Everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The common facilities were perfect, the service staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness... [hair in the toilets]. The room didn't match a 4-star standard. The bathroom floor was ruined, as was the rest of the bidet. There was no hot water. We had to ask reception for toothbrushes. This hotel is in a great location in central Seville and rates are very reasonable. However, we did have a situation. The room we were first given was “not as advertised.” We complained and they gave us the room as it was advertised on their website. This annoyed us a bit appearing to hope people don’t complain in an old very dated and rather disgusting room. The new room was much nicer and clean....

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the first moment we checked-in to the check-out we were amazed with the quality of the staff and service, the food at the rooftop restaurant, the rooms, the pool... pretty much everything. We highly recommend it.

Room very small, not even close to the picture on their web. I could not even open my luggage around the bed, not enough space. Although the location is excellent, I would definitely NOT suggest this hotel.

The hotel is incredible, and the room they gave us had views of the football field. The only minor issue I could mention is the difficult access; we had to drive around a few times to find the entrance. But overall, the service, facilities, and our stay were excellent. It appears to be a hotel attached to the football stadium, and everything meets basic needs; parking is free, but traffic control during large events can affect travel.

Clean and comfortable. Its not near the city center but you have public transportation within walking distance. The staff is joyful and so so attentive, the rooms are huge, considering the price and your needs this might be a good option.

The room was great. I booked a hotel near Real Betis Stadium, and the room was very clean and tidy. It's right next to the stadium, and only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English. I would definitely book here again next time.

Good location for going/coming to the airpor although not good location for long stays if your plan is visit the city center. The whole establishment will need a renovation soon. Furniture has seen better days. Bed bases are squeaky and noisy, mattresses and pillows are not the most comfortable at all. There is a huge building being constructed nearby so windows must remain closed.

This is a decent hotel quite close to the airport. But as the airport taxi fee is the same to travel 5 km as it is for 30 km don’t stay here it if you’re trying to save taxi money.  it is very close the Infanta Elena park which is a great morning run!

I took my mother out for a trip during the Easter holiday. The hotel is in an alley in the old town. Parking is not very convenient. The staff needs to take you to the parking lot. The parking fee is paid by the hotel. It takes 10 minutes to walk. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast is OK.

We took a taxi to and from the airport, otherwise we mostly walked. However, the hotel is a bit far from the attractions, usually a walk of just under 20 minutes. The hotel is quite small, and the bathroom design is particularly strange; the toilet is very close to the sink. It's alright, comparable to a domestic budget hotel.

Stayed here for one night in October. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well-maintained and unoffensive, albeit small. They provide an amenity kit that includes a toothbrush/toothpaste and hairbrush. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and a stocked mini fridge (which makes it a bit of a nuisance to find space for your own items). We loved the calm and simple decor of the hotel. The area felt more authentic than the main historic central area but was very easily walkable to all the sights in Seville. We would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy my stay because my flight was canceled, and I missed my night at the One Shot Conde Torrejon. However, my friends who did manage to enjoy their stay said it was excellent, and the location was fantastic. They really enjoyed it!

The location was central so it was easy to get anywhere, but the room I was originally assigned smelled too strongly of cigarette smoke so I moved to another room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in because there were only two single beds and it didn't feel clean overall.

The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast exceptional and the staff were top notch. Especially Maria who worked 3pm to 11pm: she went out if her way to assist us several times.

This accommodation was even more satisfying than I expected! I've stayed at two other places in Seville, and if I go back, I'd definitely stay here again! The location, cleanliness, and spacious rooms were all excellent. I only regret staying for one night.

Breakfast was healthy and very good variety of cheese/meats. The ‘breakfast tea’ bags are very weak so take your own if you like a decent cuppa. Pastries could be slightly better and also having two toasters would be good too, and given a bit more space around them to use.
