our room number 12. Also, had we been warned the room did not have a normal window I would not have boomed it. And certainly not for £150 a night was very expensive for what we got.
