I had a great experience with this hotel because of the staff. The staff earned the 5-star review. I did not like the room selected for me, it had an odd layout and an odor issue. The hotel was empty, I am sure they could have selected a better room with a view to las beautiful Setas, or something better but it was disappointing. One thing I liked was the decor, it was vintage and modern at the same...
Small but comfortable room, lovely helpful staff and a good breakfast selection! Noise insulation between rooms could be better as we had noisy neighbours, but the room itself was quiet, despite the hustle and bustle outside. Very good location for exploring the city.
The location of the room is very good, next to the City Sun, which can be seen from the window. The hotel decoration is also like a palace. The room is clean and the reception girl is very enthusiastic. There are good restaurants next to the hotel and it is not far from a century-old breakfast shop. It is a good choice when the price is right.
From the moment the receptionist welcomes you to the moment you check out, staying here is an absolute pleasure. The location couldn't be better either. The hostesses are so helpful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned thoroughly every day.
Nice rooms with en suite. Beautiful shower. Could do with a handrail. Luck of toilet brush. Bed extremely comfortable. Location is excellent! Has a rooftop/sun terraz with bar which was not open at the time of our visit.
Excellent choice of hotel in the city of Sevilla. Air-con was brilliant and nice and cool. Reception was really helpful with information and assistance in booking train tickets. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely hotel in walking distance to all attractions,Armine on reception was lovely, all the cleaning ladies was friendly and did a excellent job
Personal were fine. The hotel room had a very small bathroom. The whole place was cheeply renovated, which is ok except for the price. I expected something nicer.
I had places for 50 euro that were similar, which was half the price.
The hotel has a great location — it’s very close to the Seville bus station and within walking distance of most major attractions, which is really convenient for sightseeing.
However, I stayed in one of the twin rooms, which was quite small and the soundproofing was poor, so it could get noisy at night. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.
One thing I didn’t enjoy was the...
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel was in a great location, very close to the city center.
Great value. Hotel in the heart of the city. Friendly staff and proprietors. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Amazing rooftop terrace with views of the city.
I love the place good to have a good rest after a long day walking A/C work properly, awesome pressure on the shower, clean and neat. The rooms are a little small but well designed.

The staff are incredibly, incredibly friendly.
They are passionate about introducing nearby tourist attractions and great restaurants, so I felt a lot of positive energy from them :)
The facilities are also very clean!
However, the ventilation wasn't very good, so I had to open the windows frequently.
Other than that, I was completely satisfied with the location and the facilities!!
We chose a modest-sized room and were content with our choice. Staff were excellent, helping us with train tickets when our email failed. They were also very helpful navigating Seville’s streets when phone maps led us astray.
I arrived early and just went to drop off my luggage, but they showed me how to connect to the Wi-Fi and open the door.
They even showed me how to use the hotel's Wi-Fi and how to open the door.
They even showed me a paper map with restaurants and tourist attractions marked on it. It felt like I hadn't been on a trip without internet for a while, and it was refreshing and wonderful!
They even provided...
A modern and very comfortable place, very well located, close to everything and easy to get to the tourist attractions of the city of Seville
Th place was in a awesome location. Very clean, had everything you need offers more coffee and maid service if you want it.
The only complaint I would have was that I was on the ground level and the rooms were very dark no natural light to come in.
But it did have a beautiful sitting area that I used which made up for the limited natural light
The room so spotless, the staff were very polite, the general ambience was excellent, the location was perfect and although in the centre it was quite at night. The only downside was the partially frosted bathroom door. We are a conservative couple and did not enjoy the view from the bed!

Cozy place. The restaurant's food was very good and well-priced.
The location, right on a main road, is really... not ideal, both in the mornings and evenings. The rooms are compact, but the bathroom is well-equipped. The price-performance ratio is acceptable, especially considering the breakfast. Everything is there, but the quality is rather limited.
A nice hotel, but far from the center of Seville.
The breakfast was excellent!
You wouldn't guess it from the outside, but it's a very nice hotel with very clean, quiet rooms. Good beds and shower, a comprehensive breakfast, and a lovely pool with lounge chairs. The garage is quite cramped, but with directions from a staff member, our car was eventually parked securely. The bus to the city center, line 37, is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a cafeteria where you can eat well...
Very nice 3 star hotel. The breakfast is comparable to a 4 star, very nice and fresh.
The location is perfect for self-driving. Underground parking is 10 euros a day, but the alleyway, entrance, driveway, and spaces are mostly suitable for small and medium-sized cars; an Audi A3 might be the limit.
Across the street is a large MERCADONA supermarket, and Burger King is within walking distance.
For laundry, Lavanderia Autoswrvicio Speed Queen and Jardines de Hercules are located across...

Staff are Friendly and helpful. Very clean and good location.
Right in the heart of the city! Very close to the park and there are countless restaurants nearby. The price of this hotel can't be beat!
Cozy boutique hotel right at the heart of old city. Our room was very clean. The staff were always kind and helpful. There is an underground 24h parking lot for those who travel with rental cars. To sum up, I definitely recommend this lovely hotel.
Nice ~ It was a great stay, and the front desk provided free food and water for us to drink and eat. It's very close to where you want to go.
The hotel is ok. The real is the noise outside on the street facing the bars and restaurants. It was unbearable during my stay and extremely loud even with ear plugs! It was loud singing with a big group and a guitar player….i know they were having fun, but lasted until 1 am-1:30. Then comes the cleanup and the garbage truck. Way over the top and I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free! I did...
It's quite a walk from the station. The establishment operates two hotels, and the 'Basic' annex was closed. My navigation initially led me to the wrong entrance; you need to go around to the south side and enter through the main 'DONA' door where the front desk is located. The building has a rather enclosed and confusing layout, with winding corridors that can feel a bit claustrophobic.

The place is great, location is quiet but close to the cathedral and the shops. We had a superior apartment. The roof is really nice too. Bed is nice and comfortable.
We only stayed for a couple of hours before our flight.
The only negative is there's no soundproof. Every time someone closes the entrance door (which is huge and heavy), the whole place vibrates and it's cery loud. Highly recommend...
Was pleasant stay would stay again and would recommend
It would have gotten a full 5 star but for the breakfast which was a let down.
But absolutely fantastic staff, amazing location and very nice and clean rooms.
My daughters and I have just spent 4 nights at this apart-hotel. We booked an apartment in the establishment so we had our own kitchen which was well equipped in addition to our ensuite room which gave us more possibilities. The location and decoration of this hotel is just wonderful. It is very well taken care of and the staff really helpful. My younger daughter and I are coeliacs and the hotel provided...
It is a lovely hotel and it has rooms with good facilities. it is in an excellent location and with plenty of places to eat out nearby. The reception staff are very knowledgeable. All other staff such as room staff and management are very friendly. I can recommend this hotel.
Very lovely property in an ideal pretty central spot. Charmingly ‘typico’ with quaint fittings but all mod cons. No kettle/fridge etc but a lovely little bar to help yourself to teas/coffee etc., and the Reception offered this whilst we were checking in. Really delightful & helpful staff.

Very good hotel. Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Nice bathroom and spacious bedroom with a safe in the closet. The breakfast is extensive with very good coffee. The center is a 15-minute walk away with the famous parasol.
It’s a lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. It’s conveniently located near the city centre, and the breakfast was excellent as well.
Nice hotel, close to the main spots. The staff are very friendly, from reception to housekeeping. The double room was good for the price, and the breakfast is worth it with plenty of choice. Would recommend.
Nice hotel, close to the main spots. The staff are very friendly, from reception to housekeeping. The double room was good for the price, and the breakfast is worth it with plenty of choice. Would recommend.
In many ways, the hotel is a three star one, but the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff are worth more than 3 stars. You can see it's a 3-star hotel in that for example the room didn't have that many amenities and the soundproofing wasn't the best. On the other hand, the room was comfy and homely, and perhaps some of these "imperfections" only added to the homely feeling. Loved having a bath...
Glad the helpful receptionist pointed out we had paid twice, once through *******, and once direct to hotel as requested by them in email prior to arrival. This appears a common occurrence, and should be rectified so is not repeated, thanks.

Perfect location for getting anywhere. 5 minutes from a main bus station and close to many stores and sights, if you like walking. Seville is quite flat so it is easy to walk around. perfect place to stay for a few nights in the city! walking distance to all major attractions, nice clean room (slightly dated but if you’re doing Seville right you won’t spend much time there), beautiful building
The hotel has beautiful Moorish interiors, and the room was basic but comfortable. It is also in an excellent location. The two issues were the shower system, which uses one knob for both pressure and temperature so you only get hot water at high force, and the bathroom faucet, from which I could not get any hot water at all. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
It's an OK hotel. It's not amazing, but it does the job. If you want a clean, cozy, well placed hotel this will do. We booked late and this was one of the cheapest on booking with good reviews and proper location. It felt a bit pricy objectively, but everything around was more expensive so I think ita fairly priced for the city.
Great place to stay when exploring Sevilla. I could not ask for much more from the hotel - all as expected! Very cosy, where location is absolutely perfect for exploring and is very cause in itself, being hidden in narrow alleys of old part of the city. Plenty of restaurants and bars around to choose from. A tram line in the vicinity will take you to other parts of the town if it is too hot. Even ...
I booked a single room and my room was very small. There was a small window the looked out (at an angle) on an inner courtyard but there was really no natural light. The bathroom was OK but the basin was tiny and the way the tap was fixed, it was difficult to turn it to get hot water. Hotel is well located close to the main sights and the bus station. This is a cosy hotel just a stone’s throw from the main thoroughfare that will bring you to the Cathederal in one direction and Tirana in the other. Good location. Most of the tourist attraction within walking distance.
This location was perfect for a trip to Seville. 14 minute walk to downtown, restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, and shopping. The rooms were cozy, polite staff, room was clean.
Basic and utilitarian rather than a nice hotel where to spend some time. Reminded me of a youth hostel. Booked last minute because the location is quite good. Seemed clean but woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the bathroom! That really says it all about this hotel. Naturally cannot recommend!
Few hours after checking out i found out that i had forgotren my headfones (200 eur priced)in the room (in bed).I called them right away and the day after. They say "nothing found"..

The hotel is good in general.
1-We were in a room with only 1 electric plug so we could only charge 1 device at a time.
2- There was no bin inside the room, only one in the bathroom.
3- We could hear the neighbours and the street somehow loudly. It isn't noisy, but still
Good points: Good placement, friendly staff and clean room+ bathroom.
The hotel was clean and nearby from everything one may need. The staff were really friendly and helped me by various things. Everyday the room was reorganized like it is new.
I stayed at Hotel Venecia for two nights and I had the best experience in Siviglia for professional service , kindness , helpfulness and availability of Staff at any tine day or night
Absolutely reccomend Venecia hotel for location , standard of service and professional Staff
Friendly, helpful, clean, comfortable beds and excellent location
Hotel clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Tv you can log in to Netflix, Amazon for when back at the hotel for a rest. Minor detail, no milk for the tea or coffee in the room. Excellent location and walkable to all the major sites and coffee shops/restaurants. Supermarkets and Aldi near by for water and breakfast snacks.

Small but very clean hotel, offers free coffee from 9:30am on the terrace on first day of arrival (they provide 2 capsules). Great location, a few minutes walk to most attractions such as Royal Alcazar, Cathedral of Seville. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
Overall, it offers good value for money.
Room was small but workable especially as the roof garden was nice and we were hardly ever in the room. We got coffee pods but the coffee machine was never findable on our schedule, available at some other time? Luggage elevator saved our backs. Courtyard cool looking. Needs a little TLC but ok price in very expensive city.
Wonderful room & view from roof top
Absolutely loved our stay, gorgeous clean room, perfectly set near attractions and restaurant.
Great staff on reception

Overall, it was an excellent accommodation. There were four of us, two of us staying in a double room, and the other two in a single room each. The building where our room was located was very large but well-maintained and modern...
The triple room had one room per person. The living room was spacious, and the bathroom was relatively clean. The kitchen was available for cooking and had all the necessary utensils. However, the room wasn't cleaned at all during the stay, and you had to clean up and take your trash with you when you left. This is something to keep in mind.
Highly recommended! Easy check in, perfect location, very spacious clean apartment. Ideal for exploring the city. Very responsive to questions. Nice rooftop pool area. Only request is an earlier check in time ☺️

We had a great stay at Bypillow Abril. It only has 2 stars but deserves at least 4. It is very clean. I’m germaphobic so when I say it is clean, it truly is. Strictly speaking, this is more of a guesthouse than a hotel. On February 14th, the price surged to nearly 2000, which was quite a jump.
