Very good value - open 24 hours - decent breakfast and excellent coffee - a perfect place to stay for a short break if looking to do in an affordable way

Location is good close to city content. Good airconditoning, wide room, clean. A little bit noisy as rooms are not well isolated from each others. Although breakfast is very basic it is included which is a plus. All in all good value.

My best experience in Sevilla By far the best value for money place I have experienced in Sevilla. Clean, nice staff, nicely maintained, ensuite room, basic breakfast included. What can you expect more for this price? The only minor limitation was a bit low water pressure but still could shower properly.

We didn't choose this hotel but were very pleased with both its location (walking distance to the nearby bus station (Plaza de Armas) and surrounded by shops and restaurants - and close to the fine arts museum. The staff were friendly. There was no restaurants or meals, but plenty nearby. I will now choose this hotel for a stay in Seville.

A good location that was close to the Seville Cathedral and Alcázar. Quiet and on a street that does not allow vehicles. Friendly staff. There is a laundromat around the corner.

Such a great location and super friendly staff! Great room with 2 twin beds was perfect. The Hotel manager also arranged for a 4am taxi ride to take us to the airport. He showed up early and came to the door for our bags. It was stress free and awesome! Thank you!!

The room was small and simple but comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. The staff are very helpful and the location is excellent, easy walking to the main sites and charming as well. They don’t serve breakfast but have free coffee in the lobby and there are good breakfast places very close by.

The hotel is on the third floor and there's no elevator, so it was quite a struggle getting upstairs. However, the facilities were generally very clean and excellent. The location was also pretty good for getting around the city, and having a supermarket nearby was a plus.

Perfect place since it is in the middle of all the action, all places that we wanted to visit were in a walking distance. Courteous and friendly staff, definitely worth the price and will surely stay again!!

Good location Hotel is in good location, however it's being updated. Which is needed. That said I would stay again once the renovation are completed. We did have an issue with our first room, this was dealt with and we moved rooms. Staff are friendly and accommodating, there is parking available for an extra charge which is helpful. I initially thought the room would be small, but the owner upgraded it for me. The courtyard was beautiful, and the location was great – all attractions were within walking distance, and there was a church right outside. The breakfast was simple but met my basic needs.

Located ideally right next block to Cathedral de Sevilla. Our room are clean & neat but small room for 3 person. Do not have any chairs in the room. Plenty out at corridor. Could be better if can provide bedroom slipper as is cold in winter with marble and tiles flooring.

Great staff, everything was clean and tidy, good atmosphere and possibility to cook, hangout and enjoy some hot drinks down in the lounge area, fully equipped kitchen is also available. Great location in a neighbourhood full of little cafés and typical tapas bar and cerverceria.

The hotel was very close to all tourist attraction area. staff and cleanliness was excellent. One negative point was not having hair conditioner. One bottle of material was supposed to use as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The staff are incredibly, incredibly friendly. They are passionate about introducing nearby tourist attractions and great restaurants, so I felt a lot of positive energy from them :) The facilities are also very clean! Th place was in a awesome location. Very clean, had everything you need offers more coffee and maid service if you want it. The only complaint I would have was that I was on the ground level and the rooms were very dark no natural light to come in. But it did have a beautiful sitting area that I used which made up for the limited natural light

In many ways, the hotel is a three star one, but the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff are worth more than 3 stars. You can see it's a 3-star hotel in that for example the room didn't have that many amenities and the soundproofing wasn't the best. It's quite a walk from the station. The establishment operates two hotels, and the 'Basic' annex was closed. My navigation initially led me to the wrong entrance; you need to go around to the south side and enter through the main 'DONA' door where the front desk is located. The building has a rather enclosed and confusing layout, with winding corridors that can feel a bit claustrophobic.

Loved the room deco - exactly the Andalusia vibe we were looking for. The location is good too except when the soccer fans decided to party overnight at the plaza. Even with ear plugs, I could hardly sleep. I wished the housekeeping would be a bit more diligent in cleaning especially the toilet and changing the used cups.

The hotel has beautiful Moorish interiors, and the room was basic but comfortable. It is also in an excellent location. The two issues were the shower system, which uses one knob for both pressure and temperature so you only get hot water at high force, and the bathroom faucet, from which I could not get any hot water at all. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

We booked late and this was one of the cheapest on booking with good reviews and proper location. It's very close to the cathedral, so I fell asleep to the sound of the bells every night. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. There were free snacks downstairs, which was great! The only downside was that it was very humid when I checked in, but thankfully the air conditioning was very effective.

The hotel is good in general. 1-We were in a room with only 1 electric plug so we could only charge 1 device at a time. 2- There was no bin inside the room, only one in the bathroom. 3- We could hear the neighbours and the street somehow loudly. Hotel clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Tv you can log in to Netflix, Amazon for when back at the hotel for a rest. Minor detail, no milk for the tea or coffee in the room. The triple room had one room per person. The living room was spacious, and the bathroom was relatively clean. The kitchen was available for cooking and had all the necessary utensils. However, the room wasn't cleaned at all during the stay, and you had to clean up and take your trash with you when you left. This is something to keep in mind.
