Everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
The common facilities were perfect, the service staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness... [hair in the toilets]. The room didn't match a 4-star standard. The bathroom floor was ruined, as was the rest of the bidet. There was no hot water. We had to ask reception for toothbrushes. The heating was very noisy, so we had to turn it off both nights to sleep. There was mold in the bathtub, but...
Great location!
Walking distance to main city attractions.
Convenient parking, $22/day.
Good beakfast.
Room needs some upgrades, however the hotel itself is beautiful.
Great customer service and hospitality.
Special thanks to Jose, who was very informative during our stay.
This hotel was a great find, a quite location but so close to everything. Friendly helpful staff, great size rooms and clean. A good breakfast selection, just what you need to set you up for the day. Would stay here again.
This hotel is in a great location in central Seville and rates are very reasonable. However, we did have a situation. The room we were first given was “not as advertised.” We complained and they gave us the room as it was advertised on their website. This annoyed us a bit appearing to hope people don’t complain in an old very dated and rather disgusting room. The new room was much nicer and clean....
Very nice and friendly helpful staff! They were so nice and let me practice my Spanish with them.
Great location in the Old Town downtown part of area of Seville. Nicely appointed rooms that were big enough for me as a solo traveler.
Breakfast was great with a widespread and helpful service for 12 Euros.
Beautiful, clean. Well decorated hotel in the Spanish style.

This hotel just doesn’t feel like 5 star to me. It’s nice, but it’s not 5 star experience I am use to.
Everything was great.
Except for a few minor details.
Late check-out at 2 PM cost €40, which we didn't take.
The shower could use a little more maintenance.
Absolutely Wonderful
The hotel is perfectly positioned in the old city area a short walk to bars/cafes/restaurants and all of the principle monuments but not so close to be disturbed by traffic or bar noise.
The hotel is easily deserving of 5 stars, both the staff and facilities. The terrace restaurant is superb and used by non residents and residents alike so worth stopping by even if for just a...
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the first moment we checked-in to the check-out we were amazed with the quality of the staff and service, the food at the rooftop restaurant, the rooms, the pool... pretty much everything. We highly recommend it.
Room very small, not even close to the picture on their web. I could not even open my luggage around the bed, not enough space. Although the location is excellent, I would definitely NOT suggest this hotel.
The room is very large, perfect for a large family to celebrate together.

The hotel is incredible, and the room they gave us had views of the football field. The only minor issue I could mention is the difficult access; we had to drive around a few times to find the entrance. But overall, the service, facilities, and our stay were excellent. We would definitely come back.
It appears to be a hotel attached to the football stadium, and everything meets basic needs; parking is free, but traffic control during large events can affect travel.
Clean and comfortable.
Its not near the city center but you have public transportation within walking distance.
The staff is joyful and so so attentive, the rooms are huge, considering the price and your needs this might be a good option.
The room was great. I booked a hotel near Real Betis Stadium, and the room was very clean and tidy. It's right next to the stadium, and only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English. I would definitely book here again next time.
It was good overall, except that it's the kind of hotel where they charge extra for anything you take out of the minibar in your room, and the air conditioning wasn't as cool as needed; it lacked power.
Rooms were ok, but the bathrooms need attention, the shower doors leaked, so water was seeping out. Helpful staff. No kettle or iron in rooms, but we were able to get hot water from the restaurant in the morning. Location is a little out of the way, but we knew that.

Good location for going/coming to the airpor although not good location for long stays if your plan is visit the city center. The whole establishment will need a renovation soon. Furniture has seen better days. Bed bases are squeaky and noisy, mattresses and pillows are not the most comfortable at all. There is a huge building being constructed nearby so windows must remain closed.
very good stay and very friendly staff, I would definitely recommend it!
Everything was excellent, the only bad thing was the breakfast.
The room is very large to sleep 3 people each have a large place
Spread out all the luggage and still have a sofa seat to talk
The staff is very friendly
This price to stay in such a large room is very good value for money 👍🏻
This is a decent hotel quite close to the airport. But as the airport taxi fee is the same to travel 5 km as it is for 30 km don’t stay here it if you’re trying to save taxi money. it is very close the Infanta Elena park which is a great morning run!
I took my mother out for a trip during the Easter holiday.
The hotel is in an alley in the old town. Parking is not very convenient. The staff needs to take you to the parking lot. The parking fee is paid by the hotel. It takes 10 minutes to walk.
There are many restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast is OK.

We took a taxi to and from the airport, otherwise we mostly walked. However, the hotel is a bit far from the attractions, usually a walk of just under 20 minutes. The hotel is quite small, and the bathroom design is particularly strange; the toilet is very close to the sink. It's alright, comparable to a domestic budget hotel.
Lovely hotel in Triana. Check in was a breeze (there are temporary spots for you to unload luggage, just have to ask front desk to remove the barrier if not enough space). Booked the junior suite which is the largest room on the top floor. Balcony is great for lounging around. Clean and modern. Good night of sleep. I did hear some occasional sounds of furniture being moved around the second night,...
Stayed here for one night in October. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well-maintained and unoffensive, albeit small. They provide an amenity kit that includes a toothbrush/toothpaste and hairbrush. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and a stocked mini fridge (which makes it a bit of a nuisance to find space for your own items). There isn't much natural light as rooms look out on a built up...
Good modern hotel with friendly service.
We arrived early during the heavy rains and flooding of 29/10/2025. The welcoming people at the front desk made sure that our rooms were ready and we could check-in early.
The rooms were clean, modern and the bed was great (3 different kinds of pillows are available on demand).
The breakfast is good and varied - a second coffee machine might be a welcome...

The room was nice! The receptionist was also very welcoming! It was just a bit of a shame that the rooftop was closed for the few days I was there due to strong winds.
Clean and cozy room! Friendly staff and helpful. Excellent 👍
The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance of everything. It was a great value for a reasonably priced stay in the city! It's perfect for sightseeing.
Excellent hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, central location. There's a rooftop bar and a pool.
Excellent location, great service, and great value for money.
After checking in, I went out right away and came back to take a shower, but there were so many ants on the bed and table…

Seville, C. Conde de Torrejón, 9, Casco Antiguo (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We loved the calm and simple decor of the hotel. The area felt more authentic than the main historic central area but was very easily walkable to all the sights in Seville. We would definitely stay there again.
Great stay, bed was spacious and comfortable, about 10 mins walk to Setas de Sevilla so very convenient
Located in an old alley, the receptionist was very nice. Breakfast wasn't great; the selection was limited and the taste was average. However, the location is good for visiting attractions; it's very convenient to walk there.
Paula very helpful, excellent rooms and beds, super shower. Breakfast might have been easier if it were buffet type, the waitress worked really hard but if too many people arrived at once it was difficult.
Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy my stay because my flight was canceled, and I missed my night at the One Shot Conde Torrejon. However, my friends who did manage to enjoy their stay said it was excellent, and the location was fantastic. They really enjoyed it!

Impressive historical building, Great location, clean room, rich breakfast
Somehow the bathroom floor is watery plus the fan doesn’t work. The bathroom turned to be very damp
Nice friendly hotel with car parking, very well located in the Old Town
The location was central so it was easy to get anywhere, but the room I was originally assigned smelled too strongly of cigarette smoke so I moved to another room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in because there were only two single beds and it didn't feel clean overall.
The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast exceptional and the staff were top notch. Especially Maria who worked 3pm to 11pm: she went out if her way to assist us several times.
Very pleasant hotel with a beautiful and well-maintained interior. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it.
This accommodation was even more satisfying than I expected! I've stayed at two other places in Seville, and if I go back, I'd definitely stay here again! The location, cleanliness, and spacious rooms were all excellent. I only regret staying for one night.

Overall it's pretty good, but the sound insulation is terrible!
We stayed for four nights at this hotel, which met our expectations overall but would say it is a bit pricey for its overall quality. It’s conveniently located at the heart of the old town, the drawback is it’s a bit noisy at night. The concierge/front desk staff was quite helpful and nice. The room was clean, but still has room for improvement: 1. our bath salt and few other things were not refilled...
I had a great experience thanks to David at the hotel reception. He went above and beyond to assist me with booking my flight and did his best to help sort out an issue with my luggage that was missed at the airport. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, David!
My wife and I had a great stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza Sevilla. Its central location in the Old Town is perfect. The room we stayed in was not very clean. There was a lot of hair and dust. There was no room available that day, so we had to make do with this room. The location was very good, and it was very convenient for shopping.
We only spent one night at the hotel and approached it around 11pm as we were seeking any accommodation with a free room and power (due to the power outage that hit Spain this day). This is arguably the best hotel I've stayed in Europe so far, with the best decor, service, and infrastructure.
