Small but comfortable room, lovely helpful staff and a good breakfast selection! Noise insulation between rooms could be better as we had noisy neighbours, but the room itself was quiet, despite the hustle and bustle outside. Very good location for exploring the city.

The location of the room is very good, next to the City Sun, which can be seen from the window. The hotel decoration is also like a palace. The room is clean and the reception girl is very enthusiastic. There are good restaurants next to the hotel and it is not far from a century-old breakfast shop. It is a good choice when the price is right.

From the moment the receptionist welcomes you to the moment you check out, staying here is an absolute pleasure. The location couldn't be better either. The hostesses are so helpful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned thoroughly every day.

The staff are incredibly, incredibly friendly. They are passionate about introducing nearby tourist attractions and great restaurants, so I felt a lot of positive energy from them :) The facilities are also very clean! However, the ventilation wasn't very good, so I had to open the windows frequently. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with the location and the facilities!!

Th place was in a awesome location. Very clean, had everything you need offers more coffee and maid service if you want it. The only complaint I would have was that I was on the ground level and the rooms were very dark no natural light to come in. But it did have a beautiful sitting area that I used which made up for the limited natural light

The room so spotless, the staff were very polite, the general ambience was excellent, the location was perfect and although in the centre it was quite at night. The only downside was the partially frosted bathroom door. We are a conservative couple and did not enjoy the view from the bed!

It's quite a walk from the station. The establishment operates two hotels, and the 'Basic' annex was closed. My navigation initially led me to the wrong entrance; you need to go around to the south side and enter through the main 'DONA' door where the front desk is located. The building has a rather enclosed and confusing layout, with winding corridors that can feel a bit claustrophobic.

The place is great, location is quiet but close to the cathedral and the shops. We had a superior apartment. The roof is really nice too. Bed is nice and comfortable. We only stayed for a couple of hours before our flight. The only negative is there's no soundproof. In many ways, the hotel is a three star one, but the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff are worth more than 3 stars. You can see it's a 3-star hotel in that for example the room didn't have that many amenities and the soundproofing wasn't the best. The hotel has beautiful Moorish interiors, and the room was basic but comfortable. It is also in an excellent location. The two issues were the shower system, which uses one knob for both pressure and temperature so you only get hot water at high force, and the bathroom faucet, from which I could not get any hot water at all. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

It's an OK hotel. It's not amazing, but it does the job. If you want a clean, cozy, well placed hotel this will do. We booked late and this was one of the cheapest on booking with good reviews and proper location. The hotel is good in general. 1-We were in a room with only 1 electric plug so we could only charge 1 device at a time. 2- There was no bin inside the room, only one in the bathroom. 3- We could hear the neighbours and the street somehow loudly. Hotel clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Tv you can log in to Netflix, Amazon for when back at the hotel for a rest. Minor detail, no milk for the tea or coffee in the room. The triple room had one room per person. The living room was spacious, and the bathroom was relatively clean. The kitchen was available for cooking and had all the necessary utensils. However, the room wasn't cleaned at all during the stay, and you had to clean up and take your trash with you when you left. This is something to keep in mind.

The hotel is clean and provide all the basic facilities that they have. It's quite near to the airport actually but a bit far from the city centre. Nevertheless you can still take a bus near to the hotel to go to the airport and city centre.

Couldn’t fault this lovely hotel. We booked direct and treated ourselves to a balcony room which was on the same floor as the rooftop terrace too (if you’re staying when weather is nice and warm, there’s a plunge pool too!). This place is very near the Seville Catedral and the touristy area. We paid a premium but I think think it’s because we happened to be there on Valentine’s Day and the Seville marathon. In the end, it was a place to sleep. The receptionist in the afternoon was friendly and helpful. It’s a place to sleep. It’s an old building with old fixtures.

Strictly speaking, this is more of a guesthouse than a hotel. On February 14th, the price surged to nearly 2000, which was quite a jump. To be fair, the location is unbeatable, very close to the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Check-in was a bit slow, requiring quite a few detailed particulars.
